两老系锅心fans,今晚补祝父亲节,嚟食锅心八鲜蒸锅。虫草花炖汤足料清甜,劲好饮。海鲜拣咗龙虾、鲍鱼、多宝鱼、蛏子、海虾、白蚬,全部都几新鲜。龙虾同海虾仲有膏😛每款海鲜可选唔同蒸法:清蒸、金银蒜、果皮蒸、豆酱蒸等,口味多元。两老钟意清淡啲,所以大部分拣咗清蒸。店员会帮忙控制火候与计时,避免蒸过龙👍🏻 服务态度唔错又爽手,仲唔收加一。八宝蒸饭可自选配料,份量十足,一人分到两碗以上。最后仲有糖水作结,清润解腻。

呢间餐厅嘅海鲜都几多花款,我哋6个人叫咗个「八鲜蒸锅」,有龙虾同蟹肉,睇落好丰富!其他海鲜仲有鲍鱼、蒸鱼同虾等等。有酸梅汤、青岛啤酒、竹蔗水同乌龙茶,配蒸锅几夹,尤其酸梅汤解腻一流! 整体性价比OK。侍应会帮手睇火候,唔使惊蒸过龙。 呢间蒸锅几适合钟意食海鲜嘅朋友,材料新鲜,份量够,下次再嚟会试多啲海鲜款!

The popularity is really strong. When we arrived, the restaurant was full. Fortunately, we had an early reservation and were seated without waiting.Steamed crayfish with garlic vermicelli. Crayfish is one of my favorite seafoods due to its fresh meat and crisp texture. This dish has two crayfish, their size is not comparable to that of king crayfish, but it is acceptable. The crayfish flesh is quite fresh and delicious, and the aroma of vermicelli and garlic matches the freshness of the crayfish.
