Recently I have been craving for Salmon roe so went here for it.Got the 50:50 which was salmon roe and salmon on top of rice with furikake.The salmon roe was delicious but the salmon wasn't so good because it was fishy and I don't like salmon with silvery skin still attached.Apart from that, it was so delicious because they sprinkled furikake on the rice which makes the rice even more yummy.It is quite a good deal because you get lemon tea or miso soup but the joint down the road is pricier and does not include a drink. 继续阅读

嚟开呢附近,买个外卖上车食吓先。呢度啱晒好似我同大雄咁啦,唔食生嘢嘅有熟食便当,钟意食鱼生嘅有鱼生饭。等咗5分钟都冇就有得攞喇,哇外卖咋㖞,用个咁靓嘅纸袋?日式牛肉饭配温泉蛋 ($75)一打开盖,系一堆连住少量肥膏但整体唔肥嘅牛肉片,围住一只温泉蛋,唔小心拮开咗只蛋,啲蛋汁好快就流晒出嚟,食唔到只蛋有冇蛋味了;捞匀后发觉原来饭嘅量系好充足㗎㖞,粒粒仲好饱满添;由于牛肉冇乜脂肪,所以会比较鞋口,而且酱汁少咗啲,好在有啲蛋汁,否则整体就会偏干杂锦鱼生饭 ($88)一个$88嘅鱼生饭,我当然唔期望会有海胆拖罗𫚕鱼,以三文鱼粒及其他白身鱼粒为主,仲有啲八爪鱼粒、蛋、青瓜及大量蟹子,口感好丰富;同样地呢个饭嘅量一样系咁多,好在啲𩠌亦都够慷慨,否则食到尾就会变咗斋食白饭。好似鱼生饭抵食过个牛肉饭㖞!每个餐包面豉汤或冻柠茶,拣咗面豉汤,不过不失啦唔算好咸。呢度唔可以话超级好味,不过不失啦,胜在员工好好礼貌啰! 继续阅读

I had the 3 Sashimi Don and loved it. Very good quality sashimi. I have been several times to the restaurant now and it delivers the same quality consistently which is often a concern for me with fish quality in Hong Kong. 继续阅读

今日试咗, 不过好失望! 我点咗鸡+鸡旦便当, 开头厨师话卖晒, 唯有再望吓, 个厨师见我睇咗好耐, 佢突然又改口风话有last 1, 咁OK啦. 返到公司, 开咗之后, 发现D肉唔似鸡, 食咗先知个餐变咗鸡旦肉燥饭. 我好嬲, 如果我唔食猪, 咁咪中咗伏! 佢由头到尾都冇同我讲冇鸡, 咁样做生意唔系好掂啰.  佢话明系日式, 但饭系普通米, D汁系甜豉油, 猪肉冇腌过, 成个饭我食唔出有D咩味.  上面佢加咗D生既葱同雪菜, 生葱可以, 生雪菜, 我唔得啰.   继续阅读

Having heard from a few friends, I decided to give Don Buri Kings a try. Donburi (or "Don" for short) is a Japanese rice bowl dish consisting of fish, meat, vegetables or other ingredients simmered together and served over rice.This particular establishment is located in the junction of hiller street and Queens road central, opposite to la rotisserie in Sheung wan. Their menu is clear, but don't forget the specials on a side black board. All their food are rice based. The price can range from $68up.I went for their best seller, salmon teriyaki Don. There was a generous portion of salmon. While the fish seems a bit dry, the flavor was wonderful!The amount of teriyaki sauce was just right - the rice was all covered in the sauce but it didn't feel over drenched. All set come with either miso soup or iced lemon tea. I decided for the former. It tasted quite fresh and perfect for colder weather. The wait for the food was not long at all, less than 10min. The open kitchen shows you that each order is made when paid so it is quite fresh when you get it. The people at the shop are also very friendly for any questions or queries. Would definitely go back for more and their stamp card (buy 9, get the 10th on the house!) gives me even more motivation to do so! Next on my list would be: spicy tuna and chicken teriyaki. 继续阅读
