Very good choice 2009-01-12 14:08218.102.x.xI love this newly opened restaurant!!!!(A) Enviroment - very nice with booth seating so that it suits couple very much!(B) Food - wonderful!(1) Soup base is excellent, we tried tomato and potato with pig knucles! So tasty!!!!(2) The beef is wonderful, but you can try Anges Beef instead of Australian A5, coz the former already serves you the best!(3) Seafood is fresh and wonderful! There are some sashimi style ocean-raised fishes for you to choose from. Oysters are sweet and savory!(4) Hand-made meat balls are so palatable too! U should try Cheese beef balls!(5) Others, we tried deep-fried beancurd skin, very good, and we tried hard beancurd skin stuffed with minced fishmeat, very good too!(C) Service - impeccable! Very nice comparing to other small-scale or large-scale hotpot stores!We have visited it twice and it never failed us. So we will revisit it for sure and we will highly recommend it to our friends! 尖沙咀對我來說不太就腳, 但同行朋友推介這裡, 就試一試是什麼料子. 星期五的晚上人客不多, 坐在卡位也挺舒服沙嗲拼芫茜皮蛋 - 芫茜那面很是清甜, 皮蛋也下了不少西洋菜($24) - 種多蔬菜中最喜這作火鍋料, 菜嫩無渣筒蠔($88) - 一客得四隻, 其中一隻還容容爛爛, 其餘的算飽滿, 但蠔味卻不濃手打四寶丸($32) - 現在看回相才發覺只有三種丸, 其中墨魚丸最彈牙鮮甜豬潤($32) - 夠爽滑, 不錯雞子($58) - 火鍋怎能少了它, 獨特的鮮味教人一再愛人炸脆腐皮($30) - 沒另附上酸甜汁, 同行朋友有些失望, 腐皮即叫即炸, 很是香脆鱔片($38) - 切得大大一片, 口感足, 味亦夠鮮粟米($24) - 沒吃粉絲($20) - 最後點上這個, 美味又飽肚 肥牛 - 晚市送的, 說可以當刺身吃, 但還是放湯比較穩陣, 牛味不重, 只普通貨色新開張期間7折, 再點上幾支啤酒, 折後五百完不到, 價錢算很便宜…查看更多

見到佢大大個字話食和牛，跟住睇Hong Kong Walker 又見到介紹，於是就去試下．叫左個沙爹湯底，餸料選擇無咩等別，都係ｄ大路野，個湯煲極都好似好稀，完全無味，滾到爆放ｄ野落去，煮熟左都係一ｄ味都無，好似搵白滾水打邊爐咁．佢果ｄ和牛味道一ｄ都唔似和牛，反而手切仲好食ｄ．我諗我都會去試多次佢個冬陰功湯底，先決定係咪以後都唔去！　邊爐market咁激烈，尖咀市中心開仲要咁環境，可能去新星９點後任食仲正，起碼ｄ湯有味，酒水又任飲先啦．…查看更多
