一年容易又中秋，自从奶黄月的出现，占了传统莲蓉月部份的市场，可能腻滞感没那么强劲吧。之不过对于小人而言，甚么月都好，最紧要是好食。今年收到一张美心流心月饼劵，在换领的首日已即取货，即换即试。盒子的外形无甚特别，里面都是一盒八个个别独立包装的迷你月饼，简单朴实。开封之后，奶香直涌而上，月饼皮做得薄，不会一咬即破。内层的咸蛋和奶黄亦是均匀细致，绝没有一口的油。数到最精彩之处，非中间的流心莫属！一啖咬下，奶黄流心馅似是溶液般流出，香甜无比，吃一个唔够皮！简直是月饼界的心太软！

一个十分注重身形的朋友生日， 想送他一个蛋糕。我这辈人买蛋糕，真的很麻烦 。我希望找一个少点cream 、或是低糖的 轻蛋糕， 可是一直都找不到。 看过一些做蛋糕的教学片，砂糖都是一包包的倒进去蛋糕盘的 ，所以一片蛋糕的糖分超高 ，超级不健康 和不适合做gym的朋友。选这个 宇治抹茶蛋糕， 是因为它是由一片片的 crapes 堆叠而成的。 外边抹上 绿茶cream， 感觉没那么甜， 并且好像健康一点。吃下去的口感 : 抹茶嘅味道很突出，很浓烈。 令整个蛋糕每一口咬下去 ，都有很甘香的绿茶味道。蛋糕嘅质感比一般忌廉蛋糕 或朱古力蛋糕 厚实， 很有淀粉质嘅重量感 ，并且十分有饱肚的感觉。这个蛋糕， 虽然人仔细细， 但系由于佢系实心嘅关系 ，十个人分享都绰绰有余， 十分饱肚、十分抵吃。 最啱开心时刻，大家一齐分享 。 兼且可以用 福福郎阿妈赞助的饼卡来买 ，Good x 2。

I must confess. I'm a massive Star Wars geek. With the new movie coming out soon, I'm really excited. And with every new movie, new movie tie-in products appear.Maxim's Bakery have been collaborating with Disney by producing special pudding cups from various Disney cartoons. As Star Wars is now owned by Disney, I wondered when will they produce Star Wars related products? Apparently, this current upcoming movie, they have released two pudding cups and a cake. I was really excited! But someone in Causeway Bay kept buying all the stormtroopers! Every time I walked by the shop, THEY WERE ALL GONE! I think that person was making an army of stormtroopers because you know ... you only need one Darth Vader. Finally, I just decided to ask if they could reserve for me and they did for me to pick up!Each pudding cup costs $39. They come in two flavors.The Stormtrooper is strawberry pudding. The container is made of plastic.Pop off the top of his head and you find the pudding. It's not a big portion compared to the actual size of the Stormtrooper helmet. The strawberry pudding wasn't very good. Had that strange artificial strawberry taste. It also had the texture of sponge.Darth Vader was chocolate pudding. The container was also made of plastic.Pop off the top and you will find the really small amount of pudding. Taste was much better than the strawberry one. It was smoother with a rich chocolate taste. This was much much better.If you buy any Star Wars product, with the addition of $32, you can purchase a Star Wars plate. One is Darth Vader and the other is a Stormtrooper. I bought both. They are pretty good quality. I think look pretty nice. I'm a happy fan.Cake vouchers can be used for the pudding cups but not for the plates, so I used cake vouchers and paid for the plates separately.

契妹寿辰，放工后大伙儿就约埋去唱K、食饭；庆祝咗成晚，压轴当然系要切蛋糕啦！ 今年寿星女话想食美心新推出o既青苹果蛋糕，小肥契哥就衬闲日午饭时间有空档，行咗去美心离公司最近o既鹅颈街市分店订购。年轻有礼o既店员姐姐解释，「仲夏青苹果」为节令新产品，亦为固定磅数，现单售$128，不能享有信用咭或会员折扣，如要生日朱古力牌要另加$10，非常详细 。眼见蛋糕实物真细小小小，去食晚饭合共七人，所以就加订咗个「仲夏蜜瓜」蛋糕，希望大家肠胃可以尽兴啲！仲夏青苹果（$128 + $10朱古力牌）：蛋糕青苹果o既外型滴骰别致，但系原来唔系成个可以食得 。青苹果已预先分成上半同下半，外壳部份只有上半可以食用，下半只系装饰。青苹果上半o既外壳以青苹果慕丝造出，入面o既蛋糕层有浓厚o既绿茶及味淡o既蛋白两款，中间以青苹果啫喱同青苹果酱隔开。个人觉得啫喱部份好似夺走咗蛋糕o既水份，入口时会有少少干干地，带点微酸o既青苹果同绿茶依个双绿配搭未必人人啱 。仲夏蜜瓜（$168 + $10朱古力牌，会员可享八折优惠）：餐厅客气地为我地移除咗纸皮，令卖相唔同咗。蜜瓜味蛋糕清香湿润，面层o既蜜瓜同哈蜜瓜粒微甜爽脆，忌廉份量足，其实好唔错，但可惜中间夹咗层质感奇奇怪怪，且格格不入o既蜜瓜啫喱，令蛋糕失色咗少少。美心今季仲夏蛋糕中，以「仲夏青苹果」最为可爱，「仲夏蜜瓜」最为传统。前者好睇唔多好食，后者则味道比外表佳，两者均内含不甚讨好o既啫喱层 ，效果有啲画蛇添足啰！
