我是神厨馆的粉丝。(不过大角咀离我家好远,只能心里时常挂念墨鱼饼和美极牛扒)看到其他网友说神厨馆Menu 变了简直晴天霹雳!⋯⋯我怕墨鱼饼也变色立即拉男朋友到大食代捧场,点了墨鱼饼饭和墨鱼柳包餐。(会不会推出墨乐鸡?)幸好水准还是不错的👍虽然我已分别不出这墨鱼饼跟八九年前的有何分别,但它是弹牙和香口的。我很抗拒的西food 墨鱼柳包更是有惊喜。墨鱼柳是外层超黑,包裹了浓浓墨汁,包脆脆的,也是黑色的,应该是竹炭包。希望老板让神厨馆其他碟头饭重出江湖🙇🏻🙇🏻🙇🏻🙇🏻🙇🏻 继续阅读

已知大角咀有间墨鱼饼饭好吸引.....一直也未有时间去试....近排得知铜锣湾开了分店,心思思来试了!要了最出名既墨鱼饼煎蛋饭,即叫即整.....超期待!太阳蛋加豉油,已可食晒成个饭了,仲有紫菜增加香味;如果太阳蛋系㶶边仲会更加好,更加香!而主角墨鱼饼真的不错,几弹牙,内有不少墨鱼粒,令口感更丰富,仲要系几大块添!题外话:我明白好多食店会要求店员带手套,系想保持卫生问题!但由收钱.....到按电脑.....再到整食物......仲要拎生同熟既食物,连炸好既墨鱼饼,也是用手就咁拎起放入盒....全程都是同一对手套,见到也反感!最后连外卖胶袋也是油油的.....真的不想掂......希望店主会改善一下! 继续阅读
