因为有多偏食嘅朋友,所以鱼汤就没有试!虽然鸡汤有少少贵,不过真系好好味,好有家既感觉!一锅鸡汤只足够三至四人食用,而一锅鸡汤有一只鸡!我哋六个人叫咗两份汤,所以大大锅,本身吓死人以为一窝鸡汤系咁大窝,我哋仲叫咗两窝,原来唔系!大家一定要听听店主嘅建议,饮咗鸡汤先好叫白饭!鸡汤味道浓郁,色泽奶黄,但鸡肉偏粗糙,鸡汤一定有鸡油,但不多于半碗!拍蒜粉丝蒸蛏子相片和实物有点差别!但粉丝能够吸尽圣子带出来嘅鲜味同汁!铁板牛柳粒送饭一流,铁板牛柳粒汁酸酸甜甜!杂菜粉丝煲系我食过最难食,所有食物都干争争又冇味道!粉丝豆粕全无用武之地!失败!椒盐鲜鱿,唔错!但椒盐鸡软骨错晒!粉多个骨,依两个𩠌本人觉得太差了! 继续阅读

肚饿啦!足知放学啦!可以食饭啦!附近有一间餐厅除了鸡煲边炉外,还可以有木桶蒸饭!靓呀!我个人呢比较偏食咸鱼肉饼饭!哈哈!坐低后,我就急不及待的叫了一个!真系足够两个人食既份量,咸鱼既肉质结实得嚟有口感!肉饼味道唔错,有新鲜肉既味道,加上甜甜的鼓油!真系好味道呀!个木桶外型设计很特别!绝对干干净净!好似系全新一样!至于个口水鸡,鸡肉不似是冰鲜鸡,有浓郁既鲜鸡味,加上辣椒同辣椒油,花生同葱!绝配!呢餐真系使我很满足! 继续阅读

Been here a few times, normally in the afternoon to grab a bite. Freshness & taste is definitely there. We started of with appetisers : Tossed fish skin in house sauce (家嫂捞鱼皮 - chewy & nice but I believe it's an acquired taste . Deep fried Bombay duck (椒盐九肚鱼) a type of fish.. The fish is fragrant n melts in your mouth, literally didn't spit out the any bones. One of my favourites is the Wujiang sliced fish in chi 九 nese sauerkraut soup (酸菜鸟江鱼片) - the sourish taste increases one's appetite. The Steamed Bamboo Clams (清蒸圣子) was steamed just perfectly with garlic and only HKD$28/piece. Chicken casserole (鸡煲) - tasty & fragrant. You can have fish soup added to the casserole once you are done with the meat and turn it into hotpot. We only ordered sliced beef to cook in it as we were getting quite full.. 因工作关系,光顾呢间小店都不下20次。。。。同老板都算几熟,,哈!至于点解会知道呢间店,实情系有一次想同老头子过长沙湾食鸡褒,去到揾左几间都要等位,最后行到呢间,写住重庆鸡庆煲,横掂都系罗,,就入去试下,点知。。。。言归正传,今次四条大汉走去,首新梗系佢既招牌重庆鸡褒先拉,佢呢个鸡褒同其他地方吾同之处系一个字“干”,用大量香料去整,D鸡肉收晒水,咬落去,绝对重口味,中意重口味既老友记一定一定要试下,食完加汤可打边炉~!第二样必食,仲有蒜蓉蒸圣子,大大只,又够鲜,一啖咬落去,肉汁成个口都系,鲜甜到极,捞埋饭真系果制。介绍多样,,,佢个鸡杂都几过隐,铁板上,正既……其他等有机会再写,或等各食家自行评价……! 继续阅读

今日到两点先食晏,见呢间已经有下午茶,就试下,反正又唔洗等位。叫左个肉燥茄子木桶饭,友人食北茹蒸鸡木桶饭。以半价价钱,再加一客手拍青瓜同一客脆生肠。净系影左我的,蒸鸡饭忘了影。茄子饭味道唔错,够多料。好多茄子同肉燥。不过好味既同时可能因为味精都多,食完好口渴。$26份量都同午餐差唔多,好扺食!小食非常好吃,两样都辣辣地,好开胃好惹味!生肠真系脆卜卜,好爽口!平价左十几蚊,扺过扫街! 继续阅读
