It's has one bar table with about 6-8 seats and one table for four.

I chose the Waki set ($198). They poured some water on to a little roll an it expanded and became my moist wet towelette to wipe my hands. A little razzle dazzle before the meal began.
They started me off with a salad. Portion size was quite large for a salad. It was ok and a bit heavy on the sesame salad dressing. It was at this point, I thought to myself ... it's just another mediocre Japanese place. But little did I know ... it got better.
After my salad was finished, I was brought a plate of sashimi. This was scallop, surf clam and sea bream. This was amazing. The sea bream as sliced so thin, it was literally see through and delicate in taste. The surf clam was fresh. I loved how they placed the scallop on top of the slice of lemon so it's lightly flavored with it.
After finishing the sashimi, I was presented with a super hot chawanmushi. It was piping hot! I loved how simple it was. No strange broth added on top. Just a wonderful, smooth texture. What was wonderful is they added bits of chestnut. I had never had chestnut added. It gave it a very seasonal taste.
A plate of sushi was presented. This was tuna, squid, salmon, snow crab and minced tuna maki. This was AMAZING. The rice had a slight vinegar flavor. The sushi was fresh and beautifully created.
Upon finishing my sushi, I was presented with miso soup. It was super hot as well and not watered down miso paste. It was simple but strong in taste.
After my soup was finished, they brought out the ending to my meal. A bowl of soba noodles in a light mushroom dashi soup. This was also super hot. The soba was chewy and it seemed to be hand cut as it was not evenly slice. The soup was light in taste and went perfect with the soba. Loved the mixture of mushrooms as well.
What a wonderful find! The food was excellent. Prices extremely reasonable. In fact, very inexpensive for the quality of food served. Service was polite and even the customers were quiet. I especially loved how each item from the set was served after you were finished and not served all at once on at tray. It felt almost omakase-like. Probably my favorite Japanese restaurant at the moment. I'll be back.
