👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 Absolutely the WORST service & the WORST restaurant manager in HK! 😱😱😱 Since this super rude so called restaurant manager asked us to complain in a very impolite and unprofessional way, we are going to make our first ever complaint about a restaurant!
To start with it’s a small issue but the way this manager handles the whole situation really makes us feel very upset and we don’t want others to go through the same bad experience that we had! 😡😡😡 We come to this restaurant quite often with our puppy as this restaurant is supposed to be pet friendly! For some reasons, this “head” of the restaurant (as he told us) is super rude today and doesn’t allow our puppy to sit on one of the chairs. He insists he needs to sit on a poor quality chair! Our puppy is always allowed to sit on a regular chair and we usually put a mat for him to sit on top. He’s so rude and even YELLED 😱 at us (+ saying bad things to us) saying our puppy cannot sit on that regular chair, considering the restaurant is half empty at that time (we took pics). We find it totally unacceptable with his attitude and the way he handles things. When we ask for the phone number or his name so we can file a complaint 😱, he doesn’t dare to provide any information to us and even stops his staff to provide even the shop address card for us! This is absolutely the worst dining experience we ever had and we truly hope the restaurant will take some action on this so called manager!
