Only few tables of customers in the restaurant, so we went in happily. But the male waiter (seems the manager) spoke too fast and unclear English with his impatience and unfriendly manner. We kept saying thank you to him but he had no reply and long face. Dishes are over priced and anyone can cook better than the ketchup mixed with spaghetti ($197) and the soya sauce mixed with rice noodle (over $200). 約了友人到銅記食晚飯。假日之下都係BOOK定位穩陣點，揀了El Born，主打傳統西班牙菜。廳內堂設計西式，以白磚牆及木系為主，感覺柔和，坐的是梳化椅感覺舒適，設有露天位置，不論裝潢及氣氛都有著異國風情之感。餐牌，本身想食招牌西班牙脆皮乳豬髀，可惜當日售罄~侍應都唔好意思等我地慢慢再揀，只好食其他。Sangria Virgin，$140，似Fruit Punch，酸酸甜甜味道清新。Beef carpaccio，$148，薄切生牛肉片、巴馬臣芝士及火箭菜，組合上都幾多材料，薄切生牛肉片口感軟嫩，配材煙紅椒蛋黃醬有蛋黃醬、炸乾蔥、杏仁片及巴馬臣芝士香口惹味有咬口，加上火箭菜増添清新。Spanish Egg，$65，西班牙炸蛋，好大件炸蛋~外皮香脆惹味，中層肉餡好juicy，半熟蛋口感軟滑幾好味。Mariscos，$328。招牌西班牙海鮮飯，海鮮有蝦、青口、蜆及魷魚等，蝦爽口，青口及蜆鮮甜，飯粒軟身得來帶點咬口，味道濃郁，有鮮香味，不俗。食物味道不俗，坐得舒適，價格合理，服務態度幾好值得一讚，下次有機要來試下西班牙脆皮乳豬。

睇完花展，就黎平時少黎百德新街呢頭食飯去試下見呢間3-course包salad n soup + drinks,唔過$200，環境幾好咁，所以入黎試試，lunch time都full, walk-in二人檯得露天位/室內高檯位，因為怕煙味，所以揀入面高檯既櫈舒服，坐得唔辛苦餐廳侍應態度慇勤，只係出餐節奏慢左啲，食完沙律同湯，就等左起碼4、5個字再催下先黎main course，如果趕返工就唔好揀呢間食喇Pork ribs入味，如果薯條係粗條就更好（純屬個人喜好❤️）海鮮飯好食，足料杯特飲桃茶都好飲

過去銅鑼灣最愛去食街Chill下，見今日涼涼地就坐出面，真舒服。身邊9成客人都係外國人，好有渡假feel😂咁岩今日想食pancake,就揀左哩間。😋 buttermilk pancake set ( Blueberry) $118 有兩塊好厚既pancake, 兩塊中間唔會有cream，鍾意食先沾上，我覺得比較好。配料分別有：楓糖漿，雲哩拿雪糕，新鮮忌廉，藍莓漿同新鮮藍莓。全部配料加埋一齊食，好好味👍🏻而且pancake好有口感，好實在，足料。😋橙冰茶 $0夠大杯，以前就得Simplylife先有橙冰茶，其實我好鍾意飲。檸檬茶飲到有點悶。有新鮮橙肉粒，茶味又唔會好濃，正👍🏻😋Tapas 四重奏 $168 （二人份量）Tapas 即係西班牙既小食，分別有洋蔥圈，雞翼，辣肉腸，焗薯皮。醬汁都係偏西班牙醬汁味道，偏重口味，但又唔會食完好口渴。洋蔥圈炸脆漿炸得唔錯，酥脆唔會好硬。魷魚都係新鮮既。焗薯皮有葱粒，醬汁，口感唔會好實，好味。雞翼有充足既肉汁同好嫩滑。辣肉腸就偏咸左少少。可能我慣左比較淡口味。哩個餐都算唔錯👍🏻假日黎下午茶Chill下傾下計係唔錯既地方。服務員都好貼心，以銅鑼灣哩個地

平時自己好少食西班牙菜，今次中午時間去開銅鑼灣就見到有一間門面都裝修得好靚既餐廳，咁當然就要試下佢好唔好食啦，結果兩個lunch set 食材同佢裝修一樣咁掂。El Burger呢個漢堡無得頂，200gr 安格斯漢堡，面包夠鬆軟，新鮮雞蛋連醬汁加埋大大塊肉， 一口咬落去，肉汁唧曬出嚟，加上金黃色薯條，真係大滿足。Pork belly and prawns mini paella原來西班牙大鍋飯真係好好味道，色澤鮮艷，飯粒口感堅硬紮實，底部微微焦香，加上小虎蝦同杜洛克豬腩肉，令人食慾大開。

I came into the restaurant at 6.40pm for happy hour. The staff only told me to return the table at 7.30pm. After 5 mins, the lady told me its last order which she didnt mention when i come into the restaurant. The menu only mention last order is at 7.30pm. 🐽Went for a brunch. Ordered the avo and egg toast with extra topping of bacon (a side salad included), a pancakes with berries and whip cream and a now I learned spanish egg (which i thought was scotch egg). 😬The food is quite decent. 3/5The paella was good, flavour, seasoning and texture well balance. The sucking is very tender just really abit too oily. The apple really helps a lot to feel less greasy. The skin is crunchy like a puff biscuit. Spring roll from next door, well fried but salty.

黎到Fashion Walk大部份都係西餐廳，因為好多都未食過所以就隨便搵咗一間試，有意外驚喜😆😆遇到間幾正嘅西班牙餐廳，我哋坐咗outdoor,試左佢呢度出名嘅嘢食，我哋嗌咗兩個主食一個小食同兩杯嘢飲💪🏻💪🏻主食有，西班牙脆皮乳豬配青蘋果，同埋西班牙辣肉腸55分鐘慢煮流心蛋卡邦尼意粉，小食係香炸魷魚圈🤤🤤個乳豬賣相幾靚佢外面層皮超脆，切開裏面啲肉食落去唔韌，佢反而係淋身嘅感覺，應該係烹調上面做出嚟的，配埋青蘋果醬好夾，不錯不錯👍🏻👍🏻個卡邦尼我覺得同出邊有啲唔同，首先佢個流心蛋真係做到流心效果，撈埋啲粉食好正，意粉硬度啱啱好，唔會太硬又唔會太淋，煙韌剛剛好，裏面嘅辣肉腸初初以為係一片片嗰啲，原來佢哋係用一條果隻，切成一粒粒，好有咬口，個味好出，正😆😆另外小食係個炸魷魚圈佢係即炸既，外脆內軟👍🏻👍🏻佢配埋個蛋黃醬，成個味出左😋嘢飲方面我嗌左個熱薄荷茶配蜜糖，佢真係有成樽未開過嘅蜂蜜俾你，就咁試過蜂蜜佢唔係一般普通嗰啲蜜糖，係有蜂蜜嘅味，絕對唔會Hea你😌同埋呢度嘅職員好Nice，服務態度都幾好，雖然唔係啲咩高級餐廳，但係佢哋都會禮貌地幫你換碟同埋上菜💃🏻💃🏻

Just get inside in random and the food quality was surprisingly great! We ordered carbonara and beef cheek. Both dishes are good and the service was nice too!For the price, it is reasonable too, especially the white wine, it’s $6x only.I will be back there again in a foreseeable future!
