😡!! WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER !!😡
I have never encountered such impolite restaurant staff in my life. A few months ago, me and my friends visited this restaurant for the first time. Having ordered a lot, we received three VIP cards as a result.
Recently, I wanted to introduce my other friends (12 people) to the restaurant because of the good food. However, when I called to inquire about reserving a room, I was treated very rudely!
At first, the staff who picked up the call quoted $5,000 for 11 people in a room. When I asked if I could add one more person, she quoted me $6,000 for 12 people in total. So I asked why the huge difference and the staff aggressively questioned me: "Shouldn't you spend more to help our business? Since you have a VIP card, you should know our menu prices!"
I messaged the restaurant 2 days later to cancel the booking as I found a better substitution and the manager of the restaurant offered to give me a call to explain and apologize. I replied that they could call anytime but they eventually never did!
I was so shocked by how the restaurant staff treated a returning customer, and I'm NEVER EVER EVER giving it a second chance nor encouraging anyone to visit!
Visit at your own risk and if you would like to have a taste of an EXCEPTIONALLY BAD customer experience.

I've also booked a room. The room seemed to be just formal. It was much less than the minium, but it was good to give a lot of service. Eat mango ice cream too.
