very friendly service and attentive servers. The lady, Kitty, who attended to me, really looked out for everything that I may need. The food came out speedily to my table, I highly recommend the mala spicy without the dregs, it is easier to cook and fish out your items without having to dig through the pot and the mushroom soup - so good with veggies. @海底撈火鍋荃灣西鐵站有個新商場「海之戀」，上次行激安殿堂時經過見到海底撈係到開左分店，近近地又唔係好多人緊係要試下啦，服務好一早知，不過真係好到你會覺得夠喇😂😂😂今次叫左牛油麻辣窩同蕃茄湯底，窩底送到黎見到果舊牛油真係好有罪惡感，但又好想試下會有咩唔同，肥就肥啦😝2條友食所以全部都叫半份，再加上出面又有生哈密瓜、青瓜蕃茄仔、涼菜....所以好快飽到嘔，火窩料都新鮮，有幾樣特別野未試過可以介紹下！第一樣：鴨血食得多，但有專屬調味就未試過，侍應拎碟野有花生、芝麻、辣粉畀我地話專門沾鴨血，又辣又香又幾鬼正。第二樣：去骨鵝掌，呢個第一次試，不過要滾耐d，如果唔係唔入味最尾，個侍應話d單亂左唔好意思又仲送左個水果拼盤我地食，飽上加飽🤪

好食，湯底正宗，服務好，湯底來遲少少還送多了一份小食，開心，算是很關愛顧客了，可以吃到很多別的火鍋店沒有的食材，肉類蔬菜都很新鮮，沒有瑕疵，而且餐廳開到很晚，適合我們這種很晚才收工的，最愛辣椒粉，好香
