I’ve been to many bakeries in Tin Shui Wai and this one has got to be the best one by far. I would even say it’s one of the best bakeries not just in Tin Shui Wai but all of Hong Kong. I’ve tried quite a few of their breads and tarts and everything always tastes amazing. The baked goods are kept in heated shelves which makes it warm and even more tasty Their egg tarts always sell out fast so come early if you don’t want to miss out. I also want to mention that their prices are very good value for their quality. For example, only $5 for a killer bolo bao. Their egg tarts are also only $5 as well. This bakery deserves all the business and recognition it can get. Please pay them a visit if you can. I promise you won’t regret it! Your taste buds will be very happy afterwards

夜晚买左个蓝莓芝士蛋糕返去食。$130一个，上边有色彩缤纷既水果，个卖相好吸引。小店质素系几高。最面头系蓝莓果酱同果粒、中间系蓝莓味芝士，唔会太酸、太甜或太漏，系岩岩好几清新。食到蓝莓味之余又食到芝士味，好滑好creamy!底下就系朱古力蛋糕，软绵绵。个切面系好扎实既，唔会散开。上边铺面有4只士多啤梨、仲有蓝莓，朱古力装饰。个蛋糕四个人食刚好分晒。$130黎讲，唔买连锁既饼店，呢间都系唔错既选择，价钱相宜，出品不马虎呀，买得过！
