老公今日忽然好想食印度嘢 咁啱我又收早 经过app订 系呢一间印度菜馆 有discount 所以我哋嚟试下 基本上尖沙咀 已经试过十间以上嘅印度菜不过呢间个位有啲麻烦 因为大厦个门口非常之细 唔仔细揾好难揾得到 第一样上嘅系炸洋葱圈 呢个整得唔好食 入面啲洋葱系新鲜嘅 但系外面啲炸粉系淋bet bet 即使佢系啱啱炸上嚟 都完全冇脆嘅口感 好在啲酱都几好味 叫做不过不失 印度烧鸡 120蚊价钱唔算贵 有两嚿腹鸡胸肉同两只鸡髀 份量唔算细 煎好再用铁板上 加柠檬汁 睇落去黑黑地其实几好佢唔会好似普通tandoori chicken咁咁干 鸡肉好嫩 食到好香 香料味 十分可以畀八分 因为我唔食羊所以我哋叫咗三个咖哩 香港嘅印度菜馆散叫嘅咖哩 其实每一碟都好细碟 但要百几蚊 千祈唔好想像同大快活𠮶啲size可以比较 我一共叫咗三个 鸡嘅咖哩chicken madras 同埋butter chicken 都好香 入面啲鸡都好入味 用嚟点naan 真系好香口 好脆 但系chicken masala 略嫌浓味咗啲 如果用嚟点薄饼 就觉得抢晒薄饼嘅味 叫咗六份 蒜蓉薄饼同牛油薄饼 味道唔错好香牛油同蒜蓉味 就咁斋食都得 唔需要点咖哩 好食到我哋虽然四个人但叫咗六份 不过厨师重手咗有啲看得㶶㶶哋 有苦涩味 mango lassi 好好味 阿仔一个人饮晒一杯 佢唔似出面咁用嘢沟 应该用真芒果肉因为个底全部都系芒果肉 乳酪同芒果汁嘅比例应该系1比1印度玫瑰包 其实即系用啲面粉 奶粉 沟糖 再用油炸 然之后点上大量嘅糖浆 开头我以为会好似汤圆咁 其实系一旧好甜炸过嘅面粉 再加好甜嘅糖浆 因为我未食过正宗嘅 以香港人口味呢个就太甜 同埋香料都唔算讨好 唔会再试如果唔系用app 埋单要成九百蚊 冇discount应该唔会再试 因为四个人食九百蚊 应该已经可以食放题 不过呢度嘅服务好好 食到中段会不停问你啲嘢食好唔好 好关心个客人嘅感受 加上环境 舒服 干净企理 总好过走上重庆大庆

喺尖沙咀食印度菜嘅话好多人都会谂起去重庆大厦,不过讲真,带住女仔真系唔系好想去重庆大厦入边食饭,始终都系有啲杂。不过最近在apps又揾到一间楼上铺嘅印度餐厅,所以就胆粗粗去试下喇。不过讲开呢间铺真系有啲难揾,入口都唔系好明显。不过搭咗啲上去之后,就发现原来间餐厅都几大间,仲要几光猛添。来到印度餐厅,点返一个咖喱是常识吧。所以就点咗一个咖哩羊腩,其实塞得入边加啲分左好多种,亦都有唔同嘅难度,我今次拣嘅系最普通𠮶只咖喱羊腩。食落都少喇,羊腩都几juicy,同埋连咗少少肥肉,所以食落都几腍嘅。鸡肉咖喱炒饭。我都几钟意食印度餐厅嘅咖喱炒饭,因为佢用嘅米系比较长形,食落比较烟韧,而且有咖哩嘅辣同香味。另外鸡肉都十分足料,所以都推介畀大家食。蒜蓉薄饼。呢个真系不得了。本身谂住用呢个嚟点咖哩,点知佢就咁唔使加任何酱汁已经好好食,好香好重嘅蒜蓉味。不过当然,强烈蒜蓉味就代表佢加咗唔少油,所以如果你想清清地用嚟点咖喱的话,比较建议点一客原味。在场嘅电视都有播放的印度嘅MV,都几有趣,充满印度风味,而且环境舒适宽敞,人流量唔多,在场嘅都祇有一两台南亚裔嘅人士进食,所以我觉得呢间餐厅都值得一试。

约了朋友在尖沙咀. 突然想起尖沙咀其中一个地标--重庆大厦. 重庆大厦出名吃正宗印度咖哩. 但这天重庆大厦尤其多人. 一见到门口已不想入去了. 所以唯有在邻近找寻印度餐厅. 边行边走到汉口道, 抬头一望看到这间餐厅的招牌. 一于就上去试试. 上到去大门是关著的. 有一刻想过是否没有开门. 但很快便有侍应来招呼我们. 坐下后打开餐牌. 很多也很想吃. 最后叫了三款食物. 菠菜汁咖喱鸡. 很香浓的菠菜汁. 看来好像很小份量. 但也很饱肚. 内里又些蔬果. 鸡也很多. 非常丰富. 另外还叫了个蒜容薄饼. 虽蒜容味不是太多. 但配上菠菜汁确是味道一流. 杂菜咖哩角. 一直也很喜欢吃咖哩角, 虽然相对于重庆大厦的咖哩角是贵一点. 但味道却一点也不输蚀. 加上这里环境也很休闲. 而且侍应也会如高级餐厅一般的上菜. 所以也是值的. 鸡汤. 很香浓的味道, 很好饮.

Discovered this restaurant on a booking app and full disclosure I made a booking for 50% off discount booking at noon on a Saturday. We ordered a few things to share (a mix of meat and veg dishes) and finished off with some dessert. We also ordered 2 bottles of bonaqua since they do not serve tap water (which is typical of Indian restaurants in TST, at least from my experience). I thought the food was pretty good, especially the butter chicken, but my Indian friend seemed to think it was just okay. The service was great as well. Overall I was pretty satisfied with our meal though I might not come back if I didn’t have the booking discount.

We ordered paneer tikka as an appetizer, a dum aloo that would not be spicy so the child could dig in. The hubster went with egg curry.I triple checked that the dum aloo didn’t have cashews (for the child’s intolerance/allergies) and was quite surprised it didn’t. The server recommended this. And when it arrived, it was far from dum aloo that I’ve eaten so far. It was more like the paneer butter masala gravy.And that pre-cut wilted piece of tomahto certainly added to the disappointment.The husband said it was the exact same gravy for his egg curry. Too sweet for him.The breads were good. Lachcha paratha and garlic naan. The chutney was good.If I had to pick a highlight, I’d say the paneer tikka that came on a hot iron plate and was decent.
