香煎龍脷柳配蕃茄意粉- 魚肉柔軟多汁。外皮酥脆。對比鮮明。西蘭花同埋蕃茄形成了很好的藝術效果和對比。番茄醬汁是燉了很久的,所以非常入味,亦有適量芝士伴隨。意大利麵的口感煙靭,讓人體驗到新鮮的意大利麵。
法色紅酒燴牛柳意粉-燴牛柳略有點韌,但味道濃厚。古唔到芽菜與紅酒汁相當配合。紅酒醬汁唔太鹹,亦帶有微辣。意大利麵是新鮮烹制的。碟子上有黑醋汁襯托。
番茄沙拉新鮮,蕃茄,雞蛋也煮得非常完美。
總括:除咗好多特色意大利粉,佢哋仲有串燒,熏雞,漢堡包。環境優雅,地點適中。價錢合理。另切加一。
Pan-fried sole fillet with spaghetti in tomato sauce - Inside of the fish is soft and juicy. The outside is crispy. Good contrast. Vegetables on top of the dish create a good artistry and contrast. The flavor and the oil in the Sauce tastes like it’s been simmering for a long time. Tomatoes and sweet based. Pasta texture is aldente making it a more authentic spaghetti experience.
Braised Beef in red wine sauce with spaghetti - Braised beef is slightly tender, but the flavor is good and fresh still. The sprouts complement the braised beef very well. Their sauce is definitely very rich and delicious with a hint of red wine and spicy kick to it. The pasta was freshly cooked to aldente. Plate was decorated with a Swirl of thick balsamic vinegar sauce.
Salad is also surprisingly fresh, including the tomatoes and the egg was cooked to perfection.
Overall: the restaurant also gave skewers and smoke chicken and burger dishes. Nice atmosphere and location is good. Their price is reasonable with 10% service charge.
