個日星期六行尖東, 行到肚餓, 走左入去香格里拉酒店, 今次想食日本野。Nadaman呢間餐廳好特別, 格局有D似中森名菜, 當然無後者咁大, 大家都分為鉄板焼和普通座位。我叫左個Set Lunch, 個名叫“彩”。故名思義, 真係好彩, 好多款式。入面有漬物、天婦羅、刺身、焼物、三文魚薯餅、味噌汁、白飯。漬物、天婦羅、刺身、焼物、味噌汁同出面D日本餐廳無乜分別。但個三文魚薯餅好食到飛起。一咬落去個陣香滑又creamy既三文魚薯蓉令人没法忘記。個Set入面有三塊, 塊塊都好大架。最後黎個ice-cream, 好似係自家製, 不過細到唔可以形容。順帯一提, 餐廳伙計既服務態度都very good。見我一個人来食野, 便問我要唔要睇雜誌。埋單HKD220, 係貴左D, 但食到一様令我一生難忘既食物無所謂啦。

用左一筆積蓄同女朋友去試下間咁有名既餐廳,叫左鉄板SET,個鉄板燒牛肉冇喱味道,銀鱈魚又白潺潺,一啲都唔香口,個炒反又多粒粒黑色嘢,個肥仔師傅話係黑椒粒,我就覺得似塊板Ｄ鑊屎多D,食嘅時候間餐廳都幾靜,但都冇人招呼我吔,今次真係出羞係女友面前,以後都唔會嚟> < 因為冇咁多多餘$食Ｄ咁嘅嘢>>>>

I went there last week with a friend. Enviroment is common, not really special. Food is good, with a very high standard of quality. 今日嚟食晏，叫咗個小型懷石料理，$330水準好一般，有啲味道同配搭差勁見其他平啲既set lunch仲不濟雖然翻新過，但裝修仍感麻麻，服務又係一般，最多只畀ok

7/9lunch,我點了sushi set,小熊點銀雪魚定食.sushi set$230:前菜-白菜仔豆腐pop,賣相麻麻地,但味道唔錯喎麵豉湯-唔太鹹,ok la,手卷2件-我食了蟹子沙律手卷,好好味,另一件係碎三文魚手卷,我比左小熊食,佢話唔錯三文魚子吞拿魚飯-好好味壽司4件-少左d,賣相好似一般新鮮,但食落口係新鮮果喎,唔錯唔錯玉子2件-好味雪糕-要了芒果味,好味銀雪魚定食$160:前菜,麵豉湯-同我果d一樣啦燉蛋-小熊比左我食,好好味刺身-小熊話好新鮮,不過得幾片少左d燒銀雪魚-我都有食,唔腥好滑好味1碗飯-食完侍應都問須唔須要加飯雪糕-要了綠茶味,唔錯環境ok啦,d位唔算分得開,lee到都算多人來食,侍應服務唔錯都好細心埋單hkbank 白金8折,$350

係呀!真真差. 本來廢事寫, 不過見有人寫開順便講下. 上個月有次服務員竟然對住份餐咳, 仲若無其事行開左. 收如此價錢, 想屈人食傳染病餐?講真佢價位係五粒星, 食物就好普通, 但係唔知點解好多朋友都話佢係全港最好日本菜, 無解!

Bad service, with this kind of price, not worth to go at all.

I visited the restaurant with my friend last night. Each of us was given a menu. I ordered based on the one I was given. In the middle of the dinner, we liked to order something else and asked the waiter for the menu again. I was given a menu without the chef's recommendation for October (the first page in my first menu). I told the waiter about the missing page and was given another. This time, instead of a missing page, I found a new page attached at the end. That was a new set to celebrate

我食左一個懷石料理geilunch set，佢除左個牛肉壤茄子甜左d之外，其餘gei食品都整得好有心思。味道亦都唔錯

This is the Japanese restaurant that I and my family often go for lunch during weekends. We find that the price there is very reasonble bearing in mind that this is a Japanese restaurant in a 5 star hotel. The food is quite good and the service is also good. I often meet my friends dining there.
