呢间位于铜锣湾嘅面家系一间好有心思嘅港式粉面小店!餐厅主打招牌鸡白汤,听讲呢个汤底系每日至少用8个钟头熬制而成,工序繁复,绝无添加任何味精,可以放心饮哂成个汤底!店内装修以木系嘅简约风为主,环境干净企理~✨招牌樱花虾云吞面樱花虾云吞特别大粒,因为系餐厅自己每日新鲜包嘅!皮薄馅靓,散发住浓郁嘅海鲜鲜味!鸡白汤清澈而鲜甜,质地顺滑,系进店必点!幼面系选用咗「永乐」呢间超过50年老字号嘅品牌粉面厂!面质同味道都好经典,充满港式情怀~✨秘制慢煮牛腩拼牛丸河慢煮牛腩亦都系餐厅自家炆嘅,肥瘦均匀,肉质软腍!牛丸爽口弹牙!大地鱼鸡白汤就多咗一份鱼嘅鲜味,味道甜美!而河粉都系香港制造嘅,选用咗超过70年历史嘅呢个品牌「双喜」!河粉比一般嘅偏幼身,质地柔滑细腻~钟意食辣嘅人,千祈唔可以错过小店嘅辣椒油同埋辣菜脯啊~✨时令油菜-菜心苗呢到嘅油菜可以自己选择配蚝油定系腩汁,今次拣咗配腩汁!微甜嘅腩汁同菜心苗嘅清新口感相得益彰~✨壹品豆浆✨柠檬可口可乐 继续阅读

铜锣湾美食集中地灯笼街原来有间港式粉面🍜 虽然呢条街有几间面店 但系佢嘅定位都几唔同‼️ 呢度将港式粉面提升咗好多✨ 饮到鸡白汤 又用香港老字号永乐同双喜嘅粉面🇭🇰❣️咩都有面 $78个名简单直接 有云吞 墨丸 牛丸 鱼蛋 贡丸 牛腩💦 咩都有啲好丰富🔥慢煮牛腩系自家炆 仲可以拣肥啲瘦啲 肉味浓唔柴🐄 招牌樱花虾云吞自己新鲜包 皮薄馅靓成粒乒乓波🦐鱼蛋同鱼片都有 好弹牙🐟 另外墨丸我念念不忘 新鲜到食到墨鱼粒嘅胶质🦑面底拣咗幼面 配上大地鱼鸡白汤 汤底有平时粉面店两倍浓郁但唔咸💕真系清淡得来又好食 仲可以加啲辣菜脯或者辣油变化下🤌🏻🤪❣️秘制慢煮牛腩拼牛筋 金钱肚 捞面 $96捞面仲另外有碗汤 招牌鸡白汤感觉到熬咗好耐 摆咗一阵面头有啲胶质💦 唔似系日本拉面𠮶种鸡白汤比较中式 有啲蜜枣嘅甜味又唔会有肉臭味🐓呢个价钱虽然贵啲但系反映咗系肉量🐄🐄🐄真系俾咗超级多料‼️牛筋系超级软腍入晒味甜甜地 冇牙婆都食得超好食‼️呢碟嘅牛腩仲靓 肉质再结实啲 加上酱油肉味浓到一瞬间以为食紧嘢野味🤣金钱肚好靓仔 处理得干净 爽口弹牙又入味🌟❣️时令油菜-菜心苗 $22钟意佢蚝油分开上可以食得健康啲🙂‍↔️🥬条菜本身已经好甜零渣 就咁食都好满足😗❣️壹品豆浆 $12❣️冷萃乌龙茶 $15壹品豆浆依家咁好饮的吗?饮落同新鲜豆浆冇分别 甜度系啱啱好🤓 第二度见到都可以试吓🤩 继续阅读

🇭🇰 Causeway Bay 铜锣湾|Min Gaa 面家New noodle place alert! This restaurant may look like the other noodle 🍜 place but what’s so special about it is their unique broth that is used for the noodle! It takes over 8️⃣ hours to make their wonton noodle broth! Even the wonton are made by themselves everyday to ensure the quality and freshness! 😆Here are some noodles that I tried:•𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐭 𝐒𝐥𝐨𝐰 𝐂𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐞𝐝 𝐁𝐞𝐞𝐟 𝐁𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐤𝐞𝐭 𝐍𝐨𝐨𝐝𝐥𝐞𝐬 (𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐧 𝐒𝐨𝐮𝐩)The beef brisket 🥩 is perfect in terms of texture and I love the broth a lot! You can even drink it all without finding it too salty since they didn’t add any additives inside! 😋•𝐒𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐒𝐚𝐤𝐮𝐫𝐚 𝐒𝐡𝐫𝐢𝐦𝐩 𝐖𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐭𝐢𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐍𝐨𝐨𝐝𝐥𝐞𝐬 (𝐅𝐥𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐅𝐢𝐬𝐡 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐧 𝐒𝐨𝐮𝐩)The stirred noodles can further bring out the broth flavour, which is even more refreshing than the chicken soup! 🍜 The wonton is huge with so many stuffings! 面家位于铜锣湾登龙街一条好多拉面同中式面食嘅集中地选址就已经好大竞争我好想试佢哋嘅牛腩但不幸今日OT太夜已经卖晒我叫嘅系面家嘅双拼捞面叫左碗樱花虾云吞鱼蛋虾籽面个虾子面系本地老字号面厂出品加上时令油菜整体感觉几好暖笠笠而且个汤底好味虾籽面面质好弹牙有嚼劲上面都有好多好多虾籽特别系面底酱汁设计得几用心面系食嘅时候唔会太干保持左适当嘅湿润感 碗面亦配上左大地鱼鸡白汤云吞放入汤令热度释放云吞的皮薄但入面超级足料内馅有鲜虾和猪肉碎味道不错大地鱼鸡白汤味道比较浓成个捞面好有层次感期待吓下次再黎可以食到佢最出名嘅牛坑腩啦 继续阅读

呢间面家主打鸡白汤底拼港式粉面~佢哋嘅鸡白汤🐔用超过8小时熬制而成,浓而不腻~饮完唔会口干真系心机之作招牌樱花虾云吞捞粗加牛筋(鸡白汤底)- 个云吞真系超大粒,一啖真系食唔晒~入面用新鲜猪肉配上虾仁同埋樱花虾味道更加丰富~🦐特别推介佢哋嘅牛筋系超软腍QQ又够入味,满满嘅骨胶原~秘制慢煮牛腩面加金钱肚 (大地鱼鸡白汤底)- 加入咗大地鱼嘅汤底味道更加浓郁~牛腩有得拣肥瘦好贴心,食落够腍~(悄悄话:好食过好多所谓嘅名店特别系歌赋街𠮶间,十几年前仲系正常依家不知所谓,排队贴钱买难受,唔建议)干面用咗永乐粉面厂嘅质素有保证~ 捞粗真系爽口又弹牙,加埋甜豉油同埋少少佢哋嘅自制菜脯 yumyum ~ 💖几欣赏呢个港式小变化,为平日简单嘅一餐注入新惊喜~而且店铺够干净,食都食得安心啲 继续阅读
