What makes a differnce of Vietnamese Pho place, the most important, the broth. With 12 hours and every effort of the Chef, the broth really made itself a solid base of this restaurant. Strong aroma and fantastic taste made me finish the broth even after I was full from clearing all the things I ordered and drinking the lime soda.
The Pho itself was far beyond expectation, the usual pho you get is either too soft (which becomes soggy and breaks after a while) or you get the thin and hard ones which gets too chewy. Pho here seems to be silky smooth, soft, and remains the same until the end.
Beef seem like US angus beef, thinly sliced placed nicely on the noodles, combining with the steamy soup is just perfect.
Spring Roll and Cha Lua both homemade, quality control at its best, spring roll fried to an extent where its crispy on the outside while the ingredients inside is super juicy (not so oily I am guessing they may have used kitchen roll to soak the oil excess). Cha Lua they do not rely on supplier, I only ordered because I saw another client ordered and see this Cha is in irregular shape, I asked the Chef, and yes, homemade to make sure the Cha is real eatable meat, another effort well appreciated!
Every effort is put to do a perfect serving of a beef Pho meal. Quality experienced.
Atmosphere is very pleasant too, will definitely come back.
