On a weekdays' evening, me and a friend were finding for a nice dining place at Sai Wan after class. We came across this restaurant with wide variety of Jiang Xi China food, menu was filled with appealing photos and we finally decided to narrow down our choices with the following few dishes.椒盐鸡软骨 The chicken cartilages are well flavoured with a strong scent of pepper.
