$5个,买时系冻嘅,自己返去蒸返热。包皮同平时食开嘅中式包有d分别,口感唔系松软,比较烟un,馅料有花生粒、仲有类似麻蓉,几特别。花生馅比较少,不过因为几甜关系,反而觉得份量刚好。 继续阅读

众所周知,北角是福建人在聚集凡地方,所以少见的福建食肆就坐落春秧街,虽然四周是街市,环境比较污蔑,积水处处。店内装潢简单,提供食物种类似乎不及土瓜湾美景街的珠记。今次点了鲛鱼羹,卖相其实似生菜鱼肉,不过没有生菜在内,鲛鱼条比较韧,但又无乜鱼味,只好洒点胡椒粉提味,汤底只是玻璃芡,毫无特色,也许配回面条会好得多,相信今次是错点了食物,会比多次机会。 继续阅读

去开北角又未食早餐, 见到街巿有间旧式食店就入去试下。可能唔识点佢地特式的食品, 故这早餐真的马马, 唔多吸引。环境旧式的店子, 圆枱摺櫈。本来坐在大枱, 但突然有个客坐喺度吸烟, 唔系挂!? 向住其他客食烟都得?? 店员都没有阻止, 可以熟客, 所以自己立刻转位。服务冇乜理我, 只顾住同啲熟客倾计, 还用他们的语言, 唔知讲乜!食物我叫了一碗番薯粥和一个咸馒头。番薯粥 ($8)它比较杰, 多米, 但只得三四件番薯, 非常少又没有味, 真的马马。咸馒头 ($4)它都不是美味, 问店员可否翻热, 佢话今早整不用翻热, 结果又冻又硬, 内饀尚算丰富, 但都是一些肥肉、葱、菜脯等等...______________________________总括而言, 环境、服务和食物都马马, 不会有下次。 继续阅读

Came back here for more Fuijian grub, it is cheap and delicious, but overall too salty.★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★Soup:Not really my favourite but it comes with the food.★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★Egg :I was expecting the egg to be cold and tasteless but it was surprisingly really nice with pieces of pickled Fujian style cabbage.★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★Fish and tofu:The texture of the fish was really flaky and soft, the only problem was that it was really salty.The tofu was really firm tofu and quite salty too, both were delicious with the rice but I only had half of it to go with the rice because the taste was very strong.★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★Savoury rice:As usual, the rice was my favourite, it tastes good on its own.The peanuts were crunchy and fresh.The boss was sitting opposite me and he told me the sweet chili sauce would enhance the rice which it did, adding some sweetness and spicy kick to it.★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★ 继续阅读

今日(30-6-2012 Sat)中午同男友睇完佢妈妈後就走人,我记得好几次o黎呢间都闩门冇得食,今次再o黎睇睇,有开喇,我o地就走入去.坐低後,睇睇墙上有咩美食先,哗!唔知系乜喎,最後同男友决定要$48.00o既蚵仔煎,$20.00o既鲛鱼羹同$20.00o既大肠灌猪红汤.好快,鲛鱼羹同大肠灌猪红汤到o黎,睇到鲛鱼羹已经睇到胶状,调味有葱粒外,重有醋同爆过o既葱头.试吓先.鲛鱼冇经过手打,即系唔系打成食鱼肉汤o个重鱼肉,更加唔会系鱼蛋,而系切切实实o既鱼肉片,重要系连埋鱼皮.呢个质地都有啲弹牙,未捞匀啲醋时,羹o既味道清清地,呢个我可以接受.味道: 4分之後食大肠灌猪红汤,其实我真系唔多锺意食大肠,不过呢个系地道食品,就食食啦.一咬落去,猪红系熟透,熟到好o鞋’添,唔似得食港式猪红咁滑.呢个我觉得好腥,而汤就好有萝卜味,好清甜.身为福建人o既男友话福建人系食材料o既原味.味道: 3分之後到蚵仔煎,男友好锺意食,佢同潮州o既煎蚝饼唔同之处就系加o左木薯粉煎,蛋o既份量少o左,但多o左份烟韧口感.呢个蚵仔煎,蚝o既份量真系唔少,而且都几大粒,老板话蘸泰式酸甜酱食,我都系觉得唔蘸好食.味道: 4分最後我o地一人要一支$6.00o既汽水,呢餐加埋o岩o岩$100.00.其他:入o黎食o既全都系福建人,可以广东人未必接受到地道福建食物. 继续阅读
