I went there as a friend who is a big fan of waffle recommended. I ordered a latte and a Belgium waffle with banana and chocolate sauce. Latte art was pretty and tasted nice. I'm not a big fan of waffle but I still think it tastes quite nice. The owner told me they imported the sugar used in the waffle from Belgium and the formula is unique. The waffle itself is crunchy on the outside while soft and chewy inside. Quite good in general.

在加拿大時很喜歡在尊門店吃Belgium Waffle,那用红菜頭提練的比利士珍珠糖獨特的甜味及窩夫外脆內軟的口感，真的百吃不厭。回港後試過很多不同的窩夫店，總覺一般，亦試過銅鑼湾標榜正宗比利士窩夫的尊門店，雖然近似但依然不及記憶中的好味。直至有朋友介绍知道此店有買比利士窩夫，尊程一試，一試之下，非常驚喜，味道簡直有過之而無不及，终於找回我最愛的比利士窩夫。很奇怪他們為何不大力宣傳，可能因為他們新開張和的主要業務是Book 塲吧。但如喜歡Waffle或甜品的朋友，這绝對值得一試。再者他們現新張期內的Set lunch 有沙律，主菜(照燒鷄扒配Crepe，肉醤或白汁意粉跟即磨咖啡或者其他飲品都只是$49，晚餐$75則送迷你比利士窩夫，實在超值。喜歡吃Waffle或甜品的朋友绝對一定要一試的地方。環境亦很舒適，一個人，二三知己或一班朋友都適合，真心推薦的一個好地方。
