今日下午同同事食lunch,心情极佳,这间小店小碟很多款色而且好好味,我哋3位食完refill2小碟,坐cashier个员工态度极差,话隔离4位可以refill, 你哋3位唔可以,唔知道乜嘢logic ,我哋3个人叫咗4个餐,我哋真系激气,叫我哋同经理讲,我哋永不录用。

🔥韩式泡菜煎饼 一上枱,香气扑鼻,煎饼煎得金黄微焦,卖相相当对办。佢同一般食到嘅薄身版本唔同,呢度做得比较厚身,直径大约有八吋,份量十足。用筷子轻轻撬开,外层脆口,内里软熟,带点烟韧口感,粉浆调得恰到好处,唔会过份厚重。材料方面绝不吝啬,每一啖都食到大量酸辣爽脆嘅泡菜丝,仲加入咗少量韭菜同葱段,增添香气同口感层次。泡菜嘅酸味有效中和咗油腻感,辣度温和,唔会抢喉,反而越食越开胃。点上随附嘅微酸酱汁,更加提鲜。呢个煎饼绝对系高质之作,香口惹味,作为一餐嘅开始,或者佐酒都非常一流。🔥韩式猪手呢道绝对系餐厅嘅镇店之宝,亦系极具挑战性嘅分享菜式。全只猪手上枱时极具视觉冲击力,份量惊人,足够3-4人分享。师傅已细心地将猪手起骨切片,方便食用,摆盘整齐,旁边伴有生菜、蒜片、青椒圈、韩式面酱用嚟点食。猪手本身卤得极之入味,用上多种韩式酱料长时间炆煮,酱油咸香中带一丝甜味,完全渗入猪皮同瘦肉之间。猪皮充满骨胶原,口感黏糯弹牙,却毫不肥腻;瘦肉部分松化软嫩,一啲都唔「鞋」口。最好嘅食法当然系用新鲜爽脆嘅生菜叶,包住一两片热辣辣嘅猪手、少许生蒜片、青椒,再加一点面酱同咸虾酱,一啖放入口。各种口感同味道——软糯、爽脆、咸香、辛辣、清新——喺口腔内一次过爆发,味道复杂而有深度,令人回味无穷。虽然价钱唔平,但以其份量同制作功夫而言,绝对物有所值。🔥韩式酱油蟹 嚟到今晚嘅高潮——酱油蟹。对于未试过嘅人可能会却步,但对于识食之人,呢道系韩国菜中嘅极品鲜味。选用肥美嘅奄仔蟹,以传统酱油、蒜头、姜、芝麻等秘制酱汁生腌至少两日以上。上枱时,蟹膏饱满,呈现诱人嘅橙黄色。轻轻一啜,冰凉嘅蟹肉如啫喱般滑溜,极之鲜甜,完全无半点腥味。酱油嘅咸鲜恰到好处地衬托出蟹本身嘅海洋气息,而唔系死咸。最好食嘅方法,系将佢伴入一碗热腾腾嘅白饭,再捞埋浓郁嘅蟹膏同酱油汁一齐食,𠮶种鲜味同油香,真系令人欲罢不能,每一粒饭都充满极致鲜味。餐厅亦提供紫菜,可以包住饭同蟹肉一齐食,增添多一重口感。呢道菜系对食材质素同师傅手艺嘅终极考验,而呢度绝对交足功课。

友人忽然要食韩国菜,来到这家老字号餐厅共晋午膳。各式各样细细兜的前菜一涌而上,包括茄子薯仔、斋薯仔、芽菜菠菜、鹌鹑蛋鲍鱼粒、泡菜、西兰花、青瓜条等等,阵容之多是吓得了人的。可惜全都欠味,只有泡菜竟是出奇的咸,应有的酸辣却不知跑到那里去。由雪花肥牛、肉眼扒、牛肋骨、牛胸片以及两片厚菇组成的牛肉拼盘,肉是没有腌过的,无味可以理解。但肉味完全发挥不出,烧完亦不觉肉香!配上的葱丝又辣,生菜当然无味,蘸酱不咸也不辣。海鲜煎葱饼没有很多的海鲜,不过至少够热够脆,还有蘸点的酱汁够味,尚可接受。然而理应不会失手的韩式炒粉丝,牛肉是大片的,无奈粉丝炒得不够爽,问题是同样地欠缺调味,得个甜字!是食而不知其味的一餐。

😡!! WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER !!😡I have never encountered such impolite restaurant staff in my life. A few months ago, me and my friends visited this restaurant for the first time. Having ordered a lot, we received three VIP cards as a result.Recently, I wanted to introduce my other friends (12 people) to the restaurant because of the good food. However, when I called to inquire about reserving a room, I was treated very rudely! At first, the staff who picked up the call quoted $5,000 for 11 people in a room. When I asked if I could add one more person, she quoted me $6,000 for 12 people in total. So I asked why the huge difference and the staff aggressively questioned me: "Shouldn't you spend more to help our business? Since you have a VIP card, you should know our menu prices!"I messaged the restaurant 2 days later to cancel the booking as I found a better substitution and the manager of the restaurant offered to give me a call to explain and apologize. I replied that they could call anytime but they eventually never did!I was so shocked by how the restaurant staff treated a returning customer, and I'm NEVER EVER EVER giving it a second chance nor encouraging anyone to visit!Visit at your own risk and if you would like to have a taste of an EXCEPTIONALLY BAD customer experience.

合和中心对面既QRE楼上有间都几地道既韩国野入面 D staff 全部都系韩国人每次 Lunch 都极多人排队但老实讲其实食物唔算好好味不过佢D前菜多到你吓亲!!全部都大大碟总要几好食我地成日都笑话呢间前菜总好食过主菜✨牛肉石头锅饭$99✨冇也特别既石头锅饭没有饭焦 味道亦唔系特别好除咗大份 谂唔到有咩理由要食佢😂所以唔推介大家黎呢间食石头锅饭✨牛肉面豉汤$105✨呢到D 汤饭真系冇失望☺️食过几款汤饭都好好味好够热而且少少辣食下食下会唔小心食多左饭不过肉就偏少🥲由于成日都黎食所以都试过唔少菜最推荐大家食海鲜煎葱饼!真系好好味架🙂↕️不过大家想食到就12点15分前好黎到啦入面位置唔多等位起码半个钟以上
