近年吃西餐,不論是中檔次抑或係Fine Dining,多半是按位上,已很少遇上一大碟/盤大家 Sharing的餐廳了。是晚到訪的Bacchus Wine & Restaurant,總廚是法國人,卻喜歡將食物大大份的上桌,讓食客們齊齊分甘同味,這是他想做到的那種像家的感覺。大伙兒坐在長餐桌,將食物你遞俾我,我傳俾你,於我而言,是久違了的開心美食體驗。正值白蘆筍豐收的季節,總廚先來兩碟給我們打開胃口。清甜、無渣的白蘆筍,配以輕身帶微酸的汁醬,加上三文魚籽作點綴,大家都好喜歡。接著嚟,係家陣星級餐廳好流行的,魚子醬配海鮮奶凍。今次墊底既奶凍,係以帶子為主角,自然清甜,與頂頭咸香的魚子醬,十分合拍。當然吃時是要一匙到底,才能吃到其層次。再來的包包,也很特別。估唔到法籍既大廚會弄來一個富中式風味的腩肉包出來,包身軟熟而餡料夠腍身,頂頭再配以瀨尿蝦,好一個中西合壁的特色菜。海鮮扁意粉好誇張,是超級豐富的海鮮陣容,各式食材極之新鮮,蝦肉甜美,Scampi 亦然,龍蝦沒烹調過火,帶子大大粒煎至外層微焦,還有蜆肉等等,造樣子足料的意粉,大家有可能會不滿足嗎?Age牛肉大家吃得多,但雞也真是比較罕見。味道

接著嚟,係家陣星級餐廳好流行的,魚子醬配海鮮奶凍。今次墊底既奶凍,係以帶子為主角,自然清甜,與頂頭咸香的魚子醬,十分合拍。當然吃時是要一匙到底,才能吃到其層次。

海鮮扁意粉好誇張,是超級豐富的海鮮陣容,各式食材極之新鮮,蝦肉甜美,Scampi 亦然,龍蝦沒烹調過火,帶子大大粒煎至外層微焦,還有蜆肉等等,造樣子足料的意粉,大家有可能會不滿足嗎?

Age牛肉大家吃得多,但雞也真是比較罕見。味道確實來得濃郁,連埋香口既雞皮吃才是皇道。

個人而言,比較欣賞巨無霸級的斧頭扒。邊邊位的微脆,連骨位置既脂香,各有風味,真的要多嚐幾片,試勻各個位置才肯收手。

甜品有即席表演的橙酒班戟,係視覺與甜胃都得以滿足的一道甜點。

Fine Dining嚐得來,偶爾重溫下呢種像家庭式分享的用餐體驗,都好唔錯。

今日呢就有朋友邀請我呢嚟午餐,因為佢咁啱有一張買一送一嘅coupon,呢一度就好近我返工,而且好近我住嘅地方,我每一朝都會行過佢門口,不過一直都唔知道佢係咩餐廳。至於餐廳正式個名Bacchus, 所以呢當你搵名Hollywood / The Terrace 嘅時候呢反而會搵唔到,anyway等我依家同大家介紹吓我今日食個lunch啦其實佢嘅午餐價錢呢就$268性價比真係好高嘅加上呢一個環境,如果可以坐埋露天呢相信會更加好可惜今日落咗場大雨,露天嘅地方已經坐唔到啦。前菜呢我就叫咗呢個傳統的熱批Quiche Lorraine用咗火腿同芝士做餡料,好好食。配上新鮮蔬菜沙律,有少少surprise佢用咗日式芝麻醬。主菜我就點咗公司三文治好大份,好好食,裏邊嘅牛肉好嫩,而且配上moray sauce , 同薯仔片,呢度嘅薯仔呢做得生熟剛好嘅。好滿足,不過如果一個女仔呢真係食唔晒全份。甜品呢就係一個焦糖蛋糕,幾好食,不過甜左少少。其實我呢就鍾意食芝士多啲㗎不過可惜佢今日安排嘅呢係藍芝士,的真係食唔到喇。平時我會叫個芝士再點個白酒有時間嘅話呢可以享受多一陣。至於朋友點嘅seabass 佢話好好食,我

主菜我就點咗公司三文治好大份,好好食,裏邊嘅牛肉好嫩,而且配上moray sauce , 同薯仔片,呢度嘅薯仔呢做得生熟剛好嘅。好滿足,不過如果一個女仔呢真係食唔晒全份。

甜品呢就係一個焦糖蛋糕,幾好食,不過甜左少少。其實我呢就鍾意食芝士多啲㗎不過可惜佢今日安排嘅呢係藍芝士,的真係食唔到喇。
平時我會叫個芝士再點個白酒有時間嘅話呢可以享受多一陣。

至於朋友點嘅seabass 佢話好好食,我無食到,所以介紹唔到。

套餐係唔包飲品嘅,我叫咗杯flat white , 咖啡真係不錯。剛剛佢哋嘅服務呢好好好有禮貌啦,環境非常舒服同埋靚。十分之適合商務午餐聚會,希望下次再有機會嚟食吓佢其他時段嘅美食啦!

It's me time! My colleagues and I  , that is! The Terrace was perfect for an outdoor lunch, just like a picnic without the hassle, with attentive service and beautiful garden atmosphere. I had the Spicy Beef Salad for starters which was perfect for my taste, and I must say, the dry aged hamburger with Roquefort is just absolutely magnificent, which came with fries that were twice fried in duck fat! 佢扡個dry aged beef 係自己整嘅,可惜佢用左roquefort cheese去整個burger,實在太濃味,我食左兩啖就頂唔順,因為真係好臊,臊到cover左個牛味咁。不過我個fd就好中意,覺得好特別,我諗中意重口味嘅可以試下佢。

甜品唔記得左影😂其實佢可以揀cheese or dessert嘅,不過果日想食甜野所食我地都揀左opera cake,味道唔太甜幾好食,但就冇乜太特別。


整體黎講環境舒服嘅,雖然坐露台但唔係好熱,啲位都夠闊落同埋幾靜,啲staff服務都唔錯,有笑容有禮貌,雖然我地都坐得奈但佢地都冇趕客樣。

So happy to have discovered this new terrace! Walking down Hollywood Road for lunch, I saw a sign on the building so I gave them a try.. Excellent surprise!The Terrace is very chill, 3/F so you are not next to the traffic, and it's very comfortable Lovely service, all staff is very professional and knowledgeable. The food as amazingly good 🤩🤩🤩 and very affordable.Crazy Happy hour for wine lovers!! I will definitely go back there to try more wines!

既然佢主打酒,咁當然要講吓d酒先🤪 Free-flow有18枝wine selection,由sparking,white,rose再飲到red🍷 酒嘅產地都幾多,法國,意大利,西班牙,澳洲,紐西蘭都有~酒嘅variety都幾多,新舊世界嘅酒都有,我地每人都飲左起碼14杯🤣 我地同sommelier傾得開心,佢仲比左d off menu嘅酒我地試🤩 以呢個價錢黎講真係幾有誠意,愛酒人士值得黎一試🥂

Main course個牛柳加左$168要埋個鵝肝🤤 一上檯已經聞到好香牛肉味,牛柳點左medium rare,牛柳好厚身而且無overcooked🥰 鵝肝油脂好豐盈,超級邪惡但超滿足❤️ 雞胸肉唔鞋,味道不過不失,同牛柳相比就比較失色😶

一開始見到Moelleux認為係心太軟,點知兩件切開都無流心效果呢( •̥-•̥ )。當佢係朱古力蛋糕咁食會開心啲HAHAHA。反而以底層蛋奶醬同心太軟mix嘅組合比較少見,味道特別。

Trying this newly opened french resto for their weekend brunch and +$388 free flow for wine.
It definitely is a heaven for wine lovers and heavy drinkers, $388 3 hours free flow including 18 types of wine to try, pretty good value and it was such an interesting experience.
I had a tipsy and fun afternoon there with my fd 😆
I tried 14 kinds of wine… so I guess I basically drank at least 14 glasses 😅
My memories became vague tbh.. 😂 but I do remember all their wine taste good. 😆

Food was not bad, although nothing seem too memorable, everything was up to standard.
The best part is the staff would introduce us each wine they serve and pair with the food we ordered..
I especially loved the starters, (maybe was the part I remember the most 😂) as I always love small canapés, I wish this part was free flow too😂 my favourite would be the mimosa egg and sea urchin Tarama…
We added $168 for the cheese platter to pair with the wine..
The risotto was pretty good but the steak was slightly overcooked..

Overall, I think their service was impeccable, food was not bad, If u can drink and love to drink , highly recommend u to come try their free flow ..

First of all the food is completely not memorable, way too ordinary, I would say it is just a basic cafe standard, don’t expect any wow dishes. More importantly, being a so called wine tasting restaurant, the wines they served are far from standard, basically out of the 18 wines they served during brunch, only 1 to 2 max were drinkable. For similar price u could at least find free flow vintage Moët at MO, hence not value for money. The servers also persuaded u to drink those cheap wines unless

全部食物都好精緻,價位中上。反而酒嘅價位比起其他餐廳唔算太貴。佢個𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘂好有心思,每一道菜都有寫低配咩酒會比較合適,每一杯都只係大概$𝟭𝟬𝟬-$𝟯𝟬𝟬。

餐廳位置唔算太方便,都要行一段嘅路程🤣 不過聽朋友講𝗕𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗵𝘂𝘀 而家冇之前咁容易訂枱啦🥲 有興趣就早啲𝗯𝗼𝗼𝗸枱啦😛

Booked this restaurant for dinner with WineLover cos read abt it being “wine-focused”.On the day, server called to confirm our reservation. Just as she was about to hang up, I asked as an afterthought whether they had obtained their liquor license yet. Server replied that they hadn’t and added that we could BYOB with no corkage fee. First thing I saw were the words “honey-roast duck breast”. I decided to go for that. 400 grams seemed quite a large portion so decided not to order any appetizers.
WineLover decided to go for the lobster bisque and the wagyu.
Server came and informed us that the specials were squid as appetizer; thick-cut veal in mushroom sauce as main course. I struggled between the veal and duck but decided on the duck.
Yummy cheese puffs. Piping hot rolls with Echire butter from France.

Wagyu came thinly sliced with mustard beef jus on the side. Maitake mushroom was good. Didn’t feel too oily.

Duck breast also came sliced, with turnips and sautéed mushrooms on the side, with peach purée and brown sauce.
Unfortunately did not taste as aromatic and flavorful as I would have hoped; skin could be a bit crispier. A bit disappointed.

As dessert: yuzu lemon tart with lemon sorbet. Crust was firm and crispy. 👍🏼

In summary: ok. Can prob return to try the supposedly vast wine selections.
