As a big fan of milk tea, I always tried different types of tea, from British earl grey to Taiwanese bubble tea. Still my favourite is always Hong Kong style milk tea!I always tried it in different chaa chaan teng and the one from sui kee has always been my favourite. The bottle is cute 😍. It's kept in the fridge before being served and without any ice so the flavour won't change much after a while. I am sure that the chef has used more than one type of tea leaves, I guess they might have used Assam tea from India and leaves from Sri Lanka, which brought to the strong and complicated flavour.
Haha I must say that whenever I go, I miss Hong Kong style milk tea a lot. It can't be replaced at all.
