Yamazaki的枝豆芝士包

Yamazaki的枝豆芝士包買了個枝豆芝士包做早餐。十三元，大小算是合理，有餡的麵包都差不多是這個預算。麵包咬起來是軟熟的，感覺新鮮，不像是放隔夜的，質感不錯。而且它不是空氣包，吃完是有飽足和飽腹感，感覺真材實料。枝豆味道比想像中好，沒有臭味或豆腥味，其實主要吃它的咬口，算比想像中好。主角芝士味沒有令我失望。又香又濃，主角當之無愧，而且用的不是味道假假的芝士片，而是刨的芝士，用料質素高。而且不會吃到乾酵母的臭味，這點我是深感欣慰的，代表發酵做得好，沒有急攻求成急於發酵而濫用酵母。

New cake slices but still room for improvement

I have bought desserts from this Japanese bakery a number of times but I wasn’t totally satisfied with their quality, I walked past it again today and thought to myself “why not give it another try?”. Two small circular cakes standing in solidarity in the cold fridge drew my attention and upon taking a closer look, I realised one was a Basque burnt cheesecake ($16.5) and the other one a soft cheesecake ($ 16.5). Two small circular cakes standing in solidarity in the cold fridge drew my attention and upon taking a closer look, I realised one was a Basque burnt cheesecake ($16.5) and the other one a soft cheesecake ($ 16.5). I am a fan of dense cheesecakes so after a battle in my mind, I allowed myself to bring both home for a comparison. 

I was slightly disappointed with their richness as I felt that they could have spent more on the ingredients and the making of the cakes… I also hoped that they could work more on the presentation of their desserts cause I seldom see anyone buying the cakes save for the baked / bread products. Some of their desserts are actually alright but you might have to spend some time and money digging up the treasure. Their mango cheese tarts are great too but again I anticipate more from them. Their soft mochi balls used to be my childhood favourite, much loved!

甘既質素真係對唔住個價錢！

話說喺公司附近開左呢間山崎，對於我地呢啲趕返工既打工仔黎講，真係件喜訊，起碼唔洗日日都吃7仔嘉頓蛋糕丫！點知......果日買左份三文魚三文治，無記錯係$21。反到公司打開食...嘩！果片三文魚薄切到刀工了得先切得到！薄切都算，一咬就知唔新鮮。而最過份既係...片三文魚細片到唔知有無塊包既三分一！！！！咬兩啖就只剩下生菜與方包，果一刻真係食之無味之後就有度無名火起！！姐您可能話$21有塊三文魚俾您仲想點？但我想講，我寧願用呢$21買平民野買份芝士火腿治算囉，起碼都有芝士味有火腿味可言丫大佬！真心！唔會再幫襯！好嬲！
