Good for tasting Hunan style food

I decided to take a detour in Hung Hom before hopping on the train to GZ. I was pleasantly surprised when I discovered this Hunan specialty restaurant. This recently opened restaurant delivers excellent savoury dishes in inspiring style and setting with Jay Chou references. Speaking from someone who indulges in the restaurant scene, and is used to the authentic taste of Chinese food across the border. Behind the counter is the owner/cashier, a young Hunan girl who oversees the kitchen daily. I l

This recently opened restaurant delivers excellent savoury dishes in inspiring style and setting with Jay Chou references. Speaking from someone who indulges in the restaurant scene, and is used to the authentic taste of Chinese food across the border. Behind the counter is the owner/cashier, a young Hunan girl who oversees the kitchen daily. I learnt that the chefs were trained at top Hunan restaurants back in China, source their ingredients from China, and even select the fresh seafood at the market themselves each morning - Unassuming passion and commitment to a dish. Fair price for generous portions.
Lunch Set for one: $45. À-la-Carte Menu/Dinner for two: $300
Don't take the reviewers' word for it, check it out yourself. I myself, will be coming back for such divine food. ;-)

菜像是提前煮好一大鍋再分給每個人，在內地被稱為食堂菜。端上來菜和飯都是冷的。而且油膩，難吃。說了送飲品，進去以後又告訴我只可以送湯。實在是有欺騙顧客的嫌疑。而且，真的真的很難吃。

    做不長久，越來越難吃

    第一天開張就去吃了，覺得味道不錯，後來再去，態度越來越差，味道也越來越不好。炒個孜然牛肉炒焦了。再這樣下去真要關門大吉了，而且價錢也很貴，一個孜然牛肉都要近120港幣，但是味道又不值這個價錢。

      I'm a big fan of Hunan dishes and I have tried several Hunan restaurants in Hong Kong.Last time, one of my friend who is living in Hong Hom recommended us to come to this restaurant to celebrate my friend's birthday as we all love spicy food! The name of the restaurant is Spicy Girl, interesting...The decoration in the restaurant is nice and warm quite different from other typical Hunan restaurants.       Last time, one of my friend who is living in Hong Hom recommended us to come to this restaurant to celebrate my friend's birthday as we all love spicy food! The name of the restaurant is Spicy Girl, interesting...
      The decoration in the restaurant is nice and warm quite different from other typical Hunan restaurants. They print their logo on their bowl, plate and the tissue.
      If you are a fan of Jay Chou, you definitely should come here. On their menu each dish was named by Jay’s song!

       Not many restaurant have spicy cray, some of them are disappointing and not authentical, the spicy cray is very tasty and quite different from others, I recommend to try this dish!
      Overall most of the dishes taste very authentic, and dish arrived time is ok. We had great time there and enjoyed our meal, we were so full that we could not finish our birthday cake at the end.
      I recommend this place, nice and clean, and price is reasonable with the portion given
