Me n my fds waited 20mins for the table, then the lady asked if we’re ok to sit at the bar table, bc the table that was just emptied was booked. I said sure. Right after we sat by the bar table, the lady gave the “booked” table to the 3 gentleman behind us, which who did not make any reservations(yes i did ask them). Fyi, we’re chinese, n the 3 gentleman are caucasian, dont know if theres anything to do with that, or the lady just dont like me...foods are fine

The restaurant was half full - still we were asked to wait while the receptionist “tried” to find a table for 2! The waiters were not very qualified and could hardly explain their concept of how to order the steak to us. Also what really annoys me is this weird “trend” of only having these “fancy” craft beers!!!! They always don’t taste at alll and most of the people simply want a “normal” beer! Anyway, we ordered some food and from the time we sat down until the steak came, one full hour passed

又係一間主打食牛嘅法式餐廳不過有別於其他分店有Lunch set提供新開無耐嘅灣仔分店只提供散叫嘅lunch menu但餐廳另一賣點就有保留到就係顧客可以直接到雪櫃揀牛扒，揀配菜，再揀汁然後店員會按顧客要求煮價錢因重量同部位而異🥢今次分別點咗Steak ‘n’ Eggs 同Beef BurgerSteak ‘n’ Eggs揀選咗Medium一上台已非常吸精牛扒用上grass-fed ribeye、上面鋪上咗兩隻半生熟太陽蛋而牛扒下面再鋪上一層波菜咁嘅擺盤睇落有啲奇怪但將三樣餸夾埋一齊食又出奇地夾🥢Beef Burge同樣揀選咗Medium牛扒熟度剛剛好肉質唔會好韌肉汁好juice而且牛味相當濃郁入口即溶、超淋粗切薯條炸得好脆口餐廳連茄汁都係用上organic嘅茄汁值得讚賞另一個值得一讚就係包身有焗過嘅包身入口仲好脆身🥢每間Feather & Bone分店內都附設一間mini store店內售賣各種肉類同相關煮食用材料有時間嘅話不妨逛一逛

新餐廳暫時無中文食評，等我做第一個啦Feather & Bone 係修頓球場隔離，因為係地舖，所以都容易搵到。琴日諗住係星期一會少啲人出街食lunch，11點幾打去試下book，點知已經full哂booking，唯有walk-in啦我同同事大約12:30到餐廳，前面有兩三張枱等緊，而餐廳入面有幾張枱係擺左reserved嘅牌，我地等左大約5分鐘就成功入座。.坐低後，waiter會同你講你嘅枱號，如果你想出去肉櫃揀牛扒，揀完肉之後佢就會問你枱號。lunch menu 上面都有啲預設好嘅菜式俾客人揀，牛扒，漢堡包，沙律等等都會有，雖然Menu係全英文，但每道菜式下面有詳細介紹，所以問題不大。.我叫左Menu 上面嘅Steak ‘n’ Eggs，同事就出去肉櫃到揀左一塊 Grain Fed Sirloin。首先講左Steak ‘n’ Eggs先，我叫左Medium，但上枱嘅係Medium Well嘅熟度，可能係因為薄扒難掌握？不過就算係咁，塊扒都係好好食，肉質唔會好韌，牛味都幾濃，幾好幾好牛扒個size都算幾大，再加上兩隻半生熟太陽蛋同底下嘅菠菜，就算無薯條個啲都幾飽同事話肉櫃嘅扒已經預先切

Sat down for 15min. until someone finally come and serve. ( there were servers but not sure what they were doing ). Waiter didn’t write anything down. But then come back ask again for what we ordered. If he can’t remember , then he should write it down. Can’t understand what he say and he was not friendly at all. Food is average. Steak was ok. Bone marrow was bad and the Burger was average. Would not come backs again. They need a lot of training
