No idea why they call this "Lean Food". Menu is not nutritious at all. The cooking is poor, making all the protein dry and lacking in favor. To make it consumable, they cover the protein in oil and sauce, which defeats the purpose of making the food "lean". I have never tasted an omelette so greasy in my life.Vegetables are taste like frozen vegetables from the freezer, and chicken taste like frozen chicken from the freezer. Yes, the portions are large, but it's mainly carbs, which again, is unhealthy. But I guess it is cheap for the owners.This place is no healthier than your typical HK cafe, but the price is at a premium because they wrote "Lean food" on their menu. Pretty much false advertising.

Servers are rude. What's the point of servers wearing masks if they're going to take them off to talk to each other? When I pointed it out to them that they should keep their mask on, he swore at me and told me to stopping being so 八. Then he swore as he was walking away.Food is also expensive for the quality it provides. Sandwiches were soggy and the all-day breakfast was small. Food came cold. This is a disgrace for food and service in Hong Kong especially Central. An embarrassment.

Our team had a lunch meeting with a client so we ordered a few convenient lunches from here. Our intern called in during the morning and came to pick up the lunch around noon.Our intern and I had difficulty finding someone who can follow up on the order. We spoke to a waitress who said she'll help us but she just disappeared and never came back. 7 minutes in, we had to find someone else and when we did, we were told that they're making the food right now. That the order was mixed up. We had to wait another 15 minutes.By the time we got the food and returned back to the office, the lunch meeting was half way done and our client was extremely unhappy. Understandable because it's lunchtime and he was hungry.I don't think this restaurant is dependable for takeout orders and I would not order from here ever again. Disappointing because we actually ended up with a very dissatisfied client because of the mix up by the restaurant.Also, food was cold and one of our orders were wrong. We ordered one vegetarian meal, but instead we got beef. So one of our teammates didn't have lunch.

My colleagues told me not to come here because they heard bad stuff about this place, but I tried it because I was in a hurry.Overall, poor management and organization. Place feels like a mess and is very confusing. Staff seems to unable to know what's going on and getting their attention is difficult. I had to wait 20 minutes after sitting down before a staff helped me.Food came slow that day. I waited 25 minutes during lunch hour. I'm not sure if this is common, but half my lunch time was gone by the time my food arrived.I ordered a chicken sandwich. Chicken was dry, perhaps overcooked. Vegetables were watery like they were becoming old. Bread was soggy. Quality tasted like it was from a 7-11 refrigerator.Also the place seems dirty. Puddle of water on the floor and the tables don't look clean. Saw a staff scratching her head and then serving food, which I find somewhat unhygenic.
