今日午饭时间近近地去左呢度食午餐,可能因为比较晏嘅关系所以都唔多人。首先环境方面真系好好一般,而且无论餐具,台面,地下,装修等等都唔算干净,不过价钱方面就唔算贵,所以都还可以。我就叫左个土鱿肉饼饭嘅午餐,加埋杯冻柠檬茶就$48,唔算贵。肉饼无太多嘅肥猪肉,而且亦都有土鱿嘅鲜味,味道都算唔错,除左卫生同环境方面差左d之外,如果纯粹想医饱个肚嘅话,呢间餐厅都可以一试,平日黎食嘅话就更加有学生餐,会更抵食。

Previously this spot used to be MATHY which whipped up decent and delicious Chinese dishes.Unfortunately it closed and it got replaced by some pub which also closed.Now it is Tak Cheung which seems to have been quite successful even though their dishes don't appeal to me when I walk past.Walked past one day and saw Lemon Chicken which is something I would try so went in.When it came, the sauce had curdled like lemon curd looking like failed custard.In terms of taste, I loved the sauce as it was very acidic but I wouldn't describe it as lemon though.It was a mix of orange and lemon.The chicken was hard and dry but then then I didn't have any expectations because meat in Hong Kong is not edible.

𠮶日星期日得闲d去咗寳琳行街,听住附近朋友讲话德昌开咗分店就顺道去试下。呢度出名鱼蛋粉,我当然要试下系咪咁正。一上枱蒜香扑鼻,第一时间食片鱼片,本人食开淡味所以觉得咸咗少少,但清汤又中和到,而鱼蛋就啱味又爽口,钟意个河粉好滑。老公就叫咗个晚餐 干炒牛河配薏米冬瓜猪𦟌汤。牛河热辣辣上枱有镬气,我第一啖食落偏淡,但老公加咗辣酱就话啱啱好,食完碟底都冇多余油,冇食到成口油笠笠个冬瓜汤落足料浓厚,唔似其他餐厅例汤水加盐得个色,我抢咗老公碗汤饮咗9成叫多个腐乳通菜,个腐乳酱系我喜欢嘅𠮶种咸酸辣,不是纯咸味,听讲系自家调制系有分别。

住置:在富丽花园,稍偏,由宝琳地铁站行去要大约5分钟的时间。我家住在怡心园,所以尚算方便。装修:全新装修,设计颇为老土,但是胜在枱櫈够宽阔,坐得舒服,奇怪的是餐具盘放在枱上而不是收藏在枱底柜,好笑的是2人枱放了餐具盘已经占了差不多一半位置!小弟一向爱食鱼蛋粉,九龙城德昌算是其中一间有质量的鱼蛋粉餐厅。这新开的分店当然也立刻去试食。鱼蛋,鱼片,真的完全是完装九龙城德昌口味,猪肉丸感觉更弹口,绝对值得大家一试,喜欢辣味的朋友,一定要加德昌自制的辣油。前天晚上也去试试晚饭小菜,颇够镬味,是这区茶餐厅没有的,值得一试。
