Yamazaki的枝豆芝士包买了个枝豆芝士包做早餐。十三元，大小算是合理，有馅的面包都差不多是这个预算。面包咬起来是软熟的，感觉新鲜，不像是放隔夜的，质感不错。而且它不是空气包，吃完是有饱足和饱腹感，感觉真材实料。枝豆味道比想像中好，没有臭味或豆腥味，其实主要吃它的咬口，算比想像中好。主角芝士味没有令我失望。又香又浓，主角当之无愧，而且用的不是味道假假的芝士片，而是刨的芝士，用料质素高。而且不会吃到干酵母的臭味，这点我是深感欣慰的，代表发酵做得好，没有急攻求成急于发酵而滥用酵母。

I have bought desserts from this Japanese bakery a number of times but I wasn’t totally satisfied with their quality, I walked past it again today and thought to myself “why not give it another try?”. Two small circular cakes standing in solidarity in the cold fridge drew my attention and upon taking a closer look, I realised one was a Basque burnt cheesecake ($16.5) and the other one a soft cheesecake ($ 16.5). I am a fan of dense cheesecakes so after a battle in my mind, I allowed myself to bring both home for a comparison. I was slightly disappointed with their richness as I felt that they could have spent more on the ingredients and the making of the cakes… I also hoped that they could work more on the presentation of their desserts cause I seldom see anyone buying the cakes save for the baked / bread products. Some of their desserts are actually alright but you might have to spend some time and money digging up the treasure. Their mango cheese tarts are great too but again I anticipate more from them. Their soft mochi balls used to be my childhood favourite, much loved!

话说喺公司附近开左呢间山崎，对于我地呢啲赶返工既打工仔黎讲，真系件喜讯，起码唔洗日日都吃7仔嘉顿蛋糕丫！点知......果日买左份三文鱼三文治，无记错系$21。反到公司打开食...哗！果片三文鱼薄切到刀工了得先切得到！薄切都算，一咬就知唔新鲜。而最过份既系...片三文鱼细片到唔知有无块包既三分一！！！！咬两啖就只剩下生菜与方包，果一刻真系食之无味之后就有度无名火起！！姐您可能话$21有块三文鱼俾您仲想点？但我想讲，我宁愿用呢$21买平民野买份芝士火腿治算啰，起码都有芝士味有火腿味可言丫大佬！真心！唔会再帮衬！好嬲！
