Bad service & super slowI ordered lunch set for take away. It took the staff 20 mins to make a cup of ice latte. There were 3 staff in the kitchen. All they do is chatting with each other and complaining about customer just “staying at cafe and waiting for their food. We told them it will take 20 mins.” They still took their own sweet time to chit chat with each other. ( I saw them they only have 2 orders) I think crostini really need to train their staff what is customer service. If this kind of poor standard remains crostini will lose a number of value customer who is in this community. Really disappointed with this branch. Can we have Starbucks or other cafe in this mall instead? Thanks

食左佢地嘅brunch,我只可以说水准好差，香港吃过的eggs Benedict 同all day breakfast 最糟羔之一.本人没有歧视学生妹的意思，但是个人觉得个chef资历尚浅。完全是罐头茄汁豆，唔热个复，叮番热都懒，烟肉又细又硬肥，肠仔是无肉味得面包糠个种。算了，勉强食完打算买他们的面包回家，然后被告知话公司policy唔收毫纸，请问一下，甘一毫两毫五毫唔系钱？不要政府发出的货币咩？我而家拿Bitcoin 去买吖？explain to me that how is coins not legal tender?

$98 for a hearty all day breakfast with a nice cup coffee is a good deal if you ask me! The food took a while to come though, my meal took almost 20 minutes. Luckily I wasn’t in a hurry. Eggs were nice and fluffy and the bacon and sausages were tasty as well. But the potato wedges were stale on arrival, so I’m not sure what took them so long. Maybe they’re just understaffed?

是日休息，去海旁散步，见有点口渴想食甜点。行了一会发现商场仔入面有间咖啡店， 静静地…吾busy几舒服，所以就order咗一杯咖啡，同一件蛋糕。一边上网一边饮咖啡好悠闲，待应又唔会嚟打扰你，我喜欢自在的感觉。

前天早上去逸珑湾果边工作，在商场只有一间中餐和呢间，原本想叫All day Breakfast,不过职员话要等15分钟，我赶时间的情况下叫左个牛角包加热...不过都等左1x分钟...加热我觉得无需要禁长时间... 不过食落去都有惊喜， 牛角包都比较脆👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻如果下一次有多D时间 会再来试其他野食😊
