Tokyolima 作为香港首家日系秘鲁菜(Nekkei),咁多年嚟都好受食家欢迎,几年无去今次我哋回归试吓佢哋 6月 special 嘅 Summer Spectacular Dinner Menu- Starters for sharing -La Causa - Yellow chilli causa, prawn tartare, prawn tempura, avocado mousse 前菜入面最喜欢呢款,炸虾天妇罗脆卜卜🍤下面垫有薯蓉,虾肉他他同埋牛油果蓉,口感细滑 creamy 得嚟微微辣~好睇又好食T-3 Salad (V)Pumpkin, tomato, quail egg, fennel, almonds, sweet potato crisp 就系沙律啰~ 脆脆嘅番薯条好食~Ki-Mo-ChiKaraage fried chicken, rocoto mayo 呢个每次必点嘅唐扬炸鸡配秘鲁辣椒蛋黄酱,今次觉得佢个鸡肉炸得略嫌 over 咗有啲啲干身唔够 juicy,但点埋个辣辣嘅 Mayo 即刻大加分~(话说呢个餐反而佢哋嘅招牌 Sushi/ Ceviche 要加钱,简直系捉错用神❌❌情愿你比小个 starter 换成 Ceviche 好过啦~ 未嚟过嘅人无食到个 Ceviche 失去咗 Nekkei cuisine 嘅神髓)- Main - Pollo A La Brasa - Classic Peruvian marinated baby chicken, salsa huancaina, fresh lime几焦香,酸辣嘅调味几开胃。不过佢话系 baby chicken 我期望中系更加嫩口的~🐥Secreto - Slow-cooked Iberico pork neck, sweet soy garlic flakes个人觉得个调味偏咸咗少少,但系个猪颈肉油脂香好足,成个口味有啲中式嘅感觉🤣Arroz con Mariscos - Peruvian style seafood rice, tomato-chilli base, scallops, octopus, mussels, blue proawns, calamari, parmesan cheese简单足料海鲜饭就系无得输~🥘微辣蕃茄饭底吸晒海鲜嘅鲜香,海鲜款式都份量都唔少,唔错!- Dessert - Chocolate Love -Decadent chocolate brownie, white chocolate ice cream, chocolate caramel sauceFree 4 You - Gluten-free orange almond cake, dulce de leche ice cream, orange syrup 个人比较钟意呢款无麸质嘅香橙杏仁蛋糕,唔 dry 而且橙味好香感觉健康,吃完都无罪疚感(嚟pirata group 庆祝生日有美美嘅即影即有相又有一大班人同你唱歌🥳🥳🥳系几有气氛)餐厅以居酒屋风格营造轻松惬意氛围,之前嚟都系饮佢哋超抵嘅 free flow champagne package (一个钟头饮 PJ 先 298,饮几杯都轻松回本🤑),今次第一次饮埋佢哋嘅 cocktail 又几得意~  继续阅读

最新见到中环日系秘鲁菜(Nikkei)Tokyolima 餐厅推出咗新Menu 所以就即刻book枱同闺密庆生 (事前完全唔知道😏)亦都系超有气氛庆生餐厅,因为连我都估唔到只系想系甜品碟上写上几句甜日子,换来全餐厅员工来唱「生日歌」🫢好够surprise!仲有生日照😭 同埋好少餐厅食完咁多日都仲回味菜式,而且cocktail系连我都赞,from cocktail till dessert is so amazing! 😻 一望门就见到装潢充满异国风情,好有加勒比海探索嘅感觉,然后就见到闺密坐系bar台等我,好有feel!餐厅细分咗2个区域,可以先系品酒区同fd chitchat 完,再到里面入坐进餐!✨Drinks✨ new cocktail menuThe Infinity Joureny of Iazanji (我改咗嘅名🫢)✨Iazanaji $1281杯仙气满满好啱打卡,唔太甜,好bright & fresh ,好饮到layer嘅一杯cocktail! 咖啡麦芽威士忌做base 再加咗柚子sake,最后加上手工miso syrup 。认真好少饮到1杯cocktails 咁满意!—-✨Infinity Journey $78闺密唔太饮酒所以就拣咗杯mocktail ,杯口用橙皮转一圈,好清甜橙汁+少少薄荷味+热情果味!我哋好like因为唔系死甜—✨LIMA 398PP✨✨NIKKEI ICE BOWL✨ ✨La Causa -传统秘鲁菜式,但TOKYOLIMA将传统鱼肉变成大虾他他;澳洲天妇罗配上黄辣椒蛋黄酱、薯仔蓉、红蒜头粒mashed埋牛油果mousse搅拌食,味道非常清爽!✨SS SALAD (vegan)将冷荞麦面沙律配上酱油、辣汁、青瓜丝、椰菜丝、芝麻,味道平衡得好好,超香麻油味,夏日炎炎食系非常开胃!—✨Ceviche Clasico柠汁生腌切粒hamachi (油甘鱼)配上粟米、cancha(烤粟米粒粒),酱汁虎之奶(tiger’s milk)调味,利用醋酸腌熟,味道酸酸甜甜少少辣,超惹味!---✨Add Any Starter ,Maki Ceviche Or Add on +$68 咁我地就拣 Add On +$68 Tiraditos Hamachi 热情果、牛奶做成tiradito 酱汁做底,上面铺上切片hamachi yellowtail + 牛油果mousse,配上蕃薯脆脆片 + piquillo lime dressing ,超清新柠檬香味添加少少辣,love it!—✨MAIN✨✨SLOW COOKED PORK BELLY-鲜炸薯条丝配上grilled 得焦香猪腩肉片,味道有少少bb辣,闺密超中意!✨BROCCOLINI -西兰花苗配蒜蓉+酱汁做底,够脆爽✨TACU TACU-传统秘鲁菜拌饭,以花豆、红眼豆、荷兰豆、彩椒、洋葱及多种香料鼠成!呢道菜直击我心脏🩷全部ingredients 都系至爱!豆泥饭配上秘鲁黄辣酱 ,简直食完一碗又一碗!—✨DESSERT✨✨FREE 4 YOU-要大赞系用咗gluten-free 橙杏仁蛋糕,上面铺上糖渍橙皮(丝)+鲜橙粒,配上焦糖海盐雪糕,再洒上杏仁脆片。连唔中意食橙类甜品嘅我,系包底食晒🫢✨Prosecco $80 / Purple Sea $78Purple Sea 用玻璃贝壳端上,系mocktail 但似饮cocktail, 似酒非酒!好易入口嘅lavender 味道 !-Tokyolima highly recommended! Izanami - serve in a tea cup, very cute and mini, easy to handle Titicaca - very fruity, mixed strawberry and mango, taste like a smoothie with strong alcoholJapan x Peru fushsion food Tasting Menus - TokyoWe start with Nikkei Ice bowlLa Causa - mashed potatoes with some veggie and on top come with Shrimp tempura, serve with green sauce Tuna Watermelon - tuna shasimi mixed with watermelon, very refreshing Ceviche Clasico - Salmon mixed with pumkins, nuts and some veggie Second course come with beef tataki Modern japanese favorite with thinly sliced beef in a cirtusy dressing Prawn AcevichadoTraditional Japanese sushi roll with shrimp tempura Tokyolima Steak Marinated and topping with some special sauce steak, medium rare cooked and very yummy Finally come with dessert - Oye PapiChocolate biscuits wrapped with chocolate mousse, side with coconut ice cream It was a very tipsy and yummy date night! 第一次食秘鲁日本fusion菜 真系好特别位置喺中环摆花街 入口几隐蔽 环境好有feel呀无论同朋友嚟饮番杯 或者食饭都唔错想饮本野先 职员俾左本cocktails menu我点嘅mocktails完全还原menu造型 又靓又好味虽然餐厅职员全部都系讲外语 menu又系全英文但可以扫QR code睇中文menu 唔洗担心语言不通 佢地餐牌定期更新 保持新鲜感我地拣左今期嘅tasting menu TOKYO由冷盘开始每款都好有特式 一共三款吞拿鱼同西瓜呢个配搭好搞鬼 同山葵柚子酱好夹柠汁腌海鲜同薯蓉虾肉他他都唔错炙烧牛肉薄片配秘鲁辣椒醋 酸辣开胃油甘鱼炸虾卷 鲜加鲜嘅组合 虾肉又爽口海苔酸腌赤身调味较重但依然食到刺身嘅鲜味加埋芝麻薄脆更加香口牛扒拣左medium 煎得啱啱好 肉味浓肉质嫩滑秘鲁海鲜炖饭鲜味十足 鱿鱼好嫩好弹牙再食埋朱古力慕丝曲奇配椰子雪糕做ending 完美呀 继续阅读
