Happy Thanksgiving!Think-out-of-the-box, we didn't have turkey this year but celebrate Thanksgiving in Chinese style, Hairy Crabs!Did not know they have such a valuable dinner set before, thought it's around serveral hundreds per crab; but when I look at the menu, Wow, $280 for dinner set with so many dishes. We arrived at 7pm and not many people, but after a while, it became full house. So popular....佛跳墙 is very nice, I don't eat shark fin but the soup is so good and warm me up in the freezing cold shopping mallXiao Long Bao, yum yum my favouriteHairy crabs, actually I'm not a fan, but seasonal stuff, do eat it every year. Compare with the price, it's really reasonable. Quality is not bad.Vegetables, the portion is....tiny but taste not badUdon...surprisely good, maybe I needed something spicy after the crabs, and the portion is big...Garlic bread with crab meat sauce,...this one is interesting, my family love this.汤圆, with the ginger soup.....so good....We additionally ordered the 黄酒 (肇庆酒), the waitress was so funny, when I asked "你们有没有黄酒” 她一轮嘴说“ 小姐, 现在那有人吃黄油蟹, 黄油蟹不好吃, 大闸蟹才合时间..blah blah blah" ....really....O嘴...黄酒 跟 黄油蟹???....after 2 mintues explaination, the waitress finally woke up from her day dreaming, and the manager was there to solve her communication problem (wrong click).The bad thing is, 黄酒 is better 热饮, 他们用一个玻璃碗坐热水, 很快就冷了。 最好有一个高身保温桶, 那就perfect!Overall, food quality and services are not bad, we had a great family dinner gathering. 3人叫了3个$280/人大闸蟹餐 最先到小笼包, 大大只, but 无人地鸿星咁多蟹粉... 大闸蟹...上台时热辣辣...每人2只蟹公, 食完一只先上另一只, but 无咩蟹味, 但总算ok.. 佛跳墙...劲抵食, 汤料超正....有花胶鸡脚, 江瑶柱, 仲有很多翅....很足料...汤底很甜..净系饮呢碗汤都起码要过百蚊..但我比同事饮得慢...吃完汤料, 仍剩下半碗汤...一边挂住与同事倾计...待应走过来就即刻拎起我个碗想收起..哗..有无搅错..仲有成大碗汤...我只手仲拎住匙更...一望都知仲未饮完啦.....真是离谱!!! 蟹粉蒜蓉饱...蒜蓉饱热辣辣...but 蟹粉唔香...很多蟹肉, 但无咩蟹膏.. 上汤生菜....我地3个人...成碟俾得几条...每人差点分唔到2条菜....真寒酸...试明生菜有几贵?! 酸辣汤鸟冬...味道ok. 姜汁汤丸...这个不错..3人埋单$840, 原来$280/人 已包加一茶介...整体算超值.... 继续阅读

订了台7:30, 早了15分钟到达, 伙记带我同老公到偏厅那边近窗二人台. 老公去了洗手间, 奇怪事件发生了, 门口那扎马尾姓姚知客走来一手拎了先生的chair, 讲了声:唔好意思借来一用! 除左对鞋企上去拎厨柜上的A4纸!!!吓到我呆, 咁多chair你唔用做咩要用已有人坐左既? 不过我唔想扫兴, 即时冇话比老公知.坐落一会已觉得冷气直吹很冻, 问可否闩细点, 伙记亚叔话check左冷气已经无开! 问可否转抬, 得到回答是 : 所有抬都被订了无得转. 我觉得很疑惑, 明明大部份抬都未有人坐, 我们何尝不是订了抬才来? 订座时无人通知过我订了那张抬, 不是到步才被安排坐位么? 算喇. 叫两个$280/人大闸蟹餐, 最先到佛跳墙, 几好, 够热. 再来一只蟹, 陆续多人, 我地前面系厨柜位, 后面同则面都坐满了客, 伙记亚姐不停在我身边只有半尺的路穿插, 每次我都要9秒9则身让佢,礼貌问佢可唔可以行第二条路, 点知换来奇怪回应: 我都唔想架. (即系点?)食完第一只蟹, 等左足足廿分钟先再有第二只蟹来, 伙计亚叔仲好温馨提示我地小心热, 但其实根本就唔系热! 之后既情况食都系等等等, 成场满坐, 伙记人手唔够, 野食出得慢, 我地都心知崔都无用, 但因冻到快顶唔顺为有再追. 几经辛苦终于食完所有野, 埋单闪!结论 : 食物是可接受的, 呢个价钱有两只大闸蟹成个餐仲有姜茶汤圆(呢个是最好食的). 不过服务真的差到难以至信. 东海变了, 变得好似稻香.冷气位, 冻到应用来做火锅. 好希望管理层能好好反思, 是不是人流紧要过一切, 无错, 一条街之隔THE ONE 开了新分店, 但不要差咁远麻. 呀仲有, 套餐写明280包茶介加一小食, 不过我唔见有任何小食出现. 我稔佢系指花生or 酸菜果d, 平时唔系餐呢d小食好似要成10-20蚊一碟呢, 你唔食都要硬掘架! 跟餐包埋反而唔比, 太小气了!见到当年结婚的场地今时今日变成咁, 很难受呢.仍然感激先生带我来怀旧一番!!(图片唔post了, 同前面两位力赞的差唔多) 继续阅读

秋风吃, 叽叽叽~除左食腊味, 仲有大闸蟹食~10月中已经约定亚老友鬼鬼食大闸蟹,点知果个星期打风........雷声大雨点小的3号风球,吓得之前cancel左个约会~唯有改到上星期先去食,不过次次约亲果个fd..., 唔系打风就落雨, 果晚亦都唔例外!系一条湿滑既公路, 加大量粗心大意既司机,大家都迟到了~~~~~~~~迟到唔紧要, 即系同老友鬼鬼飞上五楼开餐!嘻嘻^^一入到去就有位,坐好晒之后就落order,通知佢地可以上菜,我地个拆蟹行动正式开始!鱼翅佛跳墙: 热辣辣暖笠笠, 足料之余仲非常好味, 我钟意呀!蟹粉小笼包2只: 又系好好味, 够晒热, 又多汁!江苏大闸蟹: 佢地会先上一只, 等你地食完就再上第二只, 所以够晒热. 至于只蟹, 无乜特别野讲...因为好忙.......不停拆拆拆.. 食食食.....生拆新鲜蟹粉蒜容包: 包ok.... ,d蟹粉唔够喉啰, 嘻~上汤灼时菜: 果晚我地系食生菜, 唔明点解佢地可以灼到咁爽咁脆啰酸辣汤手打乌冬: 不错, 怕辣的朋友可以先"笔"起d酸辣菜~ 但我就觉得上年的乌冬好食d! 姜茶汤丸: 姜茶好味, 够辣够热, 芝麻汤丸同平时的芝麻汤丸一样!上菜快, 服务好!老友鬼鬼再上一个星期食过尖东果间东海,佢都话美丽华呢间好食d!我就话.... 呢d野...睇饭脚既o者!!! 哈哈哈哈哈总之就系大家都食得好开心的一晚!!! 继续阅读

香港人钟意食蟹,我未到大闸蟹的季节已经留意大闸蟹的新闻喇~今年的大闸蟹贵左,我去左东海食二人起的大闸蟹套餐$280,有7样食物,包两只公蟹,我觉得几抵嫁佢地D服务态度真系好好,效率高,几乎差唔多食完一道菜就即上第2道,而且好细心,同埋我BOOK 6点半,完全唔驶等位就先黎个鱼翅花胶佛跳墙,汤清甜,足料,赞!然后每人两只小笼包,只只小笼包都皮薄,蟹粉又多,味道唔驶多讲,正!主菜来了~每人两只大闸蟹^o^都系公蟹,东海都算系咁,大闸蟹套餐d蟹都唔太细只,d膏都唔算好少,一打开个蟹盖,d膏香已经扑鼻,口水都流埋出黎!二话不说就将蟹分开两边,一啖咬落d蟹膏度...哇...美味的感觉,唔系笔墨可形容XD然后就系蟹粉蒜蓉包,蟹粉蟹膏夹杂著蟹肉,一大啖放系脆脆的法包上,正!对唔住,E个菜忘了影相...再黎个嫩绿油生菜,好甜同爽口,虽然有D油,但系都接受到^_^之后就上酸辣乌冬,话酸辣又唔算好酸好辣,但系乌冬真系值得一赞,坚滑~我成碗食哂最后系姜茶汤圆~~无问题,而且汤圆甜甜的,姜茶暖胃~食完几日都唔觉身体湿热或肠胃不适XD果个星期六我再约3位朋友去食4人餐,坦白讲4人餐就真系无咁抵食,因为蟹粉小笼包同大闸蟹一人又得一只!乌冬同蒜蓉包无左,换左其他,BY THE WAY,我都会继续支持大闸蟹套餐XD 继续阅读
