Had the Chicken Biriyani with Indian milk tea (chai). The biriyani was loaded with succulent pieces of meat well mixed in basmati rice and half a boiled egg. It is sufficient for 1-2 people. The chai was slightly underwhelming. I expected it to have a slightly more masala ito it. The service level was good. Overall I'd say this is an OK place to eat though I'm not sure if I'd visit again since there are other Indian restaurants in town.

好耐无食印度菜,这家印度菜比想像中的好吃。特别推介用铁板上的无骨鸡,吃了一件后马上再吃,肉嫩味道也很好。另吃了一小食,混了咖哩角的皮,卖相也吸引。沙发位置也舒适,冷气也足够。

Decided to try this place out as I was craving Indian food and there was 40% off on eatigo. We were the only customers dining there, but what caused me to be a bit concerned was none of the staff were wearing face masks.... 😷 I ultimately decided to turn a blind eye on it but something to be aware of if that’s a concern for you.We ordered the butter chicken, lamb masala and garlic naan. I enjoyed the butter chicken but my husband found it to be too sweet and didn’t find it authentic (we have the best Indian food in Toronto, so we know). He enjoyed the lamb masala more. The garlic naan was perfect and just everything you imagine garlic naan should taste like. 😍Husband told me not to use the washroom so that was his way of telling me it’s not clean. 🚫Not sure if I would come back here as there are many other Indian restaurants to try in Hong Kong.

今次黎到天后附近做野揾食好耐无食过咖喱啦,坐落系小路里面既店铺店面细细好唔起眼,好容易错过。装修好地道,店员都系外国人,特别推荐咖喱同nan,好惊讶发现咖喱有多种口味可以拣,印象有多过7种口味,再自己拣加咩肉nan烤得唔错,脆同味道好好,选择困难可以拣蒜香加咖喱几夹,建议可以减少少咸味,会更完美

笔者虽然是 香港-土生葡人 , 但其实日常都是多吃 印度餐 的 , 认识我的人都会知道 .... Dinner @ Royal Indian Curry House ~Menu ~天气热 , 坐下就点一杯 Mango Lassi, 降一降温 ~点单时 , 另一位店员就端来一碟 Papadams 胡椒薄饼 , 这胡椒薄饼烘得十分脆口 , 新鲜热辣很好吃 ~Chicken Tikka 串烧烤鸡件 : 香料和鸡件的味道互相辉映 , 口感复杂嘢味 ; 嚼一嚼 , 瞬间各种香料的味道通通爆发出来 , 鸡件烤得熟透且滑嫩 , 边位有点炭香 , 惹味无比 ~Rogan Josh 帝王炖煮羊肉 : 此乃一度羊肉料理 , 羊肉先用香料腌过之后再煮 , 酱汁满有香料的味道 , 微微辛辣也带点微酸 , 羊肉被煮得软嫩而不会散 , 有羊味但不会是羊膻味 , 酱汁的稀杰度也煮得十分适中 , 足以证明此店的厨师的功力深不可测 ~Aloo Naan 薯仔烤饼 : 饼烤得松化 , 边位很脆口 , 摸上手一点也不油腻 , 吃落松软而不靭 , 内涵是薯仔蓉 , 味道和口感都很好 ~Palak Paneer 菠菜芝士 : 此乃一家常菜 , 在印度家家户户都会煮 , 但要煮得好吃 , 是颇需技巧的 ; 新鲜菠菜打茸后,混入适当的印度香料、洋葱及印度芝士去煮成浓酱汁 (咖喱) , 味道既浓香又清新柔和 , 满有田园气息 , 也有帮助消化 , 平衡身体机能等食疗之效 ~经常听人说吃咖哩很辣 .... 有时我真的气愤难平!因为有谁说过印度咖喱是一定要辣口的 , 这个只系华人的概念吧 ~ 看来是很难去改变人的概念 ~本篇完 ~
