My husband ordered a iced cappacinno (large), hot chocolate coffee (small), panetone, and ham & tomato pannini, at a total of HK$149. The panini was slightly overpriced but it is absolutely worth because the tomato, lecttuce, ham, and the bread are in high quality. The iced cappacinno and hot chocolate coffee was not strong in coffee but still taste good. They are not only with excellent appearance but also the texture. The panini was slightly overpriced but it is absolutely worth because the tomato, lecttuce, ham, and the bread are in high quality. The iced cappacinno and hot chocolate coffee was not strong in coffee but still taste good. They are not only with excellent appearance but also the texture. We are impressed by the smoothly silky milk foam. The panetone is simply my husband's favorite during the winter holiday season.

I think we will come again if the shop are not so crowd.

A few more words:
Since this is our first time visit in K11, we consulted the information center of K11 and the customer service girl was so polite and sweet to suggest us this "Espressamente ill" instead of the cafe attached with a Japanese bakery because we carried 8 paper bags (our shopping result). Thank you~

還是專門店比較好!

看完雜誌介紹,已決意去喝了。方向白痴的我,行了k11的幾層,才知道原來店子在廣場方向...。6時多,店內半滿,蛋糕好像不太吸引,於是買完Cappuccino,找了個近窗的位坐下等待。不久我的Cappuccino就來了,把art拍下來後,就急不及待的喝了,很creamy但沒有蓋過咖啡的味道,那些厚泡真的好好喝(還是吃?!)!下次要試其他的咖啡!拿k11的coupon,會有買一送一的優惠!(但我今次只得一人,沒有用)

    ESPRESSO -
    I have a fair bit of experience with making ILLY COFFEES! I figured that the Red Coloured Tin, the so-called Medium Roast but indeed slightly dark roasted coffee is a pain in the back to perfect each time!
    My understanding of imported Illy Coffee is that its at best suitable for making a shorter Ristretto than a full Espresso - but I was surprised to see that a Ristretto is completely missing from the menu.

    Unlike Tabero's experience below once again, my Espresso this day was made from previously Pre-Grinded rather than fresh grinded coffee, filled to the brim of the hopper. Not a good 1st sign! MY barista then proceeded to make an Espresso from a double-dosage portafilter basket (to be shared with another customer's Espresso), but this was way too under dosed and tamper pressure.
    FROM ILLY'S WEBSITE: "A perfect espresso coffee can be recognized by its thick, hazelnut-colored crema lined with dark brown tiger stripes. The illy blend fragrance has notes of chocolate, toast, honey and caramel and a full-bodied flavor, velvety and sweet. A pleasant bitter tingle follows, slowly fading after several minutes while the aroma lingers on for many minutes."

    Well, my Espresso was thin-bodied, watery, blonde, lacks a hazel-nut Crema nor the presence of any dark brown stripes! My fragrance was missing and the taste was flat as a pancake: slightly acidic rather than fruity. Judge for yourself from my photo - look, I've enjoyed and drank quite a bit of ILLY coffee in my life, I fully understand that its performance does fluctuate a lot, but relative to my other ILLY experiences so-far and even compared to the Macau's 2X Espressamante experiences and also from many other countries, my cup of Espresso tonight could only be regarded as Very Poor and below average.
    CHOCOLATE CROISSANT -
    This was slightly heated up but remained refrigerated cold inside... not very pleasant as an experience. The overall Croissant itself however was quite good - despite the
    lack of evenly distributed warmed-up heating!

    這次真的相差太完了.
    灣仔 EPOCH 就有時好啲, 但最差時也唔夠這次差.

    Really Bad Espresso.. Completely un-Italian.

      正，尖中終於有coffee shop, 仲係由意大利favorite飲到返香港既illy

      話說舊年去意大利走左轉８日遊，因為係２月仲好凍既關係，由羅馬、佛羅倫斯、比薩、威尼斯，每日共飲４杯咖啡，而意大利飲得最多既就係illy既cappacino & latte，好香，咖啡味好濃，但結論係，８日乘４杯終於飲到喉嚨痛 要去到英國飲返３日茶先好返之前只係喺機場見到佢個booth，細細間，有時路過左都唔g, 不過真係好miss佢既coffee，之前係oliver super sandwich見過但呢間係專門店，總覺得係正忠d既仲有，係尖中個位，真係冇個地方可以好好坐吓同朋友傾吓偈，或者見客傾幾句，話晒都唔想次次去holiday inn間lounge㗎嘛，cafe 感覺casual　d　自在d。不過咁，如果illy加番d sofa就仲正d，而家個感覺太commercial，個人覺得cafe／coffee shop應該係要有sofa既，其實中陣子illy外面放左d籐sofa，但呢幾日就唔見左，好似放左入商場１樓，illy外面d籐sofa真係好正，等人或者坐吓都好，最正係買杯cappacino出去慢慢飲同friend吹吓水。 咁先叫正~~

      唔駛急,但要快

      正好說出espresso 都係要快快飲咗佢,城中又一間咖啡店今次開在畸十一. 店面不是太大...實情有少少迫. illy 的咖啡店也不算是頭一次來港,但打正招牌的就是. 是日也是要了一個doppio就算. 還是在新開店,可以有了少少的心理準備,但也算喜出望外. 香味不算是太濃的,但色澤就很是吸引...正宗的琥珀色,但少少不夠油潤.同樣的情況出現過在nesspresso上. 但味道也好平衡得好不會過酦...也甘.回味也十多分鐘. 尖沙咀多間地方飲啡了.
