第一次食,感觉唔错,味道适中,重有十周年店庆打卡送饮品,感觉不错👍🏿多款拉面口味选择,小食种都多,可以追加叉烧,紫色,溏心蛋都系$20,好抵,环境都几静,虽然外面系大马路,但隔音做得几好。

Disappointed with the quality and attitude of the staff. It has been my fourth visit to this ramen shop, and my previous three experience were quite positive. I've ordered the spicy soup combo with an extra portion of hard-textured noodles. On my first bite, the slow cooked pork shoulder tasted different from the previous meals: more salty and less delicate in texture. Brushing it off, I quickly finished the pork and moved on to the Ramen. I loved their Ramen, hard yet chewy, and I always ordered an extra portion. This time, the ramen wasn't hard enough, neither was it even chewy. It was soggy, as if the chef left it boiling for an extra few minutes. The spicy soup didn't arouse my appetite, and I couldn't bring myself to order my useful extra ramen portion. When I tried to review it to the chef, he denied the change in taste, probably thinking that I was rambling about fabricated lies. I'm not sure if I'll give them another chance after this experience.

记得喺几年前冇过试过之后都觉得呢间拉面几好食,但系今次再讲真系令人觉得少少失望🥲今次嗌咗一个海老拉面,整体嚟讲,我觉得冇以前咁好食。首先讲吓个汤底先,其实都几欣赏佢落咗好多樱花虾,但系汤底冇咩虾味,同埋好油仲有好咸,成个配搭就系比较重口味。之后,𠮶只叉烧斋食啲肉就会有啲柴,连埋啲糕一齐食就会好啲,不过整体嚟讲啲肉都系比较柴,要多啲牙力去食。但系我比较欣赏佢可以拣葱或者椰菜做配菜,因为椰菜都几夹个拉面。其余个糖心蛋就真系不过不失,就系一个好普通嘅糖心蛋。整体嚟讲,好似个水准差过以前,但系都真心支持呢类型嘅小店,可以做返以前嘅质素💪🏼Ps店员态度超级好,仲会提醒我哋门口有滴水😛

很后悔没让相机先吃但绝不阻碍写这食评,与众分享好餐厅。午市拉面套餐蟹肉拉面很好食,蟹肉份量有两汤匙左右,是鲜甜的拆蟹肉,并非使用急冻蟹棒或假蟹柳。还有两大片厚厚的日式火炙叉烧,配浓浓的足料但不油腻猪骨汤底,相信是熬煮了数小时。主角拉面面身偏幼,下单时可选面的软硬度,分硬、软或普通的三种,贴心的服务,亦证明厨师不是罐头式煮面,而是为每位客人用心制作的;整碗面承载著师傅对拉面的执著同时又表现出对客人的尊重。另外套餐可跟两件炸鸡,即叫即炸,绝不欺场,出品绝对不会另你失望。详细不剧透太多,敬请大家务必亲身试试。此外套餐可加10元追加糖心蛋或加20元加紫菜及叉烧各两片及糖心蛋一只,不想执输既我当然毫不犹豫加20元尽享优惠及美食。果然,不负众望,糖心蛋软糯及带有酱油甜香及少许酒味,有别于其他的只是一只没有烚熟透的糖心蛋,单点12元,简直觉得自己赚了。最后温馨提示:不建议食量小的人追加,因为份量真的很足,绝不揸流摊。自问没有地盘佬食量的你请勿模仿。另外师傅一人制作,请预留时间及耐心等待。谢谢阅读。请原谅没有相片提供……
