🇭🇰 Causeway Bay 铜锣湾|Min Gaa 面家New noodle place alert! This restaurant may look like the other noodle 🍜 place but what’s so special about it is their unique broth that is used for the noodle! It takes over 8️⃣ hours to make their wonton noodle broth! Even the wonton are made by themselves everyday to ensure the quality and freshness! 😆Here are some noodles that I tried:•𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐭 𝐒𝐥𝐨𝐰 𝐂𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐞𝐝 𝐁𝐞𝐞𝐟 𝐁𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐤𝐞𝐭 𝐍𝐨𝐨𝐝𝐥𝐞𝐬 (𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐧 𝐒𝐨𝐮𝐩)The beef brisket 🥩 is perfect in terms of texture and I love the broth a lot! You can even drink it all without finding it too salty since they didn’t add any additives inside! 😋•𝐒𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐒𝐚𝐤𝐮𝐫𝐚 𝐒𝐡𝐫𝐢𝐦𝐩 𝐖𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐭𝐢𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐍𝐨𝐨𝐝𝐥𝐞𝐬 (𝐅𝐥𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐅𝐢𝐬𝐡 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐧 𝐒𝐨𝐮𝐩)The stirred noodles can further bring out the broth flavour, which is even more refreshing than the chicken soup! 🍜 The wonton is huge with so many stuffings! 好友话铜锣湾《面家》选用「永乐粉面厂」的干面并每天用超过8小时熬制的鸡白汤汤底鲜甜,无添加味精够健康。餐厅装潢新族干净企理,服务不错。我们点左咩都有面$90:虾子面味香浓滑顺,配牛腩、牛丸、鱼蛋、云吞,全部鲜甜味美,超大粒云吞好正、牛腩入味腍滑,汤底清甜好味我全部饮晒。三拼米粉$78 :牛腩好腍好入味,牛丸、鱼蛋,米粉索汤精华好好味。香脆鱼皮$22:松脆可口,风味独特,是我至爱小吃。壹品豆浆$12:豆浆香浓不过甜好饮。可口可乐$10:冰凉解渴。 继续阅读

之前一直都想试呢一间面舖,今次终于有机会啦,餐厅主打港式牛腩云吞面面,但系质素超高,仲有自家慢煮牛柳,同埋每日新鲜包嘅云吞,至于汤底方面呢就采用鸡白汤,冇用味精,每日新鲜熬制,而且采用老字号永乐舖头嘅面底今次呢就叫咗个三拼汤面配菠菜面,三并:墨鱼丸,鲜肉樱花虾云吞,慢煮牛腩,云吞面薄馅靓,每一拉采用樱花虾+猪肉为馅,超级大粒好足料,至于慢煮牛腩,肥瘦均匀,肉质松软,鸡白汤唔经唔觉饮晒成碗,菠菜面面质好弹牙,正!另外呢就试咗,餐厅新出嘅火辣紫薯咖喱捞,三并配虾子捞面,小编就叫咗个咖喱分开上,一碗嘢就有两个食法,首先食咗啲虾子面+虾卵先,两者之间好有口感+浓嘅香味,之后再捞埋啲咖喱汁,而金钱肚同牛筋捞埋个汁之后,提升咗个层次,牛筋口感Q弹嫩滑,入口即溶最后仲加咗个小食,炸鱼皮配Wasabi粉,好邪恶啊,唔经唔觉食咗好多🤗 继续阅读

一向对港式粉面兴趣不大被熬煮8小时以上鸡白汤底吸引饮完第一啖汤weee 我对港式粉面改观了🤤两款招牌汤底鸡白汤同大地鱼鸡白汤平时食开日式拉面嘅鸡白汤通常好浓厚,饮几啖汤我就半饱🙈呢到系轻盈舒服既风格,完全唔腻成功挑战饮晒成碗汤🤤𩠌菜可以车仔面咁自由配搭特别推荐软滑牛筋~大大粒足料云吞,好香樱花虾味(之前见过店员即场新鲜包云吞)自家秘制慢煮牛腩,有嚼劲,肉味重全部份量十足无谂过下午茶都咁丰富🤣餐厅用嘅粉面来自永乐同双喜香港老字号,坚持香港制造本土品牌当然值得支持🥹🥹希望小店长做长有继续有属于香港嘅味道🫶🏻 继续阅读

非常欣赏面家嘅创新,将香港情怀嘅牛腩面,配上自家真熬鸡白汤。餐厅环境干净企理,主打无味精兼日熬至少8小时嘅招牌鸡白汤底。另外慢煮牛腩和云吞都系自家制,面系用超过50年老字号的永乐粉面厂, 河粉系超过70年的双喜粉面厂,香港制造,品质一定有保证。招牌樱花虾云吞鱼蛋捞面:云吞系自家新鲜包,饀料选用新鲜猪肉,配上鲜虾和日本樱花虾,一次过食到两种口感及味道,云吞好大粒,口感同味道都充满层。面条加上蚝油,美味弹牙。跟捞面的鸡白汤非常鲜味,饮得出无味精,真系可以成碗饮哂。招牌樱花虾云吞墨鱼丸河:呢个汤底系招牌鸡白汤加大地鱼,除咗有鲜味,仲有大地鱼香味,双喜牌河粉吸收汤底,又滑又鲜味,墨鱼丸亦好弹牙,油菜:菜心色泽翠绿,口感爽脆、软硬适中。豆浆:甜度适中有豆香味。 继续阅读
