间中会经过呢间餐厅主打越式法包每次经过都唔太多人堂食今天放假经过见到佢有下午茶餐所以问下有的咩款点知原来所有法包套餐价都系$40只系份量比午餐细的午餐是100g,下午茶系70g仲有饮品/汤选左蕃茄焖牛腩和越色冻咖啡饮品可选咖啡或莲花茶佢系即叫即整法包keep住系暖柜所以仲keep到脆皮咬开见到满满既饀料比预算中多牛腩牛腩有少少咬口有淡淡既蕃茄味整体黎讲唔错饮品方便,咖啡味香浓偏向多糖多奶个人口味偏甜所以觉得刚刚好

法式面包外脆内软, 加入酸萝卜及青瓜, 青爽又轻盈。香茅嫩鸡腿肉味道偏淡, 但却渗透淡淡香气, 为整个越式三文治画龙点睛,是个饱肚又健康的选择。偏食的伙伴可以跟我一样走葱及芫荽, 美味又没有负担。

Having some very good bahn mi options in wan chai I was still excited to have another option Bahn Mi Kitchen open as I had heard good things about it’s Central branch. The choice of fillings are the main attraction of this joint as other place only have one or two options. I decided to go for the char siu bahn mi and also got a Vietnamese coffee. The coffee was absolutely positively delicious! I could say it’s one of the best Vietnamese style coffees I’ve had in HK. Now for the bahn mi, the char siu filling was quite nice. The bread was my main gripe being stale and having the plastic airy taste I associate with cheap bread. The other ones two bahn mi places I like in wan chai do their breads so well that this was a let down and I wouldn’t be tempted to come here based on the bread alone, which is unfortunate - makes me think it’s a one off that I got old stale bread. The char siu was still good quality and flavor and the other toppings were just standard.

早前和同事已驻足多次Banh Mi门外,看过有关店的介绍,不过我们对此采取观望态度。不过看见店内人潮与日俱增,尤其以外籍人士甚多,应该都是很有水准的一家店。店内是开放式厨房,以外卖店为主并提供少量座位。食品选择不多,只供应6款包($47-$80)及1款沙律($45)。惠顾食品可加$12有咖啡,加$5 有莲花茶,加$12有汤。我只点了蕃茄焖牛腩越式法包($60)。就算是堂食,都一概跟外卖般用纸包裹著再贴上贴纸。法包包身有加热过。蕃茄汁香浓,酸菜微酸很开胃。牛腩口感比较松散,汁也稍咸了一点。不过整体都不错,吃得出店方的用心。
