庆祝另一半的生日,搜寻餐厅美食发现此推介,环境不错…决定预早订枱 日子终于到了,餐厅下午来电确认订枱,顺道一问庆祝生日会否有特别服务? 没料到对方很有礼貌的回应可尽量安排……入座时见食客不多,只得3至4枱,可能是星期一晚吧!半自助餐menu,沙律吧前菜,冻海鲜及南瓜忌廉汤,摆放食物自助bar位置不多,可能由于是晚顾客流量少,所以 自助餐选择份量也很少,不多补充! 但食物也算新鲜, 冻虾,响螺,青口也算大只 主菜选择了慢煮烧春鸡及烧肉眼扒: 卖相与味道也不错,餐单也包了每位餐酒一杯(红白酒任选)吃完主菜后,果然送上惊喜……,他们花了些少心思… 推砌了一客甜品及特别调教了一杯cocktail送上祝贺生日快乐的心意!整体而言,各服务员非常友善,态度诚恳有礼,用餐感觉良好 只可惜自助吧的甜品及生果补充略嫌不足!

I live around the corner from Fresh Modern Kitchen and had been keen to try the set lunch here for the last few weeks. I was happy I finally did.There is a set lunch menu with a range of dishes ranging from $130 - $150. All dishes come with soup, a buffet of charcuterie and salad and tea/coffee and dessert. Or you can have just the soup, buffet, tea/coffee and dessert for $118.The soup of the day was cream of cauliflower, it was very tasty and I probably could have had a second bowl of it. I opted for the pan fried sea bass fillet as a main, it came with thin slices of potato beneath the fillets. The dish was perfectly cooked with the skin on the fillet very crispy and flesh moist.My friend had the spaghetti with shrimp and wild mushroom. The aroma of pesto coming from this dish as it was put down on the table made me think I will come back to try this dish. The portion of this dish was more generous than the sea bass.The coffee was good and a exquisite but small portion of chocolate brownie was served for dessert. The brownie came with a passionfruit (I think) coulis and some small bits of strawberry which tasted as if they had been marinated.I will definitely go back to Fresh Modern Kitchen to try some of their other dishes.

今日午餐约了2位同事去食这间餐厅. 预先已订了位,所以一去到就有位.午膳时间人流不多,环境清静舒适,餐厅员工也很亲切.午餐餐牌每个星期转一次, 有5-6款, 去面书到可找到每周餐单.Semi-buffet 前菜及餐汤任食,再配以主菜连甜品及饮品,加一后每位约$150左右(是乎你主菜要乜), 另也可只要前菜作餐食.前菜选择虽唔多,都系啲沙律菜,沙律配料,但特别之处冷盘有虾同螺肉, 两样都很鲜甜, 菜及配料都好新鲜汤-忌廉洋葱汤, 超级creamy, 同事话好饮餐前还有每人1片有果仁的面包,呢个真系好味,口感好好.我地叫了鱼同猪. 两款都好好味鱼款-配以混合了香草既薯蓉,上面放了煎香了既鱼块,仲有少许配菜猪款-卖相出到黎,唔讲仲以为系牛黎,配以混合了牛油既薯蓉同芦笋, 口感唔错甜品-今日系甘笋蛋糕, 味道偏甜,但都好味呢间餐厅夜晚都做Semi-buffet Dinner, 同午餐模式一样, 但款式会比中午多同丰富. 另如嗜酒的,更可join佢地既happy hour时段.整体,系中上环区,这价位对于普通打工仔来说,算是中至中上位, 但可值得一试.

首先系大盘Seafood Platter😱有生蚝、蟹脚、虾、翡翠螺等等等等等等等。全部海鲜都好新鲜,鲜甜又肥美,食到Lamlam脷😋呢间餐厅新开两三个月左右,最近推出新菜单、新优惠😝299蚊有一大盘优海鲜,重送多一大支白酒,同区黎讲,真系几抵食!然后系黎到呢度必点既牛角包!估到牛角包入面夹住咩吗?开估:北京片皮鸭😱Fusion既野,一系就9唔搭8,一系就好似呢个咁,擦出新火花👍牛角包个本质已经系世界级,酥脆无比,牛油味香浓,夹住皮脆肉嫩既片皮鸭,再点一点旁边既甜面酱,真系估你唔到!再试试大只到无朋友既蚬!蚬唔系得个壳,蚬肉都好大只!十分Juicy,一咬落去,已经爆到成口都系汁!正!个汁亦无马虎,有好香浓既蒜头同罗勒味,可以用黎点面包都一流!呢度既沙律令我忍唔住要帮手清碟!加左美国红石榴、柚子、血橙,酸酸甜甜,的确超级refreshing!比起一般加甜醋、柚子醋既更为特别!酸姜带子又系fusion菜,带子极级滑溜、新鲜,配上酸姜,一口KO!呢度既长通粉同扁意粉都煮得正宗,口感偏有咬口,唔会太腍太软,刚刚好。蕃茄味同呑拿鱼味都调得好浓郁特出,汁好惹味。上面既龙虾同蟹脚,亦无overcook,肉质依然鲜嫩!牛扒大约系七成熟,但都无韧,依然嫩滑富牛味。但我最欣赏既,系旁边既紫薯蓉!一般都只会用普通薯蓉,呢度用上紫薯。而且紫薯蓉十分清甜幼滑,令人耳目一新!就算饱都忍唔住要不停再食!最后到甜品。虽然唔系呢度既主打,但水准都唔错。蓝莓芝士蛋糕好软滑,芝士用料上盛,食得出好香浓既芝士味道。Creme brulee既焦糖面有烧脆,内里嫩滑,但cream味可以再浓d!

Went here to check out this new seafood place which is just round the corner from the Quinary.The menu is basically seafood and meats so here was what we had.★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★Virgin bloody mary:I loved the salty foam on top that was made of Konbu because it was just fun to drink since you get foam on your nose every time you drink it.★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★Mini seafood platter:Started with oysters, crab legs, prawns, balman bugs and whelks.All of them were fresh but my favourite had to the Balman bug which looks the wrong way round and tastes like a tender lobster tail.★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★Scallop Carpaccio:Scallop Carpaccio, sweet pickled scallion, Grapefruit dressingLemon grass lovers will love this as it is heavily topped with lemon grass and you can smell and taste it infused into the scallop carpaccio.★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★Red Clamsan-fried live Red clams with garlic and fresh basil.These were huge and sweet with a lovely basil aroma.I loved the big shells because they were great for holding the broth that the clams were in because the broth was delicious as well.★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★Croissant with Peking duck:Croissant with Peking duck, leek, baby cucumber.This was amazing! Peking duck and cucumber tastes good in anything, whether in a Chinese pancake or wrapped in a burrito!★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★Fresh mixed fruit garden salad:Fresh mix fruit garden salad with French blood orange dressing served with Wax apple, pomelo, pomegranate.This salad was just pretty scattered with pomegranate seeds and freshly plucked peas and it was tasty as well with fruits and juicy orange pieces.★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★Mixed Vegetable Platter:Celery root, U.S asparagus, eggplant, cherry tomato.This was a great selection of grilled vegetables with a nice crunch.★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★Lobster soup:Lobster Bisque Served with sweet cream and a hint of cognacThe lobster soup was strong but not too salty, which was livened up by the cognac.★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★Linguine with Live Boston Lobster (half) Pomodoro:The linguine is a must try because the tomato and basil sauce is tangy and appetizing.★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★Penne pasta with Alaska King crab, Grilled Portobello mushroom, saffron sauce:The penne pasta could have been softer but the sauce was nice.★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★Meat platter:U.S Prime grade Rib eye steak, Oven Roasted Australian lamb rack with herbs and mustard, U.S Asparagus, cherry tomato, greenhouse cucumber, Honey bean and red radish with sweet potato.The beef and lamb were juicy and tender and the side of gravy they give you has a strong meat juice taste.★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★Desserts platter:Blueberry Cheese Cake, Raspberry Cheese Cake and cakes.I was too full for dessert so I didn’t manage to try it.★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★
