The food was good, reasonable portion for the price. The coffee was great, however no milk or sugar was provided. You have to ask for them. Oh, they are also charged as extras! (We learned when we got the bill). Also, no coffee spoon is provided either. You must ask request for spoons. The service by waitstaff was poor. Most of the time they were busy discussing things amongst themselves with their backs against the customer at the POS system. Can’t fault the restaurant for the type of customer

Terrifying experience with the manager. After waiting for almost an hour for our order, I ask the server why the food is taking so long. I see her check the computer and then talking to her manager for a couple of minutes, and neither come back to me for an explanation. I walk up to them and ask the manager what's going on, and he points at my table and says "why dont you just go back to your seat and quietly wait for your food!". 唸住同小朋友開開心心去食餐Lunch，結果換來不愉快經歷，需要驚動警察，非常害怕！😭睇餐牌揀左唔辣嘅菜式比小朋友食（冇辣椒🌶️標誌的菜式），落單時同職員再次確認菜式唔辣先落單等左20分鐘野食到，同一位職員才告知問過廚房，原來菜式係辣嘅🫠我問：可否幫我 sauce on side (職員說sauce 辣的）？ 她們說不可以。我再問：可否加錢換其他完全不辣的菜式？她們說老闆不允許。非常無奈😮‍💨與此同時，一位自認是老闆的男職員出來，大聲生氣地用英文說 “you have to pay for what you have ordered” 嚇到我個小朋友爆喊我心平氣和話，我從來冇話唔比錢，只係想要一份小朋友食到，唔辣嘅菜式⋯都未講完，老闆已經話 “i don’t care, i am running a business, you have to pay! Who do you think you are?!”我個小朋友嚇到喊到嘔曬啱啱食嘅餅乾仔出黎⋯跟住佢落命令唔比我地走⋯驚到我結果要打999 叫救命😭😭😭我係完全冇掂過碟食物我同阿仔極度驚恐嘅情況底下比曬錢，係警察陪同下先能安全離開餐廳真係

下午茶時間入去唔使排隊揀左bar枱可以望住佢哋煮 廚師好Nice主動會同人傾偈叫咗一杯coconut latte 好香椰子味 仲有少少椰子碎之後嗌左個chicken breast sourdough 一個人啱啱好食得晒 但係偏辣少少 整體不錯

不再是精美小店以往食開中環店 雖然要行斜路小店又需要成日排隊但氣氛服務同菜式都值得回頭-最近食左兩次灣仔店今次平日中午所以無咩人完全唔洗等今次食Big boss同飲凍Americano咖啡質素完全唔值得叫好普通亦唔香-上菜非常快 Big boss都係咁大份牛肉方面幾入味同有質感份量都大（以女仔黎講）配上烤芝士sourdough個人覺得退步左口感同味道方面 以往真係做到外見脆口內軟熟以呢個價錢黎講偏貴不太值得回頭但以味道黎講尚算不錯但不太驚喜

我是最近半年才開始見到餐廳有 sourdough（可能見識少😂），然後最近發現愈來愈多餐廳有。上網找資料，原來sourdough是一種古老的麵包製作方法，相較於普通麵包，sourdough的古老製作方法（例如需要長時間發酵）令他有嚼勁得來質地還是鬆軟，因為沒有添加劑和防腐劑。這次點了兩款。❤️ Gravy Train：他的賣點當然是chicken liver 😂，特別得來又好吃，peri peri sauce都是冇得輸，非常值得一試！❤️ Oh My God：這款的材料雖然相對普通，但這個配搭非常好，磨菇汁香濃得來沒有肥膩的感覺！❤️ Peppermint tea 就不過不失，不是重點，哈哈！

本身想搵間餐廳飲下咖啡，入到去，再望下食評，先知道是出名酸種包。早上都唔想太Heavy，隨意點了一個包，一上檯甚是驚喜，滿滿的被芫荽覆蓋。在芫荽後當然仲有驚喜，就係蕃茄莎莎醬，酸尾尾的，讓早晨更醒神。早餐最緊要都係Refresh 及感受無比的幸福感，這方面呢度又真係做得幾好。

以前蘇豪嘅舖頭好細好迫，灣仔分店大好多，坐得舒服好多。灣仔分店我試過Oh my god同埋Beulah (但已經冇賣luu)，兩個都好好食。今次我揀bar枱坐，睇住3個女廚互相配合迅速出餐。跟據我非正式觀察，OH MY GOD, YOGIVASNA, BAKED EGGS ON BRIOCHE, OG比較多人叫，印象中仲可以揀轉其他麵包，例如ON BRIOCHE轉sourdough。*Bakoven on toast $178酸種麵包嘅starter已經有54年喇，酸度唔高，麥香略少，偏向紮實乾身硬脆，點碟上嘅油醋令麵包冇咁乾。厚厚一層鷹嘴豆泥，配菠菜、芫荽青醬雞胸，加埋燒番茄，刨一層巴馬臣芝士片。調味偏重口味，加埋印度酸辣醬，惹味好好食！一啖絕對食晒咁多樣，可以mix & match每啖搭配唔同食材。雞胸肉片唔乾帶肉汁，配埋軟熟牛油果+油醋，呢個combo冇得輸！*Iced americano $40最最最普通嘅咖啡😂

以自家酸種麵包的 open sandwich 打響名堂的 BAKED，其灣仔分店終於正式開幕。除了回味菇類愛好者必吃的 Oh My God 外，亦首次嘗試「打大佬」級的 Main Lannie aka Big Boss - 於酸種麵包吐司放上安格斯穀飼牛、大啡菇及煎蛋等配料，肉味濃郁，層次多變，份量大得可以二人享用。Time for some BIG BOSS at Baked’s latest branch at Wan Chai, in which you can enjoy a steak sandwich with Angus grain fed beef steak, portobello mushrooms, fried egg and Baked signature sourdough toast in one go.

相信好多人都聽過呢間主打酸種麵包的cafe，原先開係中環半山區，位置唔多，但受廣大歡迎，由於我好怕排隊，所以一直無去試。前排知道佢哋係灣仔開咗分店，空間闊落咗好多，終於嚟咗試。其實本身中環的定價已經比較進取，但灣仔分店價錢定得更高，每份sourdough 連加一大概二百蚊，所以都抱住好大期望，點知未食嘢已經等到個人好忟憎。公眾假期中午時間嚟試，餐廳入邊唔算多人，有好多空位，但係門口都要等5至10分鐘先有人招呼，然後坐低咗再等多10分鐘三催四先有人幫你落單，然後等咗半個鐘都未有嘢食，催單時發現店員冇落到單，然後應承會盡快出餐俾我哋，點知再等多15分鐘都未有，再催多次先比到個餐我地，差唔多等咗一個鐘先有得食。餐廳咁大，但樓面得三個人，一個招呼客人，一個落單，一個收碟，價錢定價咁高，但係比唔到應有的服務質素，上網都睇到好多人批評佢地嘅服務，顯然一直未有改善。大家要有充足時間同耐性先好嚟試。OH MY GOD! ($185) 👅:85.14分黑松露，大啡菇，水波蛋，火箭菜，酸種面包酸種麵包的確做得幾出色，面頭鋪滿醬汁，但係麵包仍然保持脆身，仲食到麵包的麥香同適中的酸味，黑松露醬汁同啡菇份量好

BAKED .🥑 Hipsters say hello HKD 112 - a classic and love the tomato relish 🍅 .🍄 OMG HKD 179 - creamy goodness with a touch of truffle 😍.🥐 Sourdough Cinnamon Bun HKD 75 - that cinnamon swirl was heavenly and that cream cheese icing was just chef kisses 😋.💭Thoughts: Funny thing was we were told the cinnamon bun would take 30-40 minutes but then it arrived at our table right away😂 We were also told that the OMG toast was sold out but then we asked again 5 mins later and they had it! Thank goodness🤗

如果想受氣可以去食，如果想開心食餐飯，100%不建議，貼錢買難受，無端端比人鬧!!!!🤬🤬He would ruin your day definitely!!!🤬I would like to order “Hipster say Hello”, however the waiter told me that this dishes were sold out… When I asked is it because of avocado? He said yes, running out of avocado.Then I decided to choose another dishes “Yogivasna”, which I later found that one of the ingredients contains avocado. I am confused if this is also sold out or not. So I asked another waitress again… wish to double confirm the availability

Very clean & fast service. International healthy food, made in open kitchen. AMAZING! And I recommend to try pastries. I had Yogivasna with pan fried chicken that was healthy, very good, spicy. It gave me a lots of middle-east vibes. For dessert I tried Brendas apple crumble cake that was very nice.

We ordered 2 big boss dish, waited for 60 mins and the dishes not be ready. So we asked the waitress, and the chef come to us saying you can cancel if you cannot wait. Cuz one of the dish is my friend, I cannot cancel. After 15min the dish came. When I pay the bill, the chef come to me again saying you must have patience. It’s ridiculously aggressive. We are the first customers in the restaurant after it allocate to new place. I can totally understand why their staff left.

上次去中環Baked食唔到Big Boss點知無耐之前去灣仔新店又食唔到🥺Anyway新店比起已結業係中環伊利近街嘅細鋪新淨好多、大勁多、舒服勁多但唔知係咪太近工商區變得無咩特色連食落口都少咗種人情味令人失望嘅係, 味道都無咁驚艷了但希望下次去食到可以令我surprise嘅Big Boss啦𓂅 Going Lamb (ᴴᴷᴰ 187)𓂅 OMG - Mushrooms on Sourdough (ᴴᴷᴰ 179)𓂅 Chocolate (ᴴᴷᴰ 48)
