全世界都疫情严重, 去唔到旅行, 又想揾返 外国感觉, 幻想自己去咗旅行, 最直接嘅方法, 当然就系揾番外国美食, 慰藉下心灵!呢间面包铺真系意大利人开, 佢嘅意大利味道无庸置疑。 平时多数喺𠮶度买佢嘅超厚pizza, 最近见佢出咗个新花款 Calzone (意大利馅饼), 即管买嚟试下!最近佢哋换咗个新嘅外卖袋, 装住个 Calzone 有啲似标本, 搞到我好想快啲食咗落肚!我买嘅时候刚刚出炉, 攞到返办公室微热, 但都仲好鬼香。 咬落去有好丰富嘅吞拿鱼, 加埋香草同番茄酱, 其实都好惹味。 不过小弟就嫌佢有啲腥。前两日食另外一款水牛芝士馅饼, 我就非常钟意啦! 一样拥有丰富馅料, 水牛芝士味浓郁, 真系好似去咗意大利一样!最近喺收银处仲有免费 Expresso, 配埋意大利式面包, 绝配!冇得去旅行顶住先啦!

原址的Po’s Atelier在一年多前无声无息地结业, 她的肉桂卷是我吃过最香最难忘的. 转手名为Capo之后, 楼面设计有着前者的影子, 都是有一张大型开放式的面包工作枱, 但做的面包就是意式的风格, Pizza就是她的主角, 也有其他位置卖一些意式食品, 如Salami. 至于Pizza的质素, 就不太值得提起. 以Focaccia作Pizza饼底, 也许是因为以橄榄油制作的关系, 再加上面包不够热, 就很有油腻的感觉. Topping的蕃茄也不太够味, 味道就是只有油味和Salami的咸味, 除了不太对劲外, 也令我特别怀念Po’s Atelier手工面包的精致呢!

Capo Panificio is a newish Italian bakery in Po Hing Fong. I didn’t get anything from there when I visited it for the first time, as I was kinda in a rush and didn’t really check it out. This time, I grabbed a Focaccia Cherry Tomato (front left) to try with the recommendation of the staff.Compared to the olive one at the back, this cherry tomato one is less salty and more refreshing. I had it on the next morning as breakfast. It’s quite oily as it stained the paper bag with patches. However, it didn’t feel greasy when I ate it, probably because of the use of delightful olive oil instead of butter? The focaccia was so delicious! It was actually quite fluffy even after a night, and the cherry tomato pieces were not sour at all, refreshing as said! Awesome! I would definitely like to try out other bread when I visit Capo Panificio again.

This new bakery is located at the same place of Po’s Atelier.It got a range of focaccia and other bread products that are not common in local bakeries 🥯 The focaccia is very tasty, will come here again if I happen to be somewhere around this area.Focaccia has different shapes: some in round shapes and some in square shapes.There are options of olives or tomatoes 🍅 You won’t feel the focaccia being too oily.Sesame bagel is very chewy and quite stick to the New York style, chewy and dense.

一个月冇来到 ,呢间面包店(前身po’s Atelier) 原来转左手。因为今晚饮汤做晚餐,谂住来买个sour dough , 点知成铺头变左做意式bakery,仲企左两个好热情嘅意大利人向到欢迎👏🏻我😂😂😅。 未入铺其实已闻到好香rosemary 味,做意式focaccia 经常会用到。 我本身好钟意大利面包,尤其是focaccia 同 ciabatta ,但意式面包店香港好难找,竟然有间就向屋企楼下,真的有福了! 可能铺头仲好新,display 面包数量唔太多,但单是focaccia 就有成3-4种口味,店内仲见到师傅整紧细细件的pizza 仔,面有Parma ham 。 下次一定会再试!原粒橄榄focaccia ,好松软,且而食得出橄榄油嘅味道。
