记得第一次帮衬 Creaminal Treats 是上年平安夜，当时店方创意地把每款 Cupcake 配上名字，给人无限惊喜！ 早前再帮衬，发现有些新口味！我当然不容错过！ 最近，走到 PMQ，顺道去 Creaminal Treats，怎料已结业！ 起初，我还打算帮衬两、三次，才一次过打第二篇食评！没想到开业半年左右便结业！可能是位置不就脚所致吧！我每次由上环行到中环鸭巴甸街这条大约 45 度斜路，夏天走来！真是觉得自己拿苦来辛！ 琳瑯满目的 cupcake 当中，有好几款新口味，最吸引我的 cupcake 非迷人的紫色 cupcake 莫属！ 就算我没有叫饮品，女店员会送上一杯水！贴心的服务！ 或可自行斟水！Blue Ambush $35Blueberry cake with cream cheese紫色忌廉的卖相好诱人！ 自家制蓝莓吉士忌廉混合忌廉芝士，有不少蓝莓肉，真材实料！味道酸中带微咸！清香软滑湿润！ 蛋糕部份略带牛油味及松软口感！甜度刚好！整体甜而不腻！食完好满足！ 真可惜！又少了一间特色 cupcake 店，希望店方会物色较为就脚的位置重开！

吃完叉烧烧鹅饭，继续踏上率性的趴走之旅，乘扶手电梯至士丹顿街，穿插于大街小巷。用眼睛、用脚步，去享受这一片繁华背后的独特而静寂的风景。约六点半了，是时候去Creaminal Treats 会合老爹他们了。话说小妹早前趴走中上环时，路过食友们曾介绍的Creaminal Treats 门口，念念不忘。是日，老爹和另一事各因私事出中环，故相约一聚，食件饼，饮杯嘢。Creaminal Treats 位于半山鸭巴甸街，是一间蛮具特色的杯子蛋糕咖啡店。店主把Criminal罪犯加以创造，富予其新的内涵，变成了Creaminal忌廉罪犯，把杯子蛋糕和吃甜品的罪恶感两合为一，极具玩味和趣味﹗此外，店主还为每个Cupcake起了名字，给予其特定的罪犯角色，并把抽象概念图象化，变成了小店的装饰，配以昏暗灯光，红砖古宅设计，彻头彻尾地把小店塑造成罪犯大宅。小店除了十多款售价由$28-$35的杯子蛋糕外，还有咖啡、热茶、milkshake、果汁及樽装饮品等，售价由$23-$60不等。我们一行四人，要了三款杯子蛋糕Ms. Pink、The Italian和The Monster，每个二十三大元，价钱合理。Ms. Pink粉红佳人样子清新秀丽，不落俗套，平淡中有一份自然美。云呢嗱雪糕松带牛油香味，内藏鲜甜士多啤梨酱，配上幼滑而不甜腻的忌廉，简单而美味，再以一薄切红边白心士多啤梨点缀，美艳而动人。三者中，最得小妹的芳心。The Italian意大利先生与意大利芝士饼颇有异曲同工之妙，咖啡蛋糕与马拉沙酒Marsala结合为一，再以忌廉芝士糖霜在蛋糕上唧出唧花，最后洒上可可粉作装饰。徒看卖相，颇有黑手党那份慑人的霸气。咬下一口，酒味不甚突出，咖啡蛋糕与芝士忌廉味道蛮匹配，谁也抢不了谁的风头。The Monster怪兽先生真的蛮怪兽﹗朱古力蛋糕本身已偏甜腻，蛋糕内又隐藏香甜的朱古力酱，甜上加甜，唧上忌廉芝士糖霜后，最后以一块曲奇饼点缀。曲奇饼一早已放于蛋糕上，故咬下未够香脆可口，建议可效法Ms. Pink片士多啤梨，客人order后才加上，以确保其香脆度。友人甲要了朱古力Milkshake $42，味道如何就不得而知了。只是，杯子蛋糕配朱古力，不是会甜上加甜吗？老爹要了Snapple 的柠檬茶$23，呷一口后，e起棚牙，向小妹扮鬼脸。唉，抵佢死﹗小妹和友人乙则要了Flat White $32，见褐色咖啡上有一团奶泡，还以为是拉花。凝望了片刻，发现自己自作多情了，患得患失。虽则Flat White并不一定会有拉花，但这杯Flat White的卖相无疑颇教小妹失望。呷一口，咖啡味淡，味道带酸，加了一包咖啡糖，仍不是小妹杯coffee也。小结：小店的杯子蛋糕值得一试，但饮品就可免则免了……

Cupcakes对我来说有一种莫名的吸引力，明明知道它不就是一个唧上糖霜忌廉的小蛋糕而已，但每次经过店铺看见有售卖cupcake时，不知道为甚么心情都会顿时变好的。最近，cupcake的热潮又好像回来了！为于中上环一带的Creaminal Treats算是一间较新的cupcake店，我超喜欢它的店名。店铺的装修也很贴切店名-墙上的量度高度表，配合店铺特别提供让客人可以写上自己的名字、罪名等等的黑板，顾客就能够十足十像囚犯般拍mugshot,超好玩！Cupcakes 的名称都是根据店里挂画上的人物而改的，每位cupcake先生小姐各有特色，真的很难选择。最后选了三个以不同味道的蛋糕作base的cupcake。这里除了有cupcake之外，还有smoothies，果汁，咖啡茶供应，如果想省点卡路里的，这里也有水让客人自己斟来喝。苹果汁虽然不是新鲜即榨的，但算是清香不过甜，配cupcake最好了！Mr. RV ($32)Red velvet往往是我的首选，深红色的蛋糕是可可味，味道不算浓，但已足够，不过我觉得蛋糕不够松软，还好cream cheese frosting 非常creamy和厚身，补救了这点。Mr. Italian ($32)这位义大利先生的身子是咖啡味蛋糕，而头顶是cream cheese frosting，其实就是tiramisu味。他特别之处是蛋糕和frosting都下了 Marsala，所以有淡淡酒香。我是咖啡addict，因此认为蛋糕的espresso可以下得更重手。Ms. Karma ($32)我们俩的最爱，她是由 vanilla 蛋糕和焦糖忌廉组成，内里还有 salted caramel。蛋糕比先前两个湿润，海盐焦糖甜咸调教得刚刚好，浓厚杰身衬托轻如浮云的 cream，太好吃了。它令我回想起以前在一间在Elements的 cupcake店，那里的cupcake 全部都有filling，那就是我开始喜欢上cupcake的时候，知道那店子结业我不知道多伤心！还好让我遇上Ms. Karma！这里的cupcake 不黏纸，蛋糕不松散，值得一赞！店员超友善，我和男朋友拍了又拍，mugshot牌改了又改也没有嫌我们烦，更主动帮我们拍照呢！下次我经过一定会帮衬这店！

The name CREAMINAL was really interesting so I just had to check it out.It is located on Aberdeen Road where Bologne used to be and right next to Levain.At first I thought it was solely a cake shop.Upon entering, I realized you can have the cakes there and they sell drinks too.The theme of the shop is really good, it reminds me of Sherlock Holmes and they have used the criminal theme applied to cakes which is why they are called CREAMINAL.On the walls, there are really nice illustrations of criminals merged into cupcakes.It would be good if all their cakes were named to match each criminal illustration on the wall because I couldn't find the one for S'more and Banoffee.So far there are eight official characters with illustrations: 1)Ms. White, a vanilla cupcake with buttercream frosting2)Dr. Black kills who dissects with a scalpel. A chocolate cupcake with choc ganache frosting3)Mr. RV, a red velvet cupcake with cream cheese frosting4)Ms. Karma, a caramel cupcake with whipped cream!5)The Associate, a mocha cupcake with whipped cream frosting6)The Italian, a tiramisu cupcake with cream cheese frosting7)The Monster a Cookie & Cream cupcake8)Ms. Pink, a strawberry with whipped cream cupcakeAt the back, there is board with height markings where you can take mug shots which is cute.The toilets each have a female and male criminal picture too.There was a good American cake selection.I was having trouble deciding between the S'mores (marshmallow) and the The Pink (Strawberry and cream).In the end I got The Pink because I have tried S'mores at KISSES and The Pink was fresh strawberries and not artificial strawberry flavouring.★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★THE PINK:I only had a cake because I just had a heavy lunch.The Pink is basically vanilla cake filled with fresh strawberries, frosted with whipped cream.Tried some of the cream on it's own first and it was sweet.Inside the cupcake, there was some fresh strawberries as stated but not that much but enough to give the cake an overall strawberry flavour.The cake was delicious with the whipped cream because it was just like having a Victoria sponge and strawberries and cream at the same time.The sweetness of the cake was not too sweet which was perfect.★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★

遇到对的人需要运气，遇上好的cupcakes 也需要运气。本来打算去另外一间cafe试试，但A提议去试试新开的cupcakes cafe。我试过sift 的cupcake，red velvet 好好味，但其他的cupcakes 有点过甜。在无心插柳底下，我们踏上意想不到的旅程，乘半山行人电梯到坚道，向右边走一段路，再向下走那45度倾斜的山坡，终于到达了Creaminal 了！(连openrice本来没有Creaminal的record..)Creaminal 是和Criminal 有差不多的意思吧，吃甜的东西总会有点guilty吧！听店员的推荐，也因为我们都喜欢dark chocolate，所以选了少甜的Dr. Black。我喜欢它的iceing，很浓的chocolate，chocolate 要越dark 先越好味！店员也推荐了这个tiramisu 味的cupcake, icing 有浓浓的cheese味及一点点酒味，配上chocolate cake，比较light 一点。我点的latte, latte 的泡沫打得不错，咖啡也够苦，和cupcakes 很配。A 点的earl grey, 看起来很有心思，有syrup, 也有honey可以选。这店开了2个星期，所以没有太多人，一次过满足3个愿望 ﹣ 1. 安静， 2. 不用等， 3. 好味！另外，我觉得店员很有礼貌，希望他们可以保持水准。＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊看来我今天的运气不错啊!
