環境唔錯, 坐鐵板燒位都幾舒服. 侍應服務好好, 鐵板燒師傅幾好傾, 而且會推介時令食物, 還經常問食物味道如何, 值得一讚.食物方面針魚刺身(200)-一條約有8件, 青青地, 幾好.秋刀魚刺身($250)-都係約8件, 非常新鮮安康魚肝刺身($130)-鐵板燒師傅極力推介. 安康魚是生活在千呎深海下的燈籠科魚類, 目前是無法人工養殖. 師傅話只係十一月有供應. 一碟有三件. 個人覺得幾好, 但我估未必人人岩食生既內臟.雲海鐵板燒Set ($990) 一人前前菜- 有螺及三文魚子三文魚,油甘魚刺身沙律- 沙律汁好味鵝肝- 非常好, 外脆內軟,師傅手勢一流.帶子龍蝦羊扒- 肉質鬆軟, 口感好好. 炒菜炒飯- 味道不太淡也不太咸, 飯的軟硬度適中龍蝦頭麵豉湯- 湯底好, 非一般的麵豉湯生果總括來講係高水準的一餐晚餐, 值得一試. starwood card 有50% off. 今餐Discount後$950

Very Nice atmosphere, I strongly recommend Kobe Beef Shashimi and fish shashimi (with sour source).Price is expensive but acceptable for this type of service in a hotel.
