最近想吃肉燥饭,但是中环的肉燥饭都至少$50以上。与这家小店只有一街之隔的「食堂」,卖近$70。遇见这儿的肉燥卤蛋饭只卖$39,怎可不试?下单后等了一会店员才说卤蛋售罄了,问我要不要煎蛋代替。我赶时间,又对卤蛋没有很大执念,就同意了。肉燥饭的肉燥我还以为是肉碎,原来是切碎了的腩肉。腩肉多肥膏,整个饭连酱汁搞匀后偏油偏湿。别以为$39的饭餐份量少,其实够一个大男人吃饱。我不是大男人,吃剩拿回家用小焗炉加热后变干身,没那么油腻更加好吃!另一个意外惊喜是煎蛋。把太阳蛋反转后,另一面是流心的!比起卤蛋我更想吃流心蛋。茶记的太阳蛋一般会比较热气和油腻。而这个太阳流心蛋实在煎得刚刚好,蛋白蛋黄都滑嫩。意料之内的是,附送的面豉汤很咸的。 继续阅读

When I went past this joint, I thought it was the proper MW but it turns out to be a small joint that dares to call them MW.Anyway, settled for the galangal ginger chicken with spring onions and rice.The chicken was quite chunky but it was very oily, it also had some black pepper pieces in it which didn't go with the ginger.Luckily the rice beneath was not drenched in oil.It was nice that they gave you lots of vegetables like cabbage but they were not soft enough and there were some frozen peas and carrots.Regretted not ordering the noodles.Was also given some miso soup which turned out to be the best thing and there were lots of kelp in it, 继续阅读

见佢新店开张,我又试过,都张我第一次嘅食评献俾佢啦,应该系新开店同我晏先食LUNCH嘅关系,即时有位,我叫3𩠌(萝卜,猪肠,炸鱼春卷),一嚟到碗面有菜嘅,即时问职员,原来系送嘅,因为我以前食开果啲车仔面,菜都当一个𩠌,好惊收多我钱,咁送埋又好啦。 讲返碗面,其实我都食好多车仔面,多数去SSP食,但果度已经唔好食啦,但食呢碗之后,我竟然觉得有以前觉得好味嘅车仔面感觉。3𩠌44蚊包送埋热饮,中环嚟讲,算平啦‌~ 继续阅读
