全心全意身水身汗走到山林道锯扒兼玩宠物,竟然 Roofy Bar 已经折埋执笠,难怪打足成星期都打唔通电话订位,真系非常可惜呢。刚刚打算转场落大埔或旺角,路经街头砂煲望望餐牌,菜色都几吸引,见大把座位唔洗等,无心插柳就食砂煲啦。门口几张卡位最舒服,当然即刻占据,开扬有街景,不会有食客去洗手间出出入入,食得自在。宽敞的台面不愁没位置放食物,见到都开心。样样都想食,款款都想试,叫我如何是好?相约很久的短聚,终于见面咯。第 1 站砂煲,久保田、菊正宗。第 2 站路边吧,dry martini、gendifed 21 yrs。第 3 站诺士佛台,好似饮 gunnies。断片中了,您又比咩我饮呀?好很醉㖞。李白特别本酿,不喜欢的味道,泛著类似蜂皇精味,微甜轻酒一般。够钟饮药水,调理身体。久保田一千寿,合眼缘乱点试试。轻轻的甜,质感平凡,试一次便够。菊正宗,大牌子的确香,清爽酒味,口感有点瘦。香辣大豆芽,微辣而辣粉清色感受得到,见到亦食到,幸好爽爽的而有足够水份。何解我常常那么眼利,千里送条毛!挑走继续食,头发还免强可接受。萤光鱿鱼渍,柑吉粉?多了份不喜欢的甘涩味道,有点画蛇添足之感。本身的咸鲜爽脆爆汁已经滋味无穷。萤光鱿鱼,走柑吉粉唔该。𩽾糠鱼肝,软绵湿润,肝味极浓超级甘甜,真的要放慢节奏细味。活赤贝刺身,两只都只系百多蚊,劲抵食梗系即刻要啦!即开即上台,看得见的新鲜生猛立立令,夺目耀眼亮丽橙色。珍而重之温柔地送到甜尖上,慢慢嘴嚼细味。黏滑微爽,醇厚香甜到升仙,大爱。汁烧牛舌,不到两分钟很快便送到,明显预早烧定。香口腍腍牛舌,酱油味浓厚不呛,没脷胎没牛膻,烹调恰当。松阪牛刺身,生洋葱丝甜甜的,没有半点辛辣味,是否浸过糖水呢?薄薄牛肉片卷著白洋葱丝在果醋上轻轻一拖便掉到口里去。松软腍滑,微弱的牛味。淡粉红色无比吸引,油花丰富比霜降还要利害。牛脂遇热即溶,乳香甘甜润泽跟果醋合体提味万倍,合格的㖞。调味三宝,原来要另收 $20 蚊酱油费的。雷式混酱,驰名中外的秘汁。本要四种材料,三种都好啦。指天椒、葱花、蒜蓉,香辣咸鲜可配任何食材,百搭万能。没有辣椒豉油伴火锅,不如不打边炉咯。大蚬蟹锅辛辣汤,辣汤蟹煲劲多芫茜,幸好免强还顶得住。微辣水汪汪,没有什么香料配菜,使得单调淡茂茂。幻想同现实中的蟹煲差距劲远,跟餐牌中照片有天渊之别,虽然照片只供参考,但实在太离谱啊!已尝试掉入大量食材肴汤,似乎都未能让汤底起死回生。几只大蚬几只北寄贝,烚到开口便要立即先行拿起处理,否则越烚越干,过熟鞋烚烚。时间拿捏恰当,两款皆肥美鲜甜爆汁弹弹,绝对拍掌无投诉。蟹子墨鱼丸,平佣没特别,咽咽韧韧不觉爽弹,微弱的墨鱼味道。松阪牛肉,与和牛相比牛甜味不弱,淡淡然甜甜的,先滑后嫩再弹,比预期要好,质素之选。芝麻鸡,原来真系有芝麻,不是到街市买的芝麻鸡,会否太大碟麻?彷似半只鸡都有。麻油味渗得透彻突出,腌味略浊,没怎么的鸡甜味。大大旧滑嘟嘟,弹弹过过口瘾。野菜盆,番茄粟米金菇鲜甜,鲜冬菇鸡髀菇爽滑清香脱俗,唐生菜娃娃菜嫩嫩多水散发菜甜味。全部鲜嫩天然菜蔬甜味,有爽有脆亦有弹,索汁一流。稻庭乌冬,其实不用烚定给我呢,放汤不是干炒,原旧入雪硬掘掘已可以。杂菜松阪牛稻庭乌冬,汤底保持淡茂茂,幸好还有雷式混酱提味,有蒜蓉辣椒豉油香辣惹味。乌冬略腍了一点点,烚两次的祸。饮到尾声已开始轻微断片,食咩都唔记得咯。鲂𫚒鱼刺身,必食原条鲂𫚒鱼,不常常有供应,有缘就食得到!肥美清甜到世界尽头!晶莹透亮的鱼肉,油润鱼脂闪令令,越红越美妙,越红越香甜!充满弹性,娇嫩肉质。原条骨掉去肴汤较安全方便,斩件烚完散开骨碎多,好危险啊!牡丹虾刺身,普通质素细细只,够爽不够肥,有点瘦削,色香味较似赤虾多过牡丹虾。加拿大海胆刺身半板,跟饭同时跟紫菜真的好少可,让我有机会自创寿司或军舰吗?巨形重手有质感又如何呢?腥到无朋友,吓死朕!用紫菜完全不能掩饰,捞大大啖饭会比较舒服。法国生蚝,鲜柠已非常足够,意想不到的醇香蚝甜味,爽滑的质地,清淡海水味不咸,没有半点金属余晖。辣花螺,马虎的辣酱洋葱大蒜汤底,好似我闲在家时煮的辣椒酱蚝油汤。花螺鞋韧,细细粒无鲜味无生气,罐头来的吗?精选海鲜盆,贵妃蚌,还是您最好!爽爽充满海水咸鲜,蚌肉鲜甜非凡,使得我有添食的欲望。帆立贝,带子仔马马虎虎,轻轻带子甜。珍珠蚬肥美咽韧爆汁,海虾稳阵爽甜喷汁有虾膏。鳕场蟹脚肉有著难以遮盖的微弱腥味,这情况少之又少。手切肥牛肉中,嫩红极新鲜,网油平均靓靓。牛肉甜味浓浓,脂甘味清新,嫩弹富嚼劲,食得过!始终觉得手切本地牛最最最好食,无可取代。北海道鳕场蟹脚锅𫚭鱼汤,其实正宗日本涮涮锅是否都走清淡路线呢?希望食到海鲜肉类原材料的真味吗?全晚继鲂𫚒鱼后又一杰作,杂菜牛肉鸡蛋海鲜粥!婶婶们不作任何提示或介绍,端上生鸡蛋及白饭,我估没几个食客会知道用来煮粥的呢!活肉蟹是灵魂是精髓,不能缺少的食材,粥底完全是鲜蟹味道,食不到其他海鲜或菜或肉味。饭粒完整黏黏丰满,还有蛋花的香甜,好味到全部清掉,碗底都舔埋咯!活肉蟹,活㓥新鲜,处理需时请耐心等候。洗得干干净净一泥不染。青蟹肉激甜没有泥味,结实弹弹,蟹味霸道野蛮,无械可击。烧鸡翼,皮脆肉嫩,金黄焦香,鸡味薄弱,盐烧落味单调太咸。烧鸡软骨,鸡软骨烧得百份百透彻,彷如烧鸡皮一样,师傅功力十足,毫不油腻,只有香口微焦的外层及脆卜卜的软骨。烧日本大蚬,有几只不够新鲜发出异味,其他的都胀卜卜肥嘟嘟,弹弹韧韧,纯天然咸鲜搭甜蚬味道。汁烧鲍鱼仔,就算酱油味几浓都逃不过我的皇帝脷,不新鲜感到腥腥的。香烧生蚝,少少酸估不到是什么酱料,非常浓烈的蚝味,近似蚝豉的甘香,入口结实继而渗出蚝汁。原个椰子雪糕,似可可豆的壳多过椰子壳,牛奶味比椰子味浓。

帮衬过几次,今次令人好失望。食物既质素下降唔在讲。剑鱼腩竟然有筋。唔算好平既价钱但食物质素无好过放题。唯一好处系无乜人同侍应亲切。但相信无乜人系因为食物质素。成正比既。总之对唔住我生日既朋友。以前个锅食到最后加个蛋加个饭劲满足架!而家无啦!

We've been there for lunch completely by chance thinking it would be an average Japanese restaurant as you can find anywhere in HK but it was a pleasant surprise. * First of all, it is to say that the staff is really nice and caring * We ordered 2 lunch sets and had a total of 205$ including the service charge. * I took a very complete set which included - a salad (the dressing was different from the one you usually get in other restaurants and taste nicely) - 2 tempura (really nice, not too oily and you can really feel the shrimp, good sauce too)- a platter of 10 sushi (nothing extraordinary, really classic but all the fish seemed to be fresh) - a small bowl of udon (though it was too salty in my opinion, the udon were very soft and I liked it) - a mochi (produced by Kowloon dairy), I guess the taste was taro. It was very welcome especially when it's so hot like these days. For this whole set, it was 110$ which is affordable for the quantity you get.
