The experience is a major draw: servers prepare your meal tableside with dramatic flames, finishing by pouring sauce (black pepper, onion, mushroom sauce etc…) onto the hot plate for a spectacular sizzle and cloud of aromatic smoke. It's a perfect video opportunity, but remember to use the provided apron or napkin to shield yourself from splattering oil and sauce.Specializing in "Hong Kong-style Western cuisine" (港式西餐), the menu features a wide array of steaks, chicken, pork, and fish. Their signature vegetable borscht (罗宋汤) and creamy soups are not to be missed, and pasta and noodle dishes like ox-tongue spaghetti (牛脷意粉) and shredded beef chow mein (牛柳丝炒面) are also popular.The restaurant is easily accessible from Wan Chai MTR Station (just a 3-minute walk from Exit B1). For drivers, there is metered street parking nearby or a lot in the Pacific Place mall. Note that while it's on a street-level building, the dining area is on the second floor and is not wheelchair accessible. A corkage and cake-cutting fee of $50 each applies. 🇭🇰港式 🍽扒房 📺怀旧 🚹1-4人——————🔥火焰牛柳(黑椒汁)$224肉质唔韧🤤煎到7成,入面仲系粉红色,牛柳啖啖肉,虽然落咗玫瑰露酒嚟整火焰,但食落酒味唔重👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽🍴T骨扒(烧汁)$204肉有腌制过,食到牛味,T骨始终有少少根位,同埋有啲位食到少少㶶味,有啲可惜~蒜蓉意粉(跟扒餐拣嘅意粉)唔好睇佢白晒晒,净食都够蒜蓉味,好出色👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽结论:净系为咗个意粉都会再返嚟食!🤤查看更多

今晚同老公谂住旧地重游,我哋叫咗一份西冷扒、一份大虾牛柳,另外叫咗一个龙虾汤,仲想试埋个火焰雪山,所以叫侍应写埋,同佢讲明「叫起」,个短头发中年女侍应都话:「好,叫起啦,因为要整20分钟。」餐汤系正常嘢,接住嚟额外叫嘅龙虾汤,睇样系几好嘅,点知饮落只系暖暖哋🙂‍↔️,个汤偏咸,有龙虾肉(应该系雪藏嘅)、洋葱粒😳同疑似红萝卜粒😦,令到呢碗加一后成$80碗嘅汤超怪😑,都算,两个扒到,我哋开始一路倾偈一路食,我老公大约食咗一半,而我大约食咗三分一嘅时候,𠮶个落单嘅短头发女侍应走埋嚟,话叫起𠮶个火焰雪山,我同老公对望咗对方份扒一下,同女侍应讲唔洗咁快,一阵先「叫起」,点知过咗大约十分钟后,𠮶个短头发女侍应又走埋嚟话叫起,呢次真系嬲咗😠😠,我哋话都未食完,点解要咁急,佢仲讲话要预20分钟整,😠佢真系好赶客😡😡😡,我仲有半块牛柳加两只虾未食,点解要咁急呢?赶收工?个侍应太无聊?定系厨房要收工?但当时佢哋仲入紧客,我嬲到即刻叫另一个女侍应取消个火焰雪山,点知佢话未落单嘅,咁未落单都唔知𠮶位短头发中年女侍应为咩事要咁赶,真系大癫,以后唔会再帮衬,不了‼️查看更多

依排真系常常落湾仔,今晚都系….. 初初谂住去汕头街一带试吓啲小店,点知好多都要等位,所以去左波士顿食…..起码都成六七年冇去过了,𠮶日星期五要等位都等成四枱先到我哋,上到去同以前一样不变,一间港式嘅锯扒经典餐厅,一般人话波士顿锯扒都比较贵,我都承认嘅,佢哋一般扒餐都要二百几蚊个,两个人食埋单起码接近500。但食返佢个怀旧情怀同埋佢个扒质其实真系几好,之前都试过几次火焰牛扒,但系我哋觉得麻麻地,都系要返一个精选扒餐同镬仔牛柳餐,呢两个比较适合,肉味够有咬口…. 👍间中一次都唔错嘅…..查看更多

波士顿餐厅既午餐都大大份好好味,只鸡髀好脆好滑,可以拣薯菜或者意粉。薯菜炸得很新鲜香脆,意大利粉都系爽口美味。罗𩠌汤系用牛肉熬出嚟既,蕃茄味加上牛肉味都好浓。面包系热辣辣既,有牛油🧈搽完之后帮个面包提鲜。热奶茶香浓幼滑,奶味充足。查看更多
