面家 Min Gaa云吞面店fusion, 用左鸡白汤底. 价钱以地点讲唔算贵, 环境干净, 唔怪得晚上6点几都爆场 云吞、金钱肚、秘制慢煮牛腩三拼捞面 $86用左老字号「永乐面厂」面, 口感爽口无咩碱水味. 简单拌甜酱油好食云吞另外用大池鱼鸡白汤装, 圆圆大粒, 好似沾仔记. 皮薄馅除左原只虾同好猪肉, 据说仲有樱花虾同蟹籽粒相对个味无咁出. 个云吞肉味为主, 无平时食开咁爽弹牛腩可按喜好拣肥瘦, 选左肥. 牛腩切得均称, 肥位较香浓牛味, 软腍无渣. 金钱肚另加$10, 爽口入味火辣紫薯三拼捞面 $84加$10要牛腩, 同鱼蛋墨丸, 鱼蛋够弹口, 墨丸都好香. 夹埋佢个辣咖喱好惹味. 紫薯无实体, 已溶入咖哩中, 所以咖喱口感更绵溶溶好挂面. 所有捞面汤会另上, 选左日式鸡白汤, 口感浓到带微稠, menu 写无味精、无添加, 经8小时熬制, 饮落的确几香浓. 而大池鱼鸡白汤就相对清dd, 最后饮哂时令油菜 $22当日系菜心苗铜锣湾登龙街18号V Point地下3号舖

🇭🇰 Causeway Bay 铜锣湾|Min Gaa 面家New noodle place alert! This restaurant may look like the other noodle 🍜 place but what’s so special about it is their unique broth that is used for the noodle! It takes over 8️⃣ hours to make their wonton noodle broth! Even the wonton are made by themselves everyday to ensure the quality and freshness! 😆Here are some noodles that I tried:•𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐭 𝐒𝐥𝐨𝐰 𝐂𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐞𝐝 𝐁𝐞𝐞𝐟 𝐁𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐤𝐞𝐭 𝐍𝐨𝐨𝐝𝐥𝐞𝐬 (𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐧 𝐒𝐨𝐮𝐩)The beef brisket 🥩 is perfect in terms of texture and I love the broth a lot! Look at the gigantic shrimp inside! 🦐•𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐝 𝐁𝐫𝐞𝐰 𝐎𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐓𝐞𝐚 & 𝐊𝐨𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐤𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐧 𝐋𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐧 𝐓𝐞𝐚They are good beverages but to be honest, I prefer drinking the broth of the noodle more than the drinks since with 8 hours of making, you can taste how rich the flavours are! 😍
