深水埗咁多間糖水店呢間又係一間經典去到唔好寄望佢地d 新潮野好好味因為佢地既傳統野至係強項!佢地既綠豆沙,煲到d 豆開晒花,真係似沙出面好少食到~~ 不過只係收10蚊內!!!!!!!而木瓜鮮奶都好香,味道岩岩好唔會話d 某一d 味太出而不好飲~~~

食完麵當然唔少得食甜品,我和榴槤pancake$16.皮太薄看到晒榴槤的肉.至於主角榴槤勁好味,又鮮甜.無苦味.最重要唔會落好多cream搞到好漏好快飽肚.要彈的是雪得唔夠凍,凍一點味道應該更出色

The benefit of joining a group for dinner is that you get to try different dishes in one sitting. There are occasions when we're so stuffed after these organized meals. This night's not one of them. A group of us made two other stops, and here, at 綠林, our final stop, we have felt the exhaustion of running around more so than the dissatisfaction of not having our appetites filled. The benefit of joining a group for dinner is that you get to try different dishes in one sitting. There are occasions when we're so stuffed after these organized meals. This night's not one of them. A group of us made two other stops, and here, at 綠林, our final stop, we have felt the exhaustion of running around more so than the dissatisfaction of not having our appetites filled.

Sitting down, it took almost no time for us to place our orders. One of us ordered the Sweet Soup with Bean sheeets and gingko nuts (hot), while I opted for the Tapioca with Coconut milk. An order of the Crepes with mangoes was ordered, and at the end we're having a Tofu Pudding to share among us.

Sweet soup with Bean Sheets and Gingko Nuts is just about one of the simplest in the Chinese dessert repertoire. It requires only the right proportion of sugar and water, oh, and good bean sheets that softens into feathery light flakes suspending in the sweetened soup. Here the flakes were custardy yellow and were pillowy soft. The sweetness level is appropriate. Tapioca with Coconut Milk was surprisingly different in the looks. Here, instead of a coconut milk concoction with tapioca in it, ours is a thick concoction made with, and of tapioca pearls, with a drizzle of warm thickened coconut cream on top. The end-product is thicker, with a cloying resemblance of the Southeastern dessert of leaf-wrapped tapioca topped with coconut cream. Little chunks of taro root offered an alternative kind of texture to it.

Crepes with mangoes
were among the popular choices. They were so swiftly "divided" among the battle of forks that no picture was taken other than what it looks like before the slaughtering begins. The cream filling was thick and not surprisingly excessive, but the mango chunks are ripe and sweet. The crepe though, could benefit with a little more flour for a sturdier texture. Tofu Pudding is one of those that jiggles when you shake the saucer slightly. Made with gelatin, the texture was soft and smooth, with a strong taste of soymilk and not loaded with sugar. I especially enjoy it chilled but not too hard that you can scoop it up by the spoonful.

Desserts may be what marks the end of every elaborate meal. I wouldn't consider having these every day, but just once in a while, perhaps on occasions where we need that sweet comfort from the bites that are made for this purpose, and with friends we get to recognize the "greedy" side of wanting more (kinds) with less (fewer bites of each).

上次食完呢度著名既豆腐布甸..今次試試其他 鮮什果黑珍珠: 有哈蜜瓜, 蜜瓜, 芒果, 西瓜, 火龍果..ok新鮮...但唔夠涷黑珍珠份量特多成碗都係...咬落去比平時食開既林身...怪怪地配上小小椰汁...真係小小...兩者之間既比例有點失衡真係一次就夠

睇到食評話豆腐布甸真係好得, 就拉我個FD 去食 ~和大家一樣, 布甸一到就玩先一輪, 真係好彈~ 食落... MY FD : 都幾滑... 但係甜左D... (佢飲開少糖豆漿, 我反而覺得甜度OK )我看得出她還有什麼的沒說, 但由於是我介紹, 是不好意思彈吧...可笑的是連我自己也覺得很一般...接下來的氣氛有少少尷尬...之後, 我請佢去食魚蛋 ! ^ ^ 這個布甸... 不太差, 但也不至於好吃... 蠻有新鮮感, 但我吃了 3/4 就不想吃了...( 新鮮感用完 )

上次征服左個豆腐布甸,今次要試試其他糖水芝麻糊豆腐花($11):豆腐花夠滑,芝麻糊太杰,而且食落會有一pat pat既渣響度=..=,如果唔夾豆腐花一齊食就會太甜,夾埋黎食就0岩0岩好~薑汁芝麻湯圓($6):起初都唔知道呢個係薑汁底,仲以為係糖水,試左啖覺得好驚喜,有薑味得黎又唔會苦,淡淡薑既香味,幾好!佢既湯圓都好好味!個皮好彈口,唔會太厚,個芝麻餡會流出黎ga wor,好味!芝麻糊+合桃糊($13):同豆腐花芝麻糊個芝麻糊冇分別,都係太甜而且有渣,唔勻,好似食緊即沖既芝麻糊咁。片左個面既合桃糊黎食左兩啖,個合桃糊幾香濃,不過都係甜左d,而且夾埋芝麻糊一齊食又會比芝麻糊搶左個味,搞到好似食緊更加甜同杰既芝麻糊咁。下次唔會再食芝麻糊喇!等熱d再黎試佢個榴槤布甸

上次征服左個豆腐布甸,今次要試試其他糖水

今日同女友一齊放假, 所以一齊去試好評既食店我地先係太子食完大記攦粉, 6點再落深水步食糖水到步後搵左一陣地址就見到了!!呢間糖水係呢度好出名, 所以一定要試!因為來之前已經食左好多野.. 所以只叫左3款甜品豆腐花布丁($12):估唔到未食已經被它吸引住了, 再試一口, 味道好捧了, 很有豆腐花的大豆味道不太甜, 意想不到既布丁, 最尾還加了點黃糖伴食, 正!!花生糖不甩($9):我地既至愛, 一試之下, 本身不會甜, 配埋花生砂糖味道剛剛好, 但點嫌不夠咽"on"榴槤班戟($16):因為叫左外賣回家時食, 果然同推介既一樣, 皮薄榴槤多, cream少, 一款配合得很好既甜品

五月廿三日(星期六)等老公補完習之後,就到了綠林吃甜品!一向都十分欣賞他們特有的豆腐布甸!!是必叫的,至於另一樣叫什麼就要考慮一下了!好!就叫個蛋白燉鮮奶!要熱的!會比較香滑!先來豆腐布甸!一流!很滑溜!豆腐味十分濃!蛋白燉鮮奶的奶味比較淡!比想像中差!下次要試試湯圓,見到一個店員正在埋頭苦幹地包芝麻湯圓,賣相相當的吸引!!

This is my favorite dessert shop. I've come here 2-3 times a week for the last 8 months.I have tried many other dessert shops in hong kong, and this place has my favorite tong yuen.Recently they have been getting a little thicker, but they are still the best. The grass jelly is good here too. They are generous with the mango juice when you order mango desserts. The fruit is fresh. The prices are cheap. And the old man is the nicest guy ever. This is my favorite dessert shop. I've come here 2-3 times a week for the last 8 months.
I have tried many other dessert shops in hong kong, and this place has my favorite tong yuen.
Recently they have been getting a little thicker, but they are still the best.
The grass jelly is good here too. They are generous with the mango juice when you order mango desserts. The fruit is fresh. The prices are cheap. And the old man is the nicest guy ever. (the others are nice as well). I think this place is way better then Chung Kee, which seems to be more popular with the younger generation. I guess they have more ice cream. but their tong yuen are pretty gross. they sweeten the dough, so it tastes really artificial.

I am leaving hong kong in 2 weeks, and i will definitely miss this place.

also, in the last 2 months they've had an english menu. i have only seen one other foreigner in this shop in the last 8 months, so sometimes i feel like it was made for me. i'm sure it wasn't, but i can pretend.

四月二十一日晚飯過後,總時肚子來得有點不足,由食友帶領下,來這裏店子以甜品作結尾.坐下立即來得榴槤班戟,一盒二件體積比以往的來得大.總嗅到榴槤香味.咬下榴槤也算落得多,還算啖啖榴槤之意.一件總要二,三口才完工, 皮還算適中,.索價十六元,相比發記等,來得便宜,當然榴槤之最還是牛頭角下村肥媽,和一眾食友談天說地,其實不是更開心嗎,差不多十一時,眾人也齊齊離開.

照慣例, 每一次飯局, 總有一餐甜品作後炮. 今次係深水埗, 不去松記. 就是綠林了. 其實松記同綠林都有一間(分)店, 都是(三)店, 質素如其店名, 真的是(三)流. 飯後有人提出去綠林, 我則大叫, 大家不要去錯. 明白後, 我們先後分3批大軍, 10多人, 齊集綠林. 人家的甜品不說了, 只簡單的點評自己的choice, 哈密瓜豆腐花.豆腐花加上水果, 雖不是妙的配搭, 但加了少許花奶, 同哈密瓜. 頓時令平凡的豆腐花, 多了一種驚奇的味道. 有點像食豆腐布丁般. 口感夠滑, 不太甜的哈密瓜沒有太過拋離豆腐的原味.小小的一碗, 只是$15. 非常之抵食. 眾人繼續在聊天說地, 亦有位偽相士, 為同檯一名妙齡女子讀掌....引來不少人的咒罵........及拍照.
