Chef Ecy’s Dining Experience:🥰 Food | Ambience | Service | Price | Restroom Cleanliness | Corkage Fee | Wheelchair | Cake Cutting Fee | Easy Parking | Easy Access🙂 😠 Pet FriendlyThis restaurant is located in a Staff Recreation Clubhouse for Hong Kong Housing Society. It is for member‘s only and also need to book at least one day in advance. They don’t provide walk-in service. All food & ingredients are freshly bought for next day bookings in well preparation. It is easy to access by MTR at Tin Hau MTR station Exit A2 and need a 8-10mins walk. If by car, they have parking lots and need to register the licence plate ahead of time for free parking. Wheelchair needs to enter from car park with the lift directly reaches the restaurant but cannot get in from the main entrance cos there is no lift from 2/F to 3/F, only staircase. There are 2 chefs for this restaurant but you can tell the food looks really good. Needless to mention the taste…and the portion is huge! You can bring your own seafood for them to cook too. We tried the abalone, snake soup, mutton, spare ribs, the razor clam fried rice noodle, fried sticky rice etc… They are really really nice. Everyone got the same comments too… It‘s amazing. Well done the great chef! I also like the fried vegetables. It is an easy dish but they did it very well, I am impressed. Not oily, not salty and the most important is the heat of the food. The portion is already a jumbo size but when it is almost finished, the last bite of vegetables are still very hot & fresh. You can also bring your own wine, no corkage fees, no cake cutting fees, no service charge, no tea charge, all no charge except for the food and the cooking fees if you bring your own seafood. The restrooms there are very clean & neat. This restaurant is highly recommended but of course you need to know a member to bring you in and also need advance booking. 继续阅读

食到好食同唔好食都钟意出声嘅我,两年无吃房协,觉得佢依然大部分𩠌菜好味,服务又好,啲员工同你讲笑,见你同小朋友猜包剪揼争食薄脆又攞多啲嚟!炸蛇丸香脆好味,小朋友都争住分多件吃🥰炒蛇肉太烟靭,我觉得我不喜欢蛇羹我不喜欢加菊花,对我来说不是我想要的味道炸子鸡和蒸鳝都不过不失生菜好味羊肉煲最惊喜,一点也不膻,又焖得够淋,个汁又好味,好好味😋豆苗太饱了,但ok嘅无想到,糯米饭都超级好味,令劲饱的我也吃了半碗奶奶话今天休息过后,身体没有那么不适,我们一行人打了几舖麻雀,我舖牌劲靓,虽然食唔出,还是请叔仔留影了最后想说,我唔知餐饭几钱,只能感谢叔仔、靓嫂请他姐姐生日饭,请埋我😘😘😘😘😘 继续阅读

香港房屋协会职员康乐会 (中菜部) 是会所餐厅,需持证登记结帐。作为会所的一部份,当然不只这个餐厅设施,同层还有一个小朋友玩乐室,更有乒乓球房,对于有小朋友同行的家长们而言,实属十分吸引的设施。 是晚菜单早已订定,前几道菜以海鲜为主,汤品是吸引度十足的佛跳墙,尾段是传统烧鸡饭面菜式。 煎焗南非 5 至 6 头鲍鱼:鲍鱼大只吸引,以姜葱煎焗,再加上热锅源源不绝的热力,开盖一刻香气四溢。鲍鱼口感软中见弹性,少了芡汁更易突显鲍鱼的鲜香。 豉油皇煎大中虾:大只中虾虾香十足,肉质结实。 金菇银丝蒸蛏子:以传统的蒜蓉粉丝蒸煮蛏子皇,爽弹甜感理想。 原鼎鲍鱼佛跳墙:以原只鲍鱼、鱼翅、花胶、螺头、金华火腿、花菇、乌鸡等等炖煮而成,汤料丰富,火喉十足。汤汁味道敦厚,胶质食感明显,绝对值得推介。粟米斑块:专为小朋友而设,制作未有特别惊喜。 西汁手肘骨:菜式以经典洋葱西汁煮成,味道酸香开胃,配合入味腍身的质感及方便的食用方法,同样适合小朋友。鱼汤蕃薯浸豆苗:鱼汤可口,但豆苗用料不算软嫩。 脆皮子姜鸡:皮脆香口不腻口,鸡肉滑感不俗,子姜汁质感稍稍稠密了一点。 笼仔荷香腊肠糯米饭:虽然腊味配料只有腊肠及膶肠两样,但已足够为糯米饭留下充足的油香,再加上干爽烟韧的口感,实属一道富惊喜的饭品。 椰汁炖雪燕:雪燕份量足,椰汁甜汤芳香美味。 合时生果:清甜多汁的大柑,满意! 整体来说,餐厅的用料与制作皆达令人满意的水准,加上有额外的小朋友配套,绝对值得一个笑脸评分。 继续阅读

每一间的中菜餐厅都有一两道必叫的𩠌菜。但这是唯一间餐厅,可以从头到尾都唔会令你失望。每一道菜都满怀惊喜。他们不只是给你最好的材料,他们还落足心机。其中炖鹿跟猪骨火腿乌鸡汤,你可以看到他放了很多的材料。汤味很浓厚,不会太过黏口。另外,椒盐陈皮六头虾真的很出色。听到六头虾就知道非常大只,大只到要用力义吃。出色是在,虾身没有煮过太熟。当虾有返咁上下大只,真的很难调教火候的,真的要有一定的技术才可以煮到的。最令我难忘的,就是紫姜炸子鸡。炸子鸡当然它的皮,炸得非常香脆。但许了它,鸡下手收藏好好味的姜汁和紫姜。每一粒紫姜都通透,那就知道是下了一番功夫。非常香和辣。还有很多好味的𩠌菜,真的写也写不完⋯ 继续阅读

今晚令我留下最深刻印象既一味菜就系……「佛跳墙!」,平时听就听得多,今次第一次食,有大大只鲍鱼,花胶和鱼翅(煲汤炖了6小时)好入味。不过要预早讲定人数,预食物。另一味值得介绍既𩠌系蟹肉蟹糕拼豆腐,豆腐夹著蟹肉,更加带出蟹肉既鲜味 继续阅读
