嚟到东荟城7楼食代馆,见呢间花甲年华好多人排队,决定大快朵颐。餐厅主打花甲粉,用自家熬制猪骨汤,加入粉丝,再配上鲜甜多汁花甲,用锡纸密封闭式烹调,店员即席主理,望住开放式厨房一谷锅即叫即煮,真不错👍🏽食得出食材新鲜香辣鲜甜集于一身。酸菜鱼花甲锅粉:酸辣鲜香、汤色金黄浓郁,酸味来自酸菜、泡椒或醋,清新不刺鼻,带有发酵的醇香。小米辣,辣度温和但后劲十足。鲜味由鱼骨高汤和鱼片的嫩滑赋予,汤底浓郁却不腻口。汤汁呈现明亮的金黄色,浓稠度适中,能挂在鱼肉上鱼肉嫩滑无腥味,用上鲈鱼,鱼片薄切后用蛋清或淀粉腌制,口感滑嫩,入口即化。 搭配酸菜、粉丝、金针菇等,吸饱汤汁后酸辣过瘾,增加爽脆。珍宝肥牛花甲粉转粉丝配香辣汤:肥牛带点肥,浓浓牛脂香,花甲粒粒饱满,配上挂汤汁粉丝将精华一啖接一啖,香辣带点麻香,越辣越过瘾,仲有金针菇做配料增加咬口。麻辣土豆丝:土豆丝爽脆,加上适量陈醋,风味十足,带点酸味味,好开胃,仲有辣椒嘅香气。花椒烤乳鸽::脆皮乳鸽,肉质细嫩,风味浓郁,肉质细嫩多汁,纤维细腻,尤其是胸肉不柴,带有一点类似牛肉的柔嫩感,比鸡肉更浓郁,略带野味的甘香,皮薄且易入味,尤其是烤制后皮脆肉香,调味较甜。红糖糍粑:一定要趁热食!面层铺满油炸红糖,脆口得很,又带点酥脆,黄豆粉解油腻感,口感细腻总结:每次嚟食代馆都会光顾的花甲粉乳鸽红糖糍粑也是必食的 继续阅读

见到东荟城food court都算几多人叫呢个花甲粉,决定试一试。鲜甜花甲粉($63),可以自选汤底同埋面底,再加配料。我要咗胡椒汤底、粉丝,加咗莴笋($7)。因为我有问到辣度,店员好有耐性咁同我解释咗几款嘅分别。等咗大概5分钟就已经出餐。花甲粉装喺砂锅,用锡纸包住保温。锅入面有大概10只花甲,啲肉稍为细粒,但几鲜味,可惜最后有两只冇开口。胡椒汤底始终有少少辣,但系同花甲、莴笋都好夹。莴笋有7-8片,比较爽口,系值得加嘅配料😼最后埋单$70,之后都仲会有兴趣再食呢间,不过可能试吓蕃茄汤底之类。 继续阅读

一个砂煲咁样,跟住有啲锡纸包住个粉叫咗花甲无骨鱼片粉丝小辣佢嘅辣度唔算好辣花甲都算几多无骨鱼就真系冇骨几滑粉丝就吸晒啲汤几好食辣辣地又有啲金菇菜,我自己再加咗鸭血味道都唔错,份量都多同埋加咗娃娃菜,大娃娃菜就比较少 继续阅读

Very bland meal…. We ordered tomato soup clam noodles, spicy tomato soup clam and baby oysters vermicelli and a baked eggplant. It was on a Sunday afternoon 2:30pm, took us around 15min after ordering to get our meal. The clams was pretty bland from both noodles and the oyster was extremely small and doesn’t tasted fresh at all, totally doesn’t worth to add almost 20$ extra for. Both soup are also quite watery and lack of taste, the unacceptable thing is that we order one with no coriander and spring onion, they forgot our order despite writing it on the tickets and when told they only scooped them out from the noodle and served that to us which the soup already filled with coriander scent. The baked eggplant was so watery and the sauce was not baked in but rather scoop on top before serving…. the only good thing is that all of their portion was quite decent. 冇乜味……我哋叫咗番茄汤蚬粉、辣番茄汤蚬蚝仔粉丝加埋焗茄子。当时系星期日下午两点半,我哋叫嘢后等咗大约十五分钟先有嘢食。蚬冇乜鲜味,啲蚝仔超细粒,而且唔新鲜,唔值得加二十蚊。两碗汤都好淡,冇咩味,最唔满意嘅系我哋叫咗一份走青嘅,佢哋写系单到都唔记得。等我哋反应之后,佢哋只系碗面度捞走咗芫荽同葱,然后就系咁serve俾我哋,汤已经成碗芫荽味。焗茄子好水好湿,酱汁唔系焗咗落去,而系最尾先放上去。唯一ok 就系𠮶份量算几大份。 继续阅读
