机场食店选择虽然多,但工作大的午餐,唔可以慢慢叹,反正要快,就去快餐店食,接机大堂楼底高,采开放式设计,枱与枱唔太迫,先揾位,好好彩有人刚走,向大堂阿姐招手执枱,好快搅掂,有张圆枱!分批去买餐,虽然人多,柜台店员都好爽手,先落单再攞食物,八达通比钱,落好单先记得有员工价,问店员可以后补,佢黑面咁退回差价比我!之后出齐餐自己攞埋枱!估唔到个咖哩汁好浓,牛腩牛筋好多件,牛腩入味唔嚡,牛筋好粗,入味弹牙,好念好入味!薯仔唔念,质感爽口!咖哩汁好香浓,微辣!白饭好大球(唔记得叫少饭)!连埋爽口嘅几款蔬菜,健康啲!好好味!热咖啡:够浓唔涩!港式风味!快餐都唔代表要委屈自己! 继续阅读

我系香港都系食呢个早餐jar ,本来以为临出发前可以食下啲平时食开嘅野,但结果劲难食………个餐饱劲硬,唉… 但个通粉都叫好食 呢旧鸡扒有雪味,搞到好臭,我食左1/4 已经唔想食有得拣大家拣过第二间……… 继续阅读

搭夜机返老家,因午餐食斋关系,七点已饥肠辘辘,J一到机场,小妹急不及待捉埋佢去揾食。最后,见美心无咩人排队,就买左碗即叫即煮的云吞面医肚。一碗云吞面$34,并不便宜,但理解位置偏僻,租金昂贵所致也。拨开d幼面,细心一数,有6粒娇小玲珑的云吞,再加上份量适中的面条,可以接受也。一箸面放入口,幼身银丝全蛋面爽口有嚼劲,不会过硬或过淋,可见烹调时间控制得宜。云吞不大不小,盈盈一吞,惜徒有虾肉而猪肉欠奉,幸云吞皮薄,虾肉馅也见鲜爽。搯一小匙汤喝下,汤底不太咸,够鲜甜浓香,味道不错﹗连锁快餐店一向粗制滥造,毫无诚意。因此,小妹未食前已不抱任何期望,谁知,味道及质素竟是意料之外,确有惊奇﹗ 继续阅读

24.3.2013这天下午, 友人要飞回他原来的地方了, 所以去了机场送别他. 原来我在2011年3月到过机场工作, 吃过这儿的烧味饭哩. 当时是托人买外卖, 而今次是亲身在此开餐. 和我们预计的一样, 这里食客很多, 我们花了十分钟才找到空桌子. 友人吃烧味饭, 而我就吃白汁杂菌烩意粉. 这个定价$43的意粉, 不包括饮品, 这也是意料中事的. 这个意粉用胶盒盛载, 白汁的味道浓到好像忌帘汤的味似的, 且份量多, 多到吃完意粉仍剩下很多白汁. 杂菌就有冬菇, 秀珍菇和磨菇, 煮得够淋. 而装饰的甜红椒, 青椒和黄椒也很爽甜, 也令到意粉增加色彩. 至于意粉呢, 煮到刚刚好, 竟然没有发胀, 实属难得. 虽然价钱偏贵, 但这个意粉的质素比我预期中好呢, 可以说一分钱, 一分货.吃完这一餐之后, 不知何时才可以和朋友相聚了. 有人说离别是为了重聚, 因此人们才会珍惜相聚的每分每秒, 可是我讨厌无了期的离别啊. 最后, 我没说出'再见', 我只说Take care. 但愿在不久的将来, 能够与友人再见面吧.  继续阅读

Finally, my summer holiday starts !! The first meal that I had after landed in hk was not any thing expensive or special but something simple and delicious. Guess what's that? It's char siu fan/ barbecue pork with rice. My mum always knows that I love having char siu fan as it is a HK style dish which comparing to the one that I had in the UK... totally different!! When I opened my take away, there was a strong smell of barbecue char siu which made me even more hungrier. I first mixed all the ingredients today so that the sauce could be evenly distributed throughout the rice. Browny rice looked so appealing. My first expression was "wonderful". Although it was not super hot, it was warm and the rice was awesome which gave a salty flavour  and chewy texture. I love it. The barbecue pork matched so well with the rice as it was "half fat and thin" , it was the right proportion of meat and fats which I really appreciated and enjoyed.  Simple food can brighten my life change. 继续阅读
