之前經過三坡坊,見到呢間新開嘅餐廳,所以就諗住同屋企人黎試吓,我已經預先約咗夜晚嚟食飯。可能係星期日嘅關係,所以人都好多,不過好快等左一陣就有位啦。呢度都有好多特色小食同埋小菜,我哋叫咗個潮汕砂鍋粥同埋一啲小菜。呢個就係潮汕砂鍋粥,本來我哋想揀隻中嘅膏蟹但係冇貨,所以就揀咗兩隻細嘅膏蟹,同埋元貝做材料黎煲粥。呢個鍋粥嘅份量都好多,差唔多夠四個人食嘅份量。味道好鮮味,而且膏蟹好有肉,不過元貝就縮水好多,味道都好鮮。呢個就係紅燒籠中BB乳鴿,真係名副其實攞個籠裝住隻乳鴿,買相整得好靚。乳鴿燒得好香,而且外脆內嫩。
