本来一心买个团购6人十道菜与哥哥庆祝生日，点知比哥哥昙到一文不值。$598一个餐已经唔算平啦，点解仲可以做得咁差?一路食一肚火。片皮鸭同d配菜相隔好久先到，团购片皮鸭冇得当场片比你睇，一早片好就上枱(仲要问你加唔加外$40要埋果半只)根本唔值得加。同即场叫果d太大分别了。糯米饭根本就唔系糯米饭，系糯米膏，一糊野。条姜葱鲤鱼d肉梅晒，好似放左3日先煮，d葱又炆到黑晒，睇到都唔想食。羊腩煲d菜又系一早煮熟上枱，正统羊腩煲菜应该生上，客人自己煮。依间酒楼集团我一定唔会再帮衬

菜干猪骨粥This bowl of congee was astonishing. Astonishingly bad. It was just like plain congee with salt, with some bits of veg floating around. There was absolutely no presence of any meat whatsoever. It was also a very small bowl, but I was grateful for that since it tasted so bad. 叉烧酥Stone cold. It also had a slight 油益味 which made it seem like stale leftovers. The pastry was obviously solid and hard and not pastry-like at all, and the cha siu filling within it was unsubstantial. 虾饺This was alright, except for the skin which was overly soft and not chewy at all. It just breaks right away when you try to pick one up. 南乳牛柏叶I don’t even know why they put 南乳 in the name. It was obviously just plain 牛柏叶. 千层糕This was acceptable – at least it was served hot. Unluckily, it was slightly too hard, and not spongy enough. 流沙饱I was expecting the worst. At first glance, seeing the filling showing through the bread, I thought my fears were confirmed. How can the filling be runny if it’s not even fully contained? However, it was indeed runny, albeit only very slightly. Anyhow, the custard filling had a strong taste of egg yolk, which was unexpectedly good. This was probably the most satisfactory dim sum. 煎肠粉This was also not that bad. It was ordered from the open kitchen area outside, so of course it was made fresh. Plus, I specifically asked for it to be fried until it was golden brown. I also took the liberty of taking sauces myself, since I like huge dollops of them. Unfortunately, there was no sesame, otherwise I would have taken lots of that as well. The cheung fun were large, fat ones instead of the usual narrow kind, which didn’t really matter as long as they were fried to a nice crispiness on the outside. Besides, there was a surprisingly large number of dried shrimps and spring onions in them, which made it extra fragrant and made up for the lack of sesame. On the other hand, the sauces were oily and without that strong a flavour either. The brown sesame sauce even had some rock hard pieces, which shows how long that tub of sauce has been sitting there for… ewWhat’s more, the service at this restaurant was… I don’t know, since there was none. The waitresses were rude, and gave us lots of attitude occupying a table for 6 (being a party of 3). But hello? They were the ones who told us to sit wherever, without guiding us to our table. And, it’s not like they had many other customers anyway (why was I not surprised?). Suffice it to say, I don’t think I’d be returning. Toodles.

睇到饮食杂志介绍，食物图片吸引，价钱又相宜，住沙田梗系选最近嘅大埔店去试吓啦... 虽然系屋村入面酒家，好食嘅o野唔理地点嘅！我地一家6口去到，梗系根据广告中嘅点心即点啦，点知只得金牌流沙包有得吃，其他如酥皮叉烧包、千丝海龙皇都无，侍应话点心师傅走左，真真无瘾！流沙包入面jelly咁，一d都唔流，点左15个点心，只得虾蛟最似样，一笼一只，算唔错！其他点心就真系唔得啰！杂志有85折Coupon，出去埋单时比佢，点知收银员话只限“点...好食”可以用，但系杂志写明系同一饮食集团，完全无列明清楚，所以完全系误导消费者！以后以后都无下次啰！

上次为豪庭写下一盒叉烧外卖既食评. 实在只是滥竽充数之作. 不应写. 是日是第二篇豪庭, 呢次就系为了同外父饮下早茶, 彼此交流一下感情. 一盅两件一向是老人家饮茶既宗旨. 然而的确, 我们真的是一盅两件. 每人一盅凤爪排骨饭, 每人一个迷你点心并盘.凤爪排骨饭, 是不是生米蒸我一定食得出. 用熟米蒸省好多时间同功夫的, 而且平时, 排骨同凤爪应该是铺满面的, 不过呢度既份量就细左个玛. 是否早市特价之别呢. 午市既盅头饭会否变大盅D我就不知了.点心并盘, 一次过满足了平常人饮茶的几个愿望. 有基本上上酒楼必食的虾饺, 烧卖, 同样非常热门既潮州粉棵. 对我来说马拉糕应是热门, 但呢度换来千层糕, 有少少不同但其实都系果一类野. 这儿的点心算是不错. 虾饺烧卖有肉香, 有味道, 绝对不是行货之烈. 潮州粉棵我一向不爱, 但既来之则食之是我的格言, 所以放得入口既, 总会放入去. 结果这个皮靓馅不太足既粉棵, 就一啖俾我消灭, 馅不多, 有空位是潮州粉棵既原形, 不过, 花生不够, 就有点失味道......虽然如此, 但我反而喜欢, 因为我就系唔喜欢粉棵内的花生. 千层糕就太细块了, 唔够喉. 同外父详谈人生大事, 日后计划, 小女性格......交流一下生活上问题, 研究下有没有办法解决.......好在我同斋妹已经注册左, 不然老豆问起我们, 几时注册......后来叫我去同佢换铝窗咁就大工程了....出收银处结账, 两个人连茶钱才50多元. 屋邨茶楼, 虽是独市, 但一定要平, 才能亲民. 回想一下, 还是觉得前身果间好食D.

今天家庭聚会, 在广福邨, 没有其他酒楼, 所以别无选择.我们叫了腐皮卷, 虾饺, 牛肉肠,义烧肠, 烧卖, 义烧包, 鸡扎, 山竹牛肉, 等 等.此处食物质素一般, 所以只叫了一些大路点心. 我们没有叫甜品,因为曾经试过姜汁炖蛋, 觉得不好味.肠粉太厚. 虾饺, 烧卖不错,其他点心ok. 可是火鸭丝米线变了米纷.唉!! 幸好服务尚可. 今次有人找数, 不用付款.
